경력 개발 증진을 위한 LLM 기반 맞춤형 학습 경로 개발 (Enhancing Career Development Utilizing LLM for Targeted Learning Pathway)

  • 개인 맞춤형 경력 개발은 학생 성공에 필수적이지만, 많은 공립 고등 교육 기관에서 자원 부족으로 인해 소외된 학생들에게 충분한 진로 상담이 제공되지 않는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 언어 모델(LLMs) 및 prompt engineering 기법, agent 기법을 활용하여 학생들의 미래 진로 개발을 위한 솔루션을 제안한다: (1) 이력서를 분석하여 후보 직업을 식별하고, (2) 이력서 외에 학생들이 기 제춣한 학습 과제와 같은 외부 자원을 사용하여 채용공고 대비 학생의 실제 기술 격차 (skill gap)를 정확히 찾아내며, (3) 기술격차에 기반한 맞춤형 학습 경로를 제안한다. 이 도구는 실제 환경에서 채용공고를 정확하게 매칭하고, 거짓 긍정(false positive) 줄이면서 학생의 이력서와 채용공고와의 기술 격차를 정확히 식별하며, 교수진으로부터 높은 만족도를 받는 개인별 학습 경로를 제공한다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 외부 자원을 추가로 활용하고 더 진화된 prompt engineering 및 agent 기법을 적용하는 솔루션 개발을 목표로 하고 있다.

경기력 향상을 위한 지각기술훈련에 대한 고찰 - 스포츠 인지적 측면 중심으로- (A Study on Perceptual Skill Training for Improving Performance - Focusing on sports cognitive aspects -)

  • 지각이란 다양한 감각기관을 통하여 시각, 청각, 촉각, 후각 등 주위 환경에 대한 정보를 습득하는 과정으로 뇌에 전달된 정보를 통합하고 해석하는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 지각된 정보를 바탕으로 상황에 적합한 정보를 효율적으로 사용하는 능력을 지각기술(perceptual skill)이라 하며, 스포츠에서 지각기술은 경기력 향상을 위한 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 많은 연구자들은 지각기술을 극대화하기 위하여 다양한 방법의 지각기술훈련 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하려는 시도들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서 소개하고 있는 지각기술훈련은 시지각에 중점을 둔 훈련 방법으로 미국이나 유럽에서 스포츠 경기력 향상을 위해 적용하는 훈련프로그램이다. 축구 페널티킥 상황에서 골키퍼에게 키커의 중요 단서(키커의 엉덩이-몸통, 발의 각도)를 바탕으로 지각기술훈련을 실시한 결과, 볼의 방향 예측 능력이 향상되었고, 테니스에서도 서버의 중요 단서(자세, 공, 라켓)에 대한 지각기술훈련을 실시한 결과, 서브 방향에 대한 예측능력이 향상되었다. 최근 지각기술훈련에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있지만 아직까지는 연구의 수가 많지 않으며, 대부분이 실험실 상황에서의 연구로 실제 경기 상황에서의 활용에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 연구자들은 스포츠 경기력 향상을 위하여 지각기술훈련의 필요성을 검토하고, 그 효과에 대한 연구 방향을 포괄적으로 검토해 보는 시도가 필요하다.

  • It will not be impossible to develop an Information Systems and Information Technologies (IS/IT) program and a curriculum that represents the true needs of the IS/IT industry until IS/IT educator, reduce the gap perception and IS/IT practitioner's perception of IS/IT knowledge and technical skills that the industry might need. This paper represents and analysis of perceptions about IS/IT knowledge and skills that IS/IT practitioners might consider important. This study is based in Korean. The findings give us a very important lesson for IS/IT academicians that their understanding about the required knowledge and skills for the IS/IT career is not in line with that of IS/IT industry. Classifies the critical knowledge/skill set according to content or domain of knowledge by means of a survey. This is conducted in accordance with what IS/IT practitioners and educators can easily relate. The survey uses this approach and includes four broad categories of critical information Systems and Information technologies (IS/IT) knowledge/skills: IS/IT technology knowledge/skills, organizational and societal knowledge/skills, interpersonal knowledge/skills, and personal trait knowledge/skills.

