이 논문은 대학 웹진 현황을 토대로 웹진의 목적과 어떤 기능을 담당하는지 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 측면에서 다루고자 한다. 이를 위해 웹진의 내용적 측면과 사용자 중심의 콘텐츠 구성과 컬러 및 내비게이션 디자인 측면에서 조사해 보았다. 조사를 통해, 향후 효과적인 대학 웹진 제작을 위해 사용자와 제작자가 어떤 점에 유의하고 참고하여 디자인해야하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 웹진 제작자와 사용자의 상호 적극적인 커뮤니케이션을 활성화하고 공감하기 위해 웹진이 주요한 기능을 하고 있는지 조사를 통해 알 수 있었으며, 웹진의 이런 특성을 살려 제작한 대학들은 사용자 인터페이스 디자인 측면에서도 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to present several proposals for future pulse diagnosis practice and research by investigating the trend of pulse diagnosis studies in Korea. Methods: We searched online medical databases, including National Discovery for Science Leaders (NDSL), the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), and the Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP), for pulse diagnosis articles in Korea. We selected articles on pulse diagnosis but excluded duplicate articles, articles irrelevant to pulse diagnosis, and articles published in foreign countries. Results: In the first screening, 801 articles were selected. We found 251 articles and classified them according to category. The medical engineering field had 148 articles. A total of 24 articles were related to algorithms for pulse wave detection, 34 to sensors, five to pressurization technology, 16 to systems, 11 to remote medical service, five to mobiles, nine to trends, and 44 to basic research. The Korean medicine field had 103 articles. A total of 41 articles were devoted to literature reviews, 20 to case reports, 11 to constitutional medicine, six to experimental studies, and 25 to relevant research. Conclusion: More efforts to practice pulse diagnosis for various diseases should be made and the results actively published.

In this paper, we introduce knowledge sharing platform for production technology. Surface mount technology (SMT) is one of the important production technologies to fabricate electronic devices. The production technology of the SMT, however, has been propagated from an experienced worker to an inexperienced worker in a manufacturing field. The objective of the knowledge sharing platform is to convert the production experiences like a solder printing knowhow into quantitative values, to construct the database of the process technologies, and to share the technologies systematically via web portal service. In addition, the knowledge sharing platform contains the total production process of mobile products, the information of experts and facilities, and recent R&D output. In this manner, the knowledge sharing platform for production technology could strengthen the technological competitiveness of small and medium manufacturing companies in Korea.

건설산업의 특성상 엔지니어링 등 소프트웨어 부문은 지식이 곧 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하기 때문에 철저한 보안 강화로 지식의 소재조차 불분명한 상황이며, 건설현장의 지식은 프로젝트의 종료와 함께 사장되어 가는 현실에 직면해 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 지식경영을 추진하고 있는 기존 업체의 지식관리 학습모델을 고찰하여 이를 근간으로 새로운 모델을 개발하고 건설업체에 적용하는 시나리오를 설정하는 것이다 이를 토대로 사장되어 가는 건설현장 지식을 유통시켜, 건설산업의 전반적인 수준 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 이에 지식관리와 관련한 선행 연구를 분석하여, EIP, EDMS, 지식 및 실패사례관리, CoP, e-Learning으로 구성되는 건설분야의 지식관리 학습모델을 개발하였다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to figure out the recent trend of the treatment for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by comparing Korean and Chinese clinical studies. Methods National Digital Science Library (NDSL), Oriental medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) and Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal (KTKP) were used to search Korean studies which were published from January, 2011 to May, 2017. Also Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang data were used to search Chinese studies which were published from the same period. Key words of 'Autism' and 'Autism spectrum disorder' were used. Results 3 Korean studies and 21 Chinese studies were selected and analyzed to find out the most commonly used diagnostic criteria, treatments, including herbal medicine and acupuncture, and treatment assessment procedures. Conclusions As a result of comparing Korean and Chinese clinical studies for the treatment of ASD, both Korean and Chinese medicine treatments showed their effectiveness. However, there were some differences between two countries' clinical trends. In order for this study to be helpful, more highly evidenced clinical studies should be followed.

