객체지향 시스템 모델링 차원 : 이론 및 탐색적 평가 (A Study on the Dimensions of Object-oriented Systems Modeling : Theory and an Exploratory Evaluation)

  • This study proposes evaluation dimensions of object-oriented systems modelling tools and activities available in object-oriented systems development practices. The dimensions ale developed based on previous research in cognitive psychology, information systems modeling study, and object-oriented systems analysis arid design areas. The proposed dimension is composed of two dimensions. The one dimension includes abstraction levels of modelling and the other includes process and representation in modeling activities. Experts on object-oriented modeling were selected to evaluate the practical validity of the proposed dimensions and applications of major object-oriented modeling tools during systems development project. Most of the tools were observed to be used for representing objects rather than for modeling the process of related objects. The proposed modeling dimension will be evaluated for acquiring general validity in future empirical research.

신진 디자이너 브랜드의 시장 지향성 고찰 (A Qualitative Study on Market Orientation of New Designer Brand)

  • This study explores the level of designer brands' market oriented attitude through a conceptual framework of market orientation. Designer brands have rapidly increased in the Korean fashion market with a competitive environment that pushes designers to improve market oriented attitudes and strategy. Designers working for 20 brands that the government designated as 'promising creative designer brands' were invited for in-depth interviews, 19 designers from 18 brands participated in this study. The generation of market intelligence that composes market orientation meant that the designers were confirmed to collecting different types of information according to information sources. They showed interest in collecting information on the exploration of design trends from overseas designers as well as operational and managerial information from domestic designers. Fashion-related stakeholders mainly collected feedback on design concepts from the press and public institutions. They collected customer feedback from buyers; however, appropriate feedback was inadequate. Designers generally appeared to place less value on the collection of customer responses and opinions; however, two groups of designers showed customer-oriented attitudes according to accumulated experience. The market-oriented attitude of top designers had an important role in designer brands; consequently, top designers should be properly trained to improve market-oriented attitudes to increase market performance.

The Influence of customer orientation on the Social Welfare Hall workers of internal marketing

  • This study aims to present suggestions on the causes and effects between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends of social welfare halls based on the issue that internal marketing should be activated based on previous studies on the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. For this purpose, as a result of analysing the research hypothesis through a questionnaire, this study has meaning in that it supported the results of previous studies on internal marketing and customer-oriented trends as theoretical suggestions and analysed the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. It was politically suggested and emphasized that internal marketing is needed in social welfare halls and to encourage social welfare workers to be customer-oriented, components of internal marketing should be established in an organic and systematic manner.

UML 기반 객체 지향 개발을 위해 ISO 12207을 조정한 객체지향 프로세스 (ISO12207 Tailored Object-Oriented Process for UML Based Object-Oriented Development)

  • Software quality is classified by quality of process and product. In experience of Quality Management, it is known that quality level of product as it depends on goodness and badness of process and organization. As a result, improvement of software process has been important subject. According as this trends, ISO 12207 is publicated as standard of software life cycle process by ISO. For UML based object oriented development process, it is necessary that we should research detailed definition of activity and task of ISO 12207 process which is added, deleted or tailored in according to organization and project characteristics. In this thesis, by according with ISO 12207 software life cycle process, UML based object oriented development process is proposed. This process is composed of 7 steps and 19 activities including development phase, activity and product to improve quality of reliability. Usefulness of object oriented process for improvement of software quality is proved at three ways, which are comparative analysis of process characteristics, SPICE process evaluation and SPICE rick analysis.

  • While object-oriented models are effective in achieving sharing and code reusability, they unfortunately lack a mechanism for giving scope to objects. We revisit an object-oriented model in which each object can be given a scope. We illustrate the usefulness of this model by showing that it supports the notion of parameterized modules without difficulty.

  • 소프트웨어를 설계, 구현하는데 있어서의 어려움이란 주변 환경이나 제반 기술 등과 같은 어려움도 있겠지만 실제 프로그래머가 작성하는 소스코드의 복잡성도 그 원인중의 하나라 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제의 해결을 위해서는 소스코드의 접근이나 이의 테스트를 위한 결합 등의 유연성이 높은 소프트웨어 기술이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 따라 AOP(Aspect-Oriented Programming) 기술을 이용하여 소스코드 자체의 접근 및 그의 처리를 용이하게 하여 복잡한 시스템의 개발이나 기존 시스템의 관리에 있어 효율을 높이고자 한다.

