To improve the accuracy of the recommendation system, multi-criteria recommendation systems have been widely researched. However, it is highly complicated to extract the preferred features of users and items from the data. To this end, subjective indicators, which indicate a user's priorities for personalized recommendations, should be derived. In this study, we propose a method for generating recommendation candidates by predicting multi-criteria ratings from reviews and using them to derive user priorities. Using a deep learning model based on convolutional neural network (CNN) and bidirectional long short-term memory (BiLSTM), multi-criteria prediction ratings were derived from reviews. These ratings were then aggregated to form a linear regression model to predict the overall rating. This model not only predicts the overall rating but also uses the training weights from the layers of the model as the user's priority. Based on this, a new score matrix for recommendation is derived by calculating the similarity between the user and the item according to the criteria, and an item suitable for the user is proposed. The experiment was conducted by collecting the actual "TripAdvisor" dataset. For performance evaluation, the proposed method was compared with a general recommendation system based on singular value decomposition. The results of the experiments demonstrate the high performance of the proposed method.

이 연구는 중학생을 위한 독서교육의 자료로써 그림책을 선정하기 위한 기준을 제안하고 이를 도서 선정에 적용이 가능한가를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 선행연구를 통하여 독서자료로써 그림책의 교육적 가치와 학문 분야별 그림책 선정 기준을 확인하였다. 선행연구에서 제시한 다양한 그림책 선정 기준의 공통점을 일러스트와 텍스트, 그 외로 구분해 범주화하여 통합한 후, 중학생을 독자로 선정해 적용할 수 있는 선정 기준을 구안하였다. 통합된 그림책 선정 기준을 내용으로 현직 사서교사에게 중학생을 대상으로 그림책을 선정할 때 고려할 주요한 기준을 묻는 설문조사와 그림책 교육 경험이 있는 전문가를 대상으로 집중 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과로 글과 관련된 2개의 기준, 그림과 관련된 4개의 기준, 그리고 그 외 5개 기준으로 구성된 중학생을 위한 그림책 선정 기준을 제시하였다. 이 선정 기준의 실제성을 확인하기 위하여 어린이도서연구회 추천 그림책(13세 이상)을 대상으로 범주별 기준의 적용 여부를 확인하였다. 중학생 대상 22권의 그림책 가운데 선정 기준의 모든 범주별 적용이 가능한 도서는 15권으로 유의미한 실제성을 확인할 수 있었다.

GIS 기반의 다기준 의사결정분석에서 공간현상을 제대로 재현할 수 있는 평가기준도를 작성하는 것은 정확하고 합리적인 적지분석 결과를 도출하기 위한 중요한 작업이다. 적지 분석 과정에서 행정 구역 자료를 이용한 평가 기준도가 널리 사용되고 있지만 아직까지 dasymetric mapping 방법을 이용하여 평가 기준도를 제작할 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구는 없었다. 본 연구에서는 공간 단위로 집계된 사회경제적 속성 값을 세부 공간 단위로 재할당하는 dasymetric mapping 기법을 활용하여 다기준 의사결정분석에 필요한 평가기준도를 작성하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 산업입지 분석에 적용한 결과, 노동력 평가기준도, 기존 도시와의 거리 평가기준도를 제작하여 속성의 공간 분포 패턴을 세부 공간단위로 재현할 수 있었다. 또한 다기준 의사결정분석 과정에 적용되어 산업입지 후보지에 대한 분석 결과를 도출하였다.

This study investigates the decision criteria used in the context of IT investment decision making and empirically analyzes the impact of IT project size and types on the importance of decision criteria. 5 criteria which have been extracted from the previous studies and industry practices are budget, financial benefits. strategic value. risk, and the degree of proposer's eagerness. Data of 120 IT project proposals have been collected from 5 companies including bank, insurance. and stock trading company. As results of ANOVA test. 7 out of 10 hypothesis have been accepted statistically. That is. the bigger the project size. the higher the evaluation weight of project budget and risk criteria and the lower the weight of proposer's eagerness. And in case of the infrastructure investment type. the emphasis is placed more on strategic value and risk criteria and less on financial benefit and proposer's eagerness. These findings provide insights for both IT practitioners and researchers.