The number of children wearing make-up is increasing. "Children's cosmetics" is not a legal term though it is commonly used. The purpose of this study is to analyze discussions on children's cosmetics based on news articles found on the internet. This study also identifies what products are being distributed as children's cosmetics. Keyword searches were conducted using internet portal sites. Information was extracted from news articles and Best Item 100 for children's cosmetics. The results of analyzing news articles and Best Item 100 lists are as follows : 1. There were two main discussion topics in news articles. The first topic was related to marketing(the branding and trends of children's cosmetics). The other topic was about government regulations(side effects, harmful ingredients, control, regulations, attention, proper product usage, product categorization, and the overall safety of children's cosmetics). By 2014, many articles had covered government control and regulation. However, since 2017, news articles have focused on the product categorization and the concern for overall safety has dramatically increased. 2. Three different product categories have appeared in the Best Item 100; they are cosmetics, toys, and other products. In market, consumers recognized children's cosmetics as cosmetics and also as toys. Between 2017 and 2018's Best Item, other products are dramatically down, color cosmetics and single cosmetics are on the rise, and the purchase of domestic products has increased.

Considering innovation a key to raising living standards, the Ministry of Science and Technology has put in place various measures meeting the needs of the newly promoted Deputy Prime Minister of Science and Technology. Such measures include business process reengineering as streamlining the work process to achieve the improvement in quality and efficiency: building the integrated performance management system to promote performance-or tented environment; and running the 1ifelong learning system for better competitiveness of government officials. Further to the innovation efforts at work, the number of steps of the R&D budget execution is streamlined from eight to five and its payment period is considerably reduced to 15 days from 60 days. In addition, the digitalized R&D budget management systems such as e-Contract System, One-click Processing Monitoring System, and Information Service System through Short Message Service (SMS) will contribute to improving R&D performance. And these systems are efficiently integrated into a portal interface named "Yeon-gu-ma-ru." The Ministry of Science and Technology, spearheading nationwide innovation, will continue efforts to make viable achievements of innovation.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of probiotics for cure of atopic dermatitis and suggest for the better method of studies in order to seek more effective treatment. Methods : We searched from Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal(KTKP), Reserach Information Sharing Service(RISS), National Discovery for Science Leader(NDSL) and PubMed. We selected among the papers published from 2005 to 2019 using terms related to 'Atopic dermatitic & Allergy diseases & Probiotics'. Results : 41 papers were selected from the database worldwidely. In these collected 41 related theses, there were 14 experimental studies(34.1%), 16 clinical studies( 39.0%), 11 review studies (26.9%). 23 papers(76.7%) insisted that the effects is but 9 papers(30%) said not effective. Conclusion : The effects of probiotics in atopic dermatitis is investigated positively, however, we have to consider the methods to approach the result including the sort, amount of probiotics, how to culture, how to eat and so on.

국내 모바일 인터넷 서비스 시장은 매우 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 현황을 고찰하고, 신방, 방송, 인터넷 등 주요 미디어 기업이 제공하는 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스 유형을 분석하였다. 연구결과 미디어 기업들은 일반적으로 모바일을 통해 뉴스와 정보 유형들을 무료로 제공하며, 새로운 미디어 영역에서 시장 경쟁력을 유지할 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 개발하려고 노력하고 있다. 미디어 기업의 모바일 콘텐츠 영역은 아직 분명한 콘텐츠 비즈니스 모델의 부족으로 초기 단계에 있다. 소비자의 욕구를 만족시키며 시장에서의 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해서는 미디어 기업들이 향후 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 지속적으로 개발해야 하고, 모바일 서비스 시장의 장애물을 줄여나가기 위해서 시장의 다른 참여자들과 서로 협력해야 한다.

Objectives The incidence of degenerative diseases is increasing as society ages, and this increased the economic burden on society. Oxidative stress was also under suspicion as one of the causes. Recent studies have found that Curcuma longa Rhizoma had antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimutagenic, and anticancer effects. Through this study, we figure out trends in Curcuma longa Rhizoma research and evaluate the therapeutic potential of Curcuma longa Rhizoma for dementia. Methods The search was made using domestic and international internet search sites. "Naver academic," "Google scholar," "Korea institute of oriental medicine (KIOM OASIS)," "Korean traditional knowledge portal (KTKP)," "Library of Congress," "Research information sharing service (RISS)," "National Digital Science Links (NDSL)," and "Pub med" are used to search. The searched for words were "turmeric," "Curcuma longa Rhizoma," "antioxidant," and "nerve regeneration." Results It could be seen that a lot of research done on Curcuma longa recently. In previous studies, the most common research disease was cancer. In previous studies, the most common effects of Curcuma longa was antioxidant and anticancer. Curcumin, Vitamin B1, and various essential oils were the functional components of Curcuma longa Rhizoma. Curcuma longa Rhizoma performs DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical cation decolorization activity; it inhibits NO and iNOS. Conclusion The destruction of nerve cells due to oxidative stress is a cause of dementia. Curcuma longa Rhizoma have antioxidant effects. Therefore, we believed that it is an effective treatment for dementia. Various studies will be made on Curcuma longa Rhizoma.
