This study aims to understand why public information systems in agricultural fields have shown lower performances than other industrialized fields and industries and how these problems would be fixed and overcame. To accomplish this research purpose, this study would overview the previous studies on developing agricultural information systems in public sectors and would find out meaningful and considerable factors. This study would accept the methodologies of literature review and systems thinking approaches to understand the relationships among the found factors and to suggest the conceptual research model. Agricultural information system should take care to reduce implement and maintenance costs to reduce the negative relationships between costs and expected service value and between expected service value to perceived service value. Also, it should be understood that impersonal response would reduce the eager to use the services, so the government sectors should consider positively to adopt the concept of CRM even though the government sectors traditionally have ignored its necessity. The failure of public information systems/services may be caused not only by lack of the contents but also by the failure of the persistent post management.

This study is aimed to investigate the application of DITA(Defense Information Technical stAndard) on the weapon information systems and defense management information systems in order not only to update the current DITA version 4.0, but also to develop SoS(System of systems) interoperability policy in the armed forces of Korea. For this study, 18 information systems were considered, their development products(System/Sub-system Specification, Technical architecture View, System Interoperability Test and Evaluation products) were reviewed and analysed. As a result of the investigation and analysis, it was found that the 44% of the DITA standard profiles were used for the development of the defense information systems. We conclude that DITA should be updated to be a minimal set so that all the defense information systems should be DITA-compliant. And it should be reviewed periodically to reflect the new information technology.

The primary aim of this study is to investigate the influence of Service Provider Quality (SPQ), System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), and Training Quality (TQ) on the interconnected aspect of organizational performance known as growth and development (GD). The study examined the influence of information systems (IS) on organisational performance and provided a theory-based technique for conducting research. The theoretical foundation for this study is derived from the widely employed [1]. IS success model in information systems research. The study's framework incorporates several novel elements, drawn from a comprehensive review of both recent and earlier literature, which researchers have utilized to evaluate the dimensions of [1]. In this study, we collected data from a diverse group of 348 individuals representing various industries through a web-based questionnaire. The collected data were subjected to analysis using SPSS. We conducted a multiple regression analysis involving 15 factors to assess several hypotheses regarding the relationship between the independent construct IS effectiveness and the dependent construct organizational performance. Several noteworthy descriptive statistics emerged, which hold significance for management. The study's findings strongly indicate that information systems exert a significant and beneficial influence on organizational performance. To sustain and continually enhance organizational effectiveness, the study recommends that managers periodically scrutinize and assess their information systems.

본 논문에서는 교통사고 데이터베이스 구축을 통해 교통사교 현황과 사고 당시의 여러 정황들을 파악할 수 있는 정보를 제공한다. 이 정보들에는 사고 당시의 기상상태, 도로형태, 차종, 연령, 성별 등의 데이터들이 포함되고 이러한 정보들을 바탕으로 데이터베이스 사용자들은 각 사고 별 종합적인 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 이를 통해 정부 당국 외에 보험사 등에 교통사고 관련 정책을 위한 유용한 정보들을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 운전자 개인들에게도 정보들을 제공해 교통사고를 보다 효율적으로 예방할 수 있다.

We propose an XML document storage system, called XDMS (XML Document Management System), by using an object-relational DBMS. XDMS generates object database schema from XML Schema and stores the XML documents in an object-relational database. SAX parser is used for understanding the structure of the XML documents, and XDMS transforms the documents into objects in the database. Experiment shows that object-relational databases provide more efficient storage and query model compared with relational databases.

Six Sigma is widely recognized today as a process improvement methodology that can cut costs and eliminate defects in information industry as well as manufacturing processes. This study provides a framework for managing performance of information systems which are used to obtain competitive advantage.

현대사회에서 인간은 스마트폰에서 발생하는 디지털 효과음과 함께 살아간다. 그러나 이러한 디지털 소음때문에 자의와 상관없이 타인에게 피해를 주고 있다. 이러한 디지털 소음공해를 방지하기 위해 이미 몇몇 응용프로그램이 존재한다. 하지만 사용자의 욕구를 만족시켜주는 것은 없었다. 이러한 연유로, 사용자들의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하여 디지털 소음공해 방지를 위한 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 새로운 모바일 응용프로그램을 제시한다. 본 응용프로그램의 사용으로 인하여 타인의 생활에 방해를 주는 행동이 줄어들 것으로 예상된다.

Business Information Systems are strategic applications to achieve companies' goals and innovation. This idea make companies invest their time and budget in the Information Systems. However, it is difficult to forecast effects of the investment in Information Systems and it causes hesitation of making decision. Thus, I researched a case so that I could forecast the effect of the information systems using AHP(analytic hierarchical process). In this study, I approached this matter with three views such as intelligence(review of prior literature), design(methodology development), and application. This study is significant in terms of practicality rather than theoretical dimension. Particularly, I suggested a way of quantifying in monetary value the quality aspects through inverting qualitative facts to quantitative facts and calculated the investment feasibility with it.

디지털 비디오에 있어서 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 및 검색 시스템 구축을 하기 위해서는 비디오를 여러개의 장면으로 분할하는 기술이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 종류의 장면 전환을 검출하기 위해 기존의 규칙기반이 아닌 신경망 이론을 접목하여 자율학습과 실수값 입력이 가능한 ART2를 이용하였다. 매프레임마다 발생할 수 있는 변동의 폭을 줄이기 위해 MPEG 동영상의 DC에 해당하는 값만을 이용하고, 프레임마다 색상의 분산값을 이용하여 Plateaus 구간을 검출한 다음 Plateaus 구간에 해당하는 프레임들에 대해서만 프레임차이, 히스토그램차이, 상관계수 등의 특징치를 추출하여 ART2에 특징벡터를 입력하여 장면 전환을 검출하였다.