The purpose of this study is to identify impacts of adolescent consumers' assertiveness and appearance concerns on their buying behaviors when they buy school uniforms. This research examined information sources and purchase evaluative criteria as related variables of clothing buying behaviors. The Internet survey was carried out to middle and high school students in Seoul. A total of 907 data were analyzed by factor analysis, frequency analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: From a result of factor analysis on adolescent consumers' assertiveness, appearance concerns and information sources and purchase evaluative criteria for buying school uniforms, each four variances showed factorial structures clearly. School uniform consumers' assertiveness and appearance concerns had significant influences on information sources and purchase evaluative criteria. Especially, an impact of conformity appearance concern was inclined to be high on information sources and purchase evaluative criteria.

본 연구는 국내 Web 정보서비스 측정기준과 평가지표 개발을 위한 일차 연구로, 국내 Web 정보검색 서비스를 제공하는 사이트를 대상으로 기존의 온라인 검색환경의 측정기준과 평가지표의 적용문제를 사례연구로 분석한 것이다. 실제 검색실험을 통해 평가내역을 조사하고 기존방식과 기준이 Web 정보 서비스 평가적용에 어떤 문제점을 갖고 있는지를 구체적으로 조사함으로써, 현재 디지털도서관의 정보서비스의 주요 문제로 제기되고 있는 Internet 정보자원의 품질과 연계 지어 국내 Web 정보서비스 평가를 위한 지표개발(이차연구)에 필요한 기본적인 자료로 활용함을 목적으로 한다. 최종 이용자인 수요자 관점에서 디지털도서관 QIS의 조건으로 정보 자체보다 더욱 강조되고 있는 정보 서비스의 품질을, 탐색 서비스를 지원하는 국내 환경공학 Web 사이트만을 엄선하여 진단하고 최종 이용자들을 상대로 설문 조사하였다.

In this study, the consumers were classified into Risk Avoidance Group, Enjoyment and Economy Group, Low Involving Group and High Involving Group by shopping propensity of the consumers and investigated the difference in their evaluation criteria and purchasing intention. The samples used in this study are 214 university students in Busan area who visited the internet shopping mall or had an experience to buy clothes through an internet. The purpose of this study is to identify how the internet university students' clothes shopping propensity and demographical factors affect the evaluation criteria and purchasing intention for clothes. And based on the results, the implications for internet clothes shopping mall are suggested and post research subject is provided as well.

Solid and hazardous waste disposal site selection by using GIS(Geographic Information System) is the purpose of this study. The criteria of site selection are usually defined in accordance with geological, cultural and social characteristics. Unadequate adaptation of these criteria in a site selection may cause serious problem of water and soil pollution. The environmental information for extraction of these criteria consist of a lot of data : geology, geomorphology, hydrogeology, engineering geology, cultural and social information.... GIS could be easily applied to construct of this environmental information data base, and carry out cartography simulation using overlay mapping technique(polygon overlay). ARC/INFO(GIS system) was used for these studies, and AML(ARC/INFO Macro Language) in this system provided more variable and effective methods for cartography simulation. TM(Thematic Mapper) images were used for the evaluation of land cover/use in the studied area, by using ERDAS image processing system.

Objectives This study aimed to review the Korean Constitution articles 14 and 20 of the "Law on suicide prevention" and investigate public perceptions of specific improvements to suicide prevention policies using results from the Korean 2018 National Survey on Suicide. Methods The questionnaire was designed to analyzing the act restricts sharing of patient information between hospitals, making it difficult to track suicide attempts. The questionnaire was also designed to suggest further medical and normative criteria for objective judgment of continuous follow-up utilizing suicide risk evaluations and proportional principle review that consider patients' and medical staff's basic rights. Results This study identified the result of the 1500 respondents, 79.1% believed that Korea should allow suicide prevention management to be implemented without requiring individual consent to protect suicide attempters. Conclusions According the results, I propose the following criteria for policy improvement: use of anonymized information and non-profit research for technical and ethical considerations, access to medical information only for therapeutic purposes, and use of surgical severity assessment criteria appropriate for Korea.

This study presents the intellectual capital (IC) indicator selection criteria based on the review of qualitative characteristics of financial accounting information and data quality of information systems. The AHP survey has been performed to verify the weight difference of the criteria to select effective IC indicators among industry. The results shows that there exists the weight differences in relevance and comparability factor by industry. To management IC effectively, different method considering industry environment should be required.
