The Korea Information Infrastructure aims at the construction of an advanced national information infrastructure, consisting of communication networks, computers, databases and multimedia terminals. In the emerging information society, a well-established national information network plays a crucial role in enhancing economic efficiency and creating national wealth. Till 2015, government plans to construct an Information Superhighway Network and to provide a telecommunication service for speedy transmission of multi-media typed information and development of various applied programs, which help government's commitment to establish nationwide infrastructure to perform a leading role as a high level information society in the 21st century. In the field of health education, the research monograph contains three main parts: health education and information, acceptability of health education; development of health education management information system. In the most remote areas, it can bring high-quality health care where none is now available. In global health care, it can enhance and standardize the quality of medical care throughout the world. Before enlarging the establishment of the health education network system, the issues from this study should be considered to improve the health status through the introduction of information technology and applications in health care.

The purpose of this study is to provide some constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations aiming at enhancing the quality of public services and the competitiveness of government in case of Korea. The major suggestions of this study are as follows: First, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations should be implemented in the level of national government reforms. Second, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at linking the related policies and the use of information communication technologies. Third, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are should be based on the information superhighway project initiated in 1994. Fourth, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at introducing the concepts of IRM(Information Resources Management) and emphasizing the concepts of information transfer. Fifth, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at adapting the related new information technologies including Internet by a means to full joint utilization of information. Sixth, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at the policy of full joint utilization of information linking through the private and public sector. Finally, the constructing strategies for the effective service of government informations are to drive at considering the linkage of other countries and international organizations.

CALS(Commerce At Light Speed)/EC(Electronic Commerce) is drawing considerable interest as strategic part of efforts for computerization of the government and companies and for industry-wide innovation, using Internet and information superhighway that is widely expanding world-wide with the development of computers and information communication technology. In the current industry infrastructure, standardization is difficult but very important among the parties that want to share the added value, as external environmental components increase since the advent of computers. However, information security technology is not permitted to be exported in light of national interest or high amount of royalty should be paid. Moreover, if we cannot fully analyze the international standard and imported technology in order to verify the safety of using them, domestic information can be exposed according to the desire of the country exporting the technology. In particular, information security technology should be developed by ourselves, considering technology Protection and export Prevention Policies of foreign countries. Therefore, this paper presents information security technology and standardization trends for several application fields regarding CALS/EC implementation in our and foreign countries. This paper also analyzes such trends and proposes strategic direction for standardization suited for domestic environment.

본 연구에서는 우선 전자상거래의 현황과 미국, OECD, 유럽연합(EU)을 중심으로 한 국제적 논의 동향을 고찰하고 전자상거래에 대한 과세부과의 측면을 내국세와 관세로 세분하여 최근 논의된 국제회의 내용과 국내의 현상을 토대로 분석하면서 전자상거래 부문에 과세를 부과하는데 따르는 본질적인 문제를 기초로 내국세와 관세 부과의 문제점들을 종합적으로 분석하면서 우리의 정책적 추진과제를 제시하였다.

A guard lamp system has been installed at the PV positive center, located at Gwangju in Korea. Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-oncard based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generationplants, etc..

As the increase of internal users, there are many enterprises and organizations that regard the internal as the great ■marketing superhighway■. But the entrance of too many e-Business enterprises and shopping sites makes them to compete each other Consequently many sites are created and disappeared in the cyberspace. Although fascination and speculation surrounds the impact of the e-Business on business models via benefit-based concept, there is little evidence underlying all this speculation. This article provides on such data set. It reports on critical Issues that e-Business enterprises found salient as they browsed through e-Business model infrastructure on the world wide web, internet-based. We gathered domestic e-Business enterprise's kinds of business model during 2000∼2002 via KMAC's (Korea Management Association Consultants) K-WPI and K-WPC. We classified e-Business models as shopping mall, auction, community. value-chain, collaboration, information brokerage, advertising, Internet service, marketing that we had identified from the existing literature on business models. This study translated these models to the e-Business model context and explored their relative salience. The results suggest that e-Business manager need to think more about how they perform on the issues known to affect decision making for designing e-Business models. We offer advice for enhancing the effectiveness of business models.

지난 2001년 11월 도하에서 DDA(뉴라운드)가 출범하여 서비스 분야가 국제 교역의 범주에 들었다. 이렇게 급변하는 세계질서에 전자상거래도 예외가 아니다. 흔히 21C는 세계화, 지식화, 정보화 시대로서 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 전략을 세우기 위해서는 NETWORK, OPEN, FU-PLEX(융복합화)가 필수적이다. 때문에 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 신경망인 초고속인터넷망의 구축이 필연적으로 요구되어 우리정부도 이 분야를 집중 육성하여 2002년 11월 l일 현재 l천만의 가입자를 갖는 세계 l위의 인터넷 강국으로 성장하였다. 하지만, 이에 따른 역기능으로 전자상거래를 포함한 사이버거래에 있어 발생하는 개인정보와 관련된 문제들이 급격히 대두되고 있어 상당한 사회문제가 되고 있기 때문에 이에 대한 대책의 강구가 지속적으로 필요한 것이 현실이다. 따라서, 개인정보보호에 있어 상당한 수준을 갖추었다고 알려져 있는 독일과 미국의 사례를 연구하여 법적인 대안과 전자기술적인 대안을 마련하고, 이외에 개인정보 보호에 대한 사회적 인식을 확대하여 개인정보보호를 강화해야만 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 초고속 정보통신망의 무선인프라(INFRA)로 주목 받고 있는 LMDS(Local Multipoint Distribution Service) 시스템을 국내 환경에 적절한 망구조 및 서비스 구조로 설계하였을 때의 시스템구조와 국내 환경에 맞는 링크버짓을 분석하였으며, HUB 에 실장되는 Power Amplifier의 LPA급 또는 HPA급의 선택에 따른 셀반경 변화 분석, 그리고 채널 확장시의 시스템 설계구조와 특징을 분석하였다. 한편, 본 논문에서 분석을 위해 사용된 각종 피라메타들은 국내 정보통신부에서 고시한 허가주파수대역(상향: 24.25GHz-24.75GHz, 하향 25.5GHz-27.5GHz)를 적용하였고, 변복조방식 및 채널코딩에 관한 규정은 DAVIC에서 권고한 규격을 적용하였으며, 기상관련 자료는 ITU-R에서 보고한 자료를 참조하였다. 본 논문은 향후 통신망사업자가 국내 LMDS 서비스를 위한 최적의 망설계시 참고자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다.

초고속 정보 통신망의 발달로, 현재 데이터 통신시스템은 가입자 상호간에 데이터를 빠르고, 정확하게 교환 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 통신 시스템에 사용되는 여러 가지 Logic중 가장 기초가 되는 LVTTL(Low Voltage Transistor Transistor Logic)을 이용하여 데이터 전송특성 분석을 위한 시스템을 설계하고 데이터 전송속도의 변화따른 LVTTL의 특성을 측정 분석하였다. 현재 시스템에 필요한 전송 라인의 길이가 30cm이기 때문에, 우리는 현재 시스템에 필요한 전송 라인의 길이에 따라 LVTTL 데이터 전송 특성을 분석했다. LVTTL의 신호 레벨은 10Mbps일 경우 3V, 50Mbps일 경우 2.2V, 100Mbps일 경우 2V, 125Mbps일 경우 1.5V, 150Mbps일 경우 1.4V이다. 전송선로의 길이가 30cm, 데이터 전송속도 100Mbps까지 안정하게 보냄을 알 수 있었다.