Comparison of Motor Function and Skill between Stroke Patients with Cerebellar and Non-cerebellar Lesion in Sub-acute Stage

  • Purpose: The cerebellum is a region of brain structure that plays an important role in calibrating two different information of neural signal from descending motor commands and from ascending sensory inputs. Damage of the cerebellum shows a variety of classic motor symptoms such as postural and locomotor dysfunctions. Therefore, we tried to investigate motor function and skill in stroke patients with cerebellar lesions in sub-acute stage, and compare with these functions of patients with non-cerebellar lesions. Methods: Total twelve stroke patients with cerebellar lesion and 130 stroke patients with non-cerebellar lesions were retrospectively recruited in this study. For evaluation of motor strength, Motricity index (MI) for upper and lower limbs was tested. For measurement of motor skill function, the modified Brunnstrom classification (MBC), Manual function test (MFT), functional ambulatory category (FAC), and Barthel index were adopted. Results: In comparison of motor strength and motor skill function between two groups, statistical differences between the two groups were significantly observed only in upper MI and FAC. Although no significant differences were found in other variables, stroke patients with cerebellar lesion had higher scores in lower and total MI, MBC, and MFT, whereas they had lower scores in FAC and Barthel index. Conclusion: Our results showed that stroke patients with cerebellar lesion had greater impact on movement functions related to hand motor and walking ability in activities of daily life, compared with patients with non-cerebellar lesion, in spite of similar degree of motor function and skill between the two different lesioned-groups.

일개 종합병원의 처방전달시스템 도입전후 직원의 직무스트레스 변화 (Changes of Job Stress after the Adoption of a Computerized Order Communication System and Its Related Factors in Hospital Employees)

  • Background : This study was carried out to examine the changes of job stress after adoption of order communication system(OCS) and its related factors. Methods : Two hundreds and twenty one employees in a university hospital were surveyed 4 months before and 1 year after the OCS had been adopted. Author used Korean version of Karasek's job content questionnaire(K-JCQ) to evaluate job stress. The questionnaire developed by Doll's was used to assess the satisfaction for the OCS. Result : With the adoption of OCS, the scores of skill discretion increased significantly from 29.9 to 30.8 that meant job stress was decreased. In use of OCS, direct user group showed significant increase of skill discretion, whereas the indirect user group showed significant increase in psychological job demand, and it was statistically significant when compared to direct user group(p<0.05). Among the changes in job stress, skill discretion score change was significantly different by age(p<0.05). This study revealed that there was statistically significant relationship between the change of skill discretion score and time computer use, level of satisfaction for content of provided information(p<0.05). And psychological job demand score change was significantly different by time of computer use(p<0.05). Conclusion : Adoption of OCS into hospital may increase job stress, but when it is adopted wisely and appropriately, it may enhance skill discretion of each individual, and decision authority while reducing psychological job demand.

배뇨곤란 대상자 사례기반 교육이 간호 대학생의 단순도뇨 지식, 단순도뇨 자신감 및 단순도뇨 술기능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Scenario-Based Education for Patients with Difficulty Urination on Nelaton Knowledge, Nelaton Confidence and Nelaton Catheterization Skill Ability of Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 배뇨곤란 환자 사례기반 교육이 간호 대학생의 단순도뇨 지식, 단순도뇨 자신감 및 단순도뇨 술기능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구의 자료는 2019년 5월에서 6월까지 수집하였으며 J시내에 위치한 간호대학생 3학년을 대상으로 수행되었다. 간호 대학생 75명을 실험군 37명과 대조군 38명으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 ��2-test, independent t-test와 paired-test를 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 단순도뇨 자신감(t=4.60, p<.001)과 단순도뇨 술기능력(t=3.46, p=.001)에서 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 사례기반 교육이 간호대학생의 단순도뇨 지식에서는 유의하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 배뇨곤란 사례기반 교육은 단순도뇨 자신감, 단순도뇨 술기능력 향상에 효과적인 교육 중재로 사용될 수 있을 것이지만 단순도뇨 지식에서는 추가적인 연구를 통하여 교육의 효과에 대한 검증이 필요할 것이다.

기술변화에 따른 IT 서비스업의 숙련 미스매칭 분석 (An Analysis for the Skill Mismatching of IT Service Sector by Technology Changes)

