본 연구는 지역적 정보화의 성장 잠재력과 필요성 및 지역적 정보화 특성 등을 갖추고 있는 J시를 대상으로 지역적 현황을 분석하고 정보화 인프라구조 구축을 기반으로 하는 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 행정, 산업 및 생활 정보화 등의 주요 분야에 관하여 제시하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 개발내용, 개발과정, 서비스 제공과 평가, 콘텐츠 내용과 서비스 수요자 및 콘텐츠 제공자간의 상호작용 등을 다루었다. 지역 정보화콘텐츠 개발방안을 제시함으로써 지역 정보화의 확산과 지역 정보화 발전 및 지역 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

최근 정보기술의 발전과 디지털화로 도서관의 정보 네트워크화가 급속히 이루어지고 있다. 정보네트워크 기반의 디지털 도서관에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 관심과 이용은 점차 증대되고 있다. 이에 대해 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 명확한 개념정의와 응용환경을 고찰하고 디지털 도서관에서의 멀티미디어 활용을 위한 컨텐츠서비스 및 컨텐츠관리 방안에 대해서 분석하였다. 그 결과 정보환경의 변화에는 정보기술의 영향이 중요한 요소로서 작용하며 이용자의 정보요구가 다양한 유형의 자원인 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로의 활용으로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 해외의 공공도서관 기반 건강정보서비스 사례를 조사하여 웹사이트에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 건강정보서비스를 제공하는 5개의 웹사이트를 조사하였고, 총 15개의 콘텐츠를 추출할 수 있었다. 국내 공공도서관의 건강정보서비스 도입을 위해 각 콘텐츠의 유용성을 분석한 결과, 모든 콘텐츠가 보통 이상으로 유용하게 조사되었으며, 이 중 핵심적으로 작용하는 콘텐츠는 '질병, 투약, 건강관리 정보', '건강강좌, 무료검진 정보', '암 관련 정보'였다.

이 논문은 공간 사진을 이용한 u-GIS 콘텐츠를 생성할 수 있도록 하는 GeoPhoto 콘텐츠 마크업 언어를 제안하고 있다. 제안된 GeoPhoto 콘텐츠 마크업 언어는 상이한 여러 플랫폼에서 개인 맞춤형 공간 사진 영상 정보를 표출 및 활용할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 지원하기 위한 GeoPhoto 콘텐츠 모델과 마크업 언어를 포함하고 있다. GeoPhoto 콘텐츠 언어는 다양한 공간 사진 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있도록 GeoPhoto, CubicPhoto, SequenceGeoPhoto 타입을 기반으로 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 다양한 지리 정보, 위치 정보, 사진 정보등의 정보를 융합하여 표현하는 기능을 지원한다. 또한, 사진과 관련한 다양한 콘텐츠 모텔을 제공 할 수 있도록 다양한 GeoPhoto 콘텐츠 모텔과 이 콘텐츠들 사이의 연산들을 설정할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이 논문은 GeoPhoto 콘텐츠를 표현하기 위한 연산으로서 Annotation 연산과 Enlargement 연산, Overlay 연산들을 제안하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 웹, IPTV 등의 콘텐츠 유통망에서의 개인화 추천서비스를 위하여 이용자의 콘텐츠 이용행위와 콘텐츠의 위치정보를 활용한 추천방법을 제안하고 있다. 추천방법의 성능향상을 위하여 이용자 및 콘텐츠 프로파일 생성방법과 함께, 이용자의 콘텐츠 이용행위를 암묵적 이용자 피드백으로서 학습과정에 적용하여 이용자 선호도를 분석하였다. 학습과정에서의 이용자 선호도 분석을 위하여 협업여과추천방법 및 내용기반추천 방법을 적용하였다. 또한 보다 정확한 추천을 위한 최종 콘텐츠 추천을 위하여 웹사이트 상의 콘텐츠에 대한 위치정보를 활용한 추천방법을 제안하고 있다. 이를 통하여 보다 효율적이고 정확한 추천 서비스의 제공이 가능할 수 있다.

This study analyzed the disparity between the supply and demand of information demand and information provision generated among information providers(agricultural researchers) and information adopters(farmers), the two subjects of the local innovation diffusion process, with a focus on the contents and methods of sharing information and according to individual innovation diffusion pattern. In information provision, the characteristics of the contents of information in terms of their temporal necessity and effective period were more important than the field to which the contents of information belonged. In addition, the selection and strategic provision of an information provision method appropriate to each pattern according to the contents of information were proposed as a way of resolving farmers'information demand and strengthening their links to experiment stations. According to the analysis, information provision methods such as the limited use of some patterns in methods of providing documents, provision of production information using experiment field, and eco-friendly agricultural information to all types through regular study group sessions, search for plans for using ICT, and supplementary and interconnected composition of individual information provision methods were applicable in a complex manner according to the situation and management format, and the standard here was the contents of information.

본 연구는 지역적 정보화의 성장 잠재력과 필요성 및 지역적 정보화 특성 등을 갖추고 잇는 제천시를 대상으로 지역적 현황을 분석하고 정보화 인프라 구축을 기반으로 하는 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 행정, 산업 및 생활 정보화 등 을 위한 지역 정보화 콘텐츠 개발방안을 제시함으로써 지역정보화 콘텐츠 개발에 관한 연구의 확대는 물론, 정보도시의 홍보활동, 정보의 공유, 정보활용의 마인드 제고를 기대할 수 있으며 나아가 주민 복지를 위한 정보도시의 건설과 지역 경쟁력 제고에 이바지할 수 있을 것이다.
