In South Korea, systems related to the provision of public data were recently implemented. As a result, policy changes have been made that are headed in the direction of actively providing open access to data held by public institutions, such as government agencies and local municipalities. The purpose of the open I will be divided into two broad. To ensure the transparency of government operations, and is intended to satisfy the right to know the people. The other one is to create national interest by utilizing the public data as one country endowment assets. In this study, we analyze the open situation of public data, were presented the improvement measures. Range of research, the public data that local government owns, to determine to have a central information and other limitations and characteristics, Seoul the beginning to the seventeen regional support municipality 228 that you have held for city districts were census. This study focuses that the business starters can refer to this study, select better franchise headquarter and make the franchise member agreement. The most concerned part for the people who want to open franchise shop is what brand is reliable and safe to them. I have analyzed disclosure report that contains overall information of franchise headquarters and researched 300 franchise shops as sample. I drew the conclusion of the decision factors of franchise member agreement, overlooked demographical status by frequency analysis with SPSS 18.0 and performed disperse analysis to examine the decision factors of franchise member agreement and the difference between sex, service type, shop size and income level. In conclusion, the most concerned factor for the franchise agreement is sales management. Sex, shop size and income level are not meaningful factors, but the cost and training management factors are considered differently based on the service type. I hope 1) this study can be utilized for the franchise business starters judge and refer information level provided by the headquarters and make a successful franchise shop business. 2) this study can make solid relationship between franchise members and present a long term vision to them. Finally, this study can be a foundation to promote franchise field through making and supplementing the law of promoting proficient and good franchise headquarters and fairness of franchise transaction and franchise encouragement.

This study proposes policy recommendations for the Korea New Exchange ("KONEX"), which is a financial platform for SMEs and startups that relied on indirect and policy financing in the past. SMEs and venture firms with limited human and physical listing resources can grow through market incubation, and venture capitalists expect an early exit or return on investment. However, the lack of liquidity and sluggish trading volume have weakened the function of the market. Despite prior policy efforts, the number of newly listed companies has decreased while listing demand for KOSDAQ and K-OTC has increased. This study aims to suggest short- and long-term improvements in regulations and throughout the KONEX firms' listing life cycle. First, the minimum deposit requirement on individual investors should be abolished to increase the number of investors. Second, information disclosure should be conducted by firms so that the nominated advisor can focus on discovering and supporting new listed companies. Third, in order to increase trading volume, the 5% dispersion rule should be changed to 25% dispersion incentive principle. Fourth, a new track without profit condition in expedited transfer listing should be introduced because the KOSDAQ relaxes the profit realization requirements for listing. Lastly, transfer listing without additional review for firms that fulfill ownership dispersion, information disclosure, and investor protection will strengthen the incubating role of the KONEX.

To the cause of the development of IT technology and the Internet, information leakage of industry is also facing a serious situation. However, most of the existing techniques to prevent leakage of information disclosure after finding the cause of defense. Therefore, in this paper by adding information about the Hardware to offer a way to protect the information. User authentication information to access the data according to different security policies to reflect a little more to strengthen security. And the security agent for the data by using a log of all actions by the record was so easy to analyze. It also analyzes and apply the different scenarios possible. And the analysis of how to implement and how to block. The future without the use of security agents to be able to control access to data and H/W information will be updated for the study will be done.

Compliance with information security policies has been an important managerial concern in organizations. Unlike traditional general deterrent theory, this study proposes whistle-blowing as an alternative approach for reducing internal information security policy violations. We build on the theories of planned behavior and rational choice as well as develop a theoretical model to understand the factors that influence whistle-blowing attitudes and intention at both the organizational and individual levels. Our empirical results reveal that altruistic and egoistic concerns are involved in the development of whistle-blowing attitudes. The results not only extend our understanding of whistle-blowing motivation but also offer directions to managers in promoting internal disclosure of information security breaches.

To search based on the functional classification or provenance is not easy for users, and the key word-based information retrieval presents only simple words matching with the title of the records. The Presidential Archive of Korea developed a subject classification scheme to improve the convenience of searching for various records and came up with a subject thesaurus based on the scheme that utilizes the terms appearing on the title of the records and the terms used by the users who searched the portal or requested information disclosure. This research presents the development process of subject thesaurus. It also presents the utilization methods for records management work and services.

This study aims to propose the adoption of a business management system, as well as suggest the functions and development directions for public organizations, which are required to establish the record management and information disclosure system under Government 3.0, rapidly respond to the needs for strengthening the responsibilities for explanation, and improve work efficiency. Recently, some of the public organizations that introduced the record management and information disclosure system adopted the Electronic Document System, which focuses on the function of electronic approval, and developed a records classification scheme for the system. This study aims to review the case of A organization, which recently developed an in-house records management system and established information strategy planning to adopt a customized business management system after establishing a business reference model throughout the organization, and suggests the directions of the electronic record production system for public organizations.

In recent years, there has been a proliferation of consumer health information available on the internet related to parent-child health. More and more, parents are accessing information about child ca re through the Internet and computer at home. But there is no guarantee that the information is current, unbiased, or accurate. Several researchers have suggested some criteria for evaluating internet sites; source, accuracy, disclosure, currency, accessibility. As more consumer search the World Wide Web for parenting information, nurses have to learn more about this technology. Because nurses can assist parents in identifying how to locate information they can trust. It is also needed to for nurses to document the criteria for information selection on internet and to evaluate outcome of cyberspace intervention of parenting.

스마트폰 이용자가 지속적으로 증가하면서 공공정보에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 국가R&D사업 관련 정보를 종합적으로 서비스 중인 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)도 국가연구개발 조사 분석 원시자료 등 국가R&D 데이터 제공 요구가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선진국의 공공정보 제공 현황과 국내 현황을 살펴보고, 국가R&D정보 공개 개방 확대 전략 및 국가R&D정보 공유 확대를 위한 모바일 서비스 개선 방안을 제안한다.