  • Issues on design of routing scheme and routing metric for multicast in multi-channel multi-radio (MCMR) wireless mesh networks (WMNs) are discussed. Emphasis is placed on channel-diversity oriented routing metrics. From case study the conclusion to be drawn is that the key for design of channel-diversity oriented routing metrics is how to construct an optimization function to quantify interdependence between channel assignment and multicast routing throughput.

  • Increasing affectability of high-speed Internet and convenient access devices has made the Internet a major source of information search and sharing. As the provision of information has rapidly becomes an important and viable business model, the objective utility and marketability of information contents have become a focus of interest among many academicians and managers. Researchers have traditionally focused on the design of the interface, availability of resources, network accessibility, the format of web sites and their underlying systems. However, the usefulness of contents has been left as a little explored issue. To correctly diagnose and pursue the viability of contents provision business a shift of perspective is required : a shift from technology-oriented perspective toward user-oriented perspective, and a shift from form and design focus toward content focus. This research attempted to analyze consumer-oriented information quality in a more systematic way by focusing on a limited domain travel-related information contents. We proposed a relationship among consumers'behavior, characteristics of information, and the values of information measured by users. An empirical examination of the model was performed using a survey on Internet users in Korea. Implications are drawn for managers responsible for creating marketable contents.

O2O 플랫폼 충성도에 플랫폼 정보 품질과 고객 정보품질이 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of Platform Information Quality and Customer Information Quality on Customer Loyalty to Online to Offline Platforms)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of two types of information quality, which are platform-oriented information quality and customer-oriented information quality, on customers' decision-making processes in the Online to offline (O2O) platform environment. Grounded in the product brokering efficiency model, which encompasses screening cost, evaluation cost, and decision quality, a model framework was developed. Furthermore, this study explores how these decision-making processes affect customer loyalty. Methods: Given that food delivery apps are the most widely used O2O service in Korea, this study targeted users of these apps for data analysis. We conducted hypothesis testing through a purposive sampling methodology focusing on food delivery app users. A Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling analysis was conducted to analyze the data. The data collection occurred via an online survey from October to December 2021, with a total of 212 respondents participating. Results: The results of this study revealed the significant role of information quality in helping customers' decision processes while using food delivery apps. Specifically, it was found that platform-oriented information positively influences decision quality, while customer-oriented information significantly affects both the reduction of evaluation cost and the enhancement of decision quality. Additionally, the study indicated that lower evaluation costs and higher decision quality lead to increased platform loyalty. However, a reduction in screening cost did not have a significant impact on platform loyalty. Conclusion: While previous studies have overlooked the existence of two sides, service provider and user, in a platform, this research holds significance in its analysis of how information quality impacts loyalty by utilizing the two kinds of information quality. Practitioners can enhance customer loyalty to the platform by enriching customer-oriented information, thereby reducing customers' evaluation costs and encouraging more loyal usage of the platform.

객체 지향 설계를 위한 모듈 분해방법 (A Module Decomposition Method for Object-Oriented Design)

  • 객체 지향 설계 방법은 프로그램을 객체로 분해하고, 그들 사이의 관계를 설정하 는 과정으로 기존의 시스템이 수행하는 기능 중심 방법과 달리 취급하는 객체를 중심 으로 모듈을 분해하는 기법이다. 그러나 기존의 객체 지향 설계 방법은 모듈 설계 방 법과 분해 기준이 모호하고 미흡하기 때문에 객체 지향 소프트웨어를 전체 시스템 단 위로 구현해야 하고, 하나의 소프트웨어 컴포넌트를 이해하기 위해서는 전체적인 객체 설계 모델 및 응용 프로그램을 분석해야 하는 많은 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논 문에서는 객체 지향 설계를 위한 모듈 분해 기준을 정형화 하고, 이를 이용한 객체 모 듈 설계 절차를 제시하여, 규모가 크고 복잡한 시스템을 개발하는데 있어 실용성과 시 스템 개발 후 유지보수를 원활하게 할 수 있도록 한다. 그리고 본 논문의 모듈 분해 기준을 실 시스템에 적용한 사례를 통하여 설계 모델과 구현 모델간의 일치성을 보이 고자 한다.