  • 본 연구는 급격한 기술 변화의 흐름 속에서 IT서비스업 분야의 스킬 미스매칭에 대해 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전문가 집단에 대한 심층 인터뷰 방식으로 연구가 진행되었다. 숙련노동의 수요자인 기업이 바라보는 IT 산업의 현황과 숙련노동의 공급과 관련된 교육자들이 바라보는 시각에 일부 차이가 있었다. 숙련에 대한 분석 도구로 중요도와 만족도에 대해 5점 척도를 사용하였다. 매칭이 이루어진 경우 주어진 항목들에 대한 중요도의 평균은 3.7점이었고, 만족도의 평균은 3.4점으로, 채용한 인력에 대해 어느 정도의 차이가 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한편 비전공자 교육생의 숙련도 수준에 대해서는 중요도의 평균이 3.79점이었으나, 만족도의 평균은 3.12점이었다. 학력, 학점, 자격증, 수상경력, 어학능력에 대해서는 중요도를 낮게 평가하는 공통점이 있었다. 전공역량의 중요도에 대해서는 매칭 전 집단에 대한 만족도보다는 매칭이 이뤄진 집단에서의 만족도가 평균 대비 높게 나타났다. 기업이 원하는 숙련은 다차원적인 역량을 포함하며, 주로 soft-skill 항목들과 관련이 높았다. IT 서비스업에 속한 기업들은 숙련 미스매치의 원인으로 산업의 인력구조가 세분화되어 있지 않은 것을 이유로 들었고, 교육기관에서는 시간의 불일치를 꼽았다. 전문가 집단들은 모두 향후 미스매치 갭이 확대될 것으로 보고 있었다. 숙련의 공급은 기술이 변해가는 속도를 따라가지 못할 것이라는 전망이었다. 갭의 해결 방안으로 전문가 모두 산학연 과정을 뽑았으며, 장기적인 안목에서 인력을 육성할 방안을 모색해야 한다고 했다.

제5차 고등학교 교육과정의 환경관련 교재분석 및 학생의 환경교육 실태 분석 연구

  • The international environmental activity and environmental education began in 1970's. Environmental education in Korea was emphasized since the Forth National Curriculum. The Environmental Curriculum was regarded as one of the most important part in the Sixth National Curriculum in Korea. Environment-related reference texts of Elementary school were already developed. Soon, 'Environment' of middle school and 'Environmental Science' of high school will be developed. The purpose of this study were to analyse environment-related texts in the Fifth National Curriculum and to measure how much environmental education has achieved. As a environmental text for regular class, selected the environmental part in 'Science Part 1' and as environment-related reference text, 'Survival and Environment'. The environmental part of 'Science Part 1' was unit [Life and Environment]. According to the analysis of objectives, most of unit objectives were not stated in a detailed and precise manner. When the goals of environmental education were divided into four fields as follows, knowledge and information, skill, thinking and attitude, behavior and participation, unit objectives were mostly emphasized on knowledge and information of environment, exactly 44.5% of unit objectives and 89.6% of subunit objectives. The degree of relationship between unit objectives and contents was low. All the Check up-problems were about knowledge and information of environment. Environment-related reference text, 'Survival and Environment' was the only reference text for high school students in Korea and was organized in the form of the regular curriculum text. It was developed in Korean Education Development, Center with support of Korean Environmental Ministry in 1990. According to the analysis of 'Survival and Environment', the objectives of units and subunits were less stressed on knowledge and information than those of unit [Life and Environment] in the environmental part of 'Science Part 1' On the other hand, they were a little more stressed on skill, thinking and attitude, behavior and participation. And fifteen of all the seventy subunit objectives were not related with contents. In organization, this text included Thinking problems, Experiments and Inquiries, Reading, Developed studies and Check up-problem etc. It was remarkable that Inquiries leaded to individual activities and Developed studies to group discussions or individual inquiries. And as Check-up problems were presented as a form of activities, students could achieve many various objectives at the same time by solving one problem. To measure the achievement of environmental education by questionnaire, 497 high school students in total were selected from five different schools. Scores in subtest 'behavior and participation' and subtest 'thinking and attitudes' were 13.19 and 18.18, respectively. Actually, most students had a positive thinkings and attitudes in their hearts about environmental problems, but many of them actually did not take actions to solve environmental problems and to protect environment. Scores in subtest 'knowledge and information' and subtest 'skill' were 10.76 and 10.81, respectively. The higher the score students got in 'knowledge and information', the higher the score in 'skill'. It implies that learning of skills is based on learning of knowledges and informations about environment has not always ensured positive thinkings and attitudes or active behaviors and participations to solve environmental problem.

선박제도에 영향을 미치는 인간 및 정보요인에 관한 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Study on Simulation of the Human and Informational Effect of Ship's controllability)

  • The safety of the ship manoeuver is dependent not only on the inherent characteristics of the ship itself and environmental conditions, but also on the skill and experience of the ship operator. As the ship operator's judgement is related to his experience and skill, based on outside information, piloted controllability also depends upon the effectiveness, accuracy and reliability of various information which is obtainable from navigational equipments and aids to navigation that are available to the ship ope-rator. Although these factors, human factors and informational factors, have been pointed out as major factors which affect the controllability of a ship, there was no a comprehensive examination on the effect of these two factors. In this thesis, therefore, an attempt was made to examine whether or not there is clear indication that these two factors affect the controllability of a ship in reality. Experiments were conducted using the port design simulator of the Korea Maritime University.
