The purpose of this paper is to present a smart QR code recording system and a method of nonstorage data delivery that transforms the original data into a form of URL information by encrypting it and encoding the URL information into a QR code so that the QR code can be written and decrypted in a medium without storing the original data. The method of the study was presented by the prior art study and the literature research. Analysis results show that the system is built on the online administration server. The data input signal matching secret code is stored in DB, the QR code generation command converts input data from the password DB to the password information combined into the subordinate locator of the admin server's domain name, URL code. Therefore, the smart QR method of data management (recording and providing) indicates that there are no limitations in the ease and space of use or obstacles to capacity use.
In this paper, a concatenated RS and Turbo code is proposed for OFDM system over burst error channel. The concatenated code used in this study is a RS(255,2D2) code and a rate 1/2 turbo code. The turbo code uses 2 recursive systematic convolutional (RSC) code as the constituent codes and the parity bit are punctured to get the desired code rate. It is shown by simulation that the conventional OFDM system fails when there exists burst noise. The concatenated RS and turbo code obtains at least 5dB gain over the turbo code at the bit error probability of $10^{-3}$.
In CDMA, the currently used PN code acquisition methods detect the phase of the incoming PN signal on the basis of ML estimation. In serial search strategy, it takes relatively long time for PN code acquisition. A study related to reduce processing time of PN code acquisition is important. Therefore we propose a reference code design for a new algorithm that a reference code and the received PN code are fully correlated to detect the transmitted PN code, in detail, the relative phase offset j of c⒡. After choosing two weight factors, we show the mathematical analysis and derivation for the reference code design.

A concatenated coding system using a binary code as the inner code and a nonbinary code as the outer code has been constructed for the purpose of error correction. The complexity of a conventional coding system grows exponentially as the code length of a block code becomes longer. To reduce the complexity for ling code, an effective communication system has been proposed by cascading two codes-binary and norbinary codes. Using a parallel-to-serial circuit and a serial-to-parallel circuit, the concatenated coding system has been designed and constructed by empolying a (7,3) burst error correcting code as the inner code and a (7,3) Reed-Solomon code as the outer code. This system has been simulated and tested using a micro-computer. For the (49,9) concatenated coding system, the error probability of the channel has been evaluated and compared to different coding systems.

This paper presents a method for code generation of UML sequence diagrams based on message patterns. In the sequence diagrams, it is shown that messages are some types of forms typically. This paper classifies according to type as three patterns, and construct meta-information for code generation analysing structural infomation for each patterns. The meta-message of structural information (MetaMessage) is stored in the MetaMessage datastore and the meta-method information from the MetaMessage is stored in the MetaMethod datastore. And then, the structural information of MetaClass and MetaObject is constructed in each datastore too. For each pattern, this paper presents a method for code generation based on the meta information of message patterns and the syntax of target progamming language. Also, branching and looping that has been seldom handled integratedly in the previous works are handled as same as the basic patterns by classifying the branching pattern and the looping pattern for code generation integratedly.

This paper proposes code optimization techniques to reduce energy consumption of complex multimedia applications in a hybrid memory system with volatile dynamic random access memory (DRAM) and non-volatile spin-transfer torque magnetoresistive RAM (STT-MRAM). The proposed approach analyzes read/write operations for variables in an application. Based on the profile, variables with a high read operation are allocated to STT-MRAM, and variables with a high write operation are allocated to DRAM to reduce energy consumption. In this paper, to optimize code for real-life complicated applications, we develop a profiler, a code modifier, and compiler/link scripts. The proposed techniques are applied to a Fast Forward Motion Picture Experts Group (FFmpeg) application. The experiment reduces energy consumption by up to 22%.

The tracing system means that the system can follows, traces, and records every steps of production and delivery of goods and its ingredient. Specially, Koreans have big concern about food tracing system which is influential for health directly. We were more interested in medical herb using in oriental medicine than any other things. We proposed the process and design of tracing system for medical herb based on RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technology in this research. This study shows current medical herb tracing ways and RFID code system by using for world standard. Firstly, We designed the new process of traceability of medical herb with various preceding references based on RFID technology. Secondly we suggest that RFID code configuration using the international standard code(ISO code) and korean agricultural and marine products code for the proposed process. RFID code system is very important because this plays a means of identification for tracing about medical herb. The proposed code system have the elements as Issuing Agency Code, Issuer Number, inspection information, inheritance flag, area code, modified agricultural and marine products code, serial number in 96 Bit length. Lastly We defined the code-generation process in the tracing system.

In this paper, we designed and implemented a code conversion method between ISO/IEC 10646 and the multi-byte code set. The Universal Multiple-Octet Coded Character Set(UCS) provides codes for more than 65,000 characters, huge increase over ASCII's code capacity of 128 characters. It is applicable to the representation, transmission, interchange, processing, storage, input and presentation of the written form of the language throughout the world. Therefore, it is so important to guide on code conversion methods to their customers during customer systems are migrated to the environment which the UCS code system is used and/or the current code systems, i.e., ASCII PC code and EBCDIC host code, are used with the UCS together. Code conversion utility including the mapping table between the UCS and IBM new host code is shown for the purpose of the explanation of code conversion algorithm and its implementation in the system. The programs are successfully executed in the real system environments and so can be delivered to the customer during its migration stage from the UCS to the current IBM code system and vice versa.

Self-Modifying-Code is a code that changes the code by itself during execution time. This technique is particularly abused by malicious code to bypass static analysis. Therefor, in order to effectively detect such malicious codes, it is important to identify self-modifying-codes. In the meantime, Self-modify-codes have been analyzed using dynamic analysis methods, but this is time-consuming and costly. If static analysis can detect self-modifying-code it will be of great help to malicious code analysis. In this paper, we propose a static analysis method to detect self-modified code for binary executable programs converted to LLVM IR and apply this method by making a self-modifying-code benchmark. As a result of the experiment in this paper, the designed static analysis method was effective for the standardized LLVM IR program that was compiled and converted to the benchmark program. However, there was a limitation in that it was difficult to detect the self-modifying-code for the unstructured LLVM IR program in which the binary was lifted and transformed. To overcome this, we need an effective way to lift the binary code.
In recent software development, repetitive code fragments (i.e., clones) are common due to the copy-and-paste programming practice, the framework-based development, or the reuse of same design patterns. Such similar code fragments are likely to introduce more bugs but are easily disregarded by a code reviewer or a programmer. In this paper, we present a code review tool to help code reviewers identify important code changes written by other programmers and recommend which changes need to be reviewed first. Specifically, to identify important code changes, our approach detects code clones across revisions and investigates them. Then, to help a code reviewer, our approach ranks the identified changes in accordance with several software quality metrics and statistics on those clones and changes. Furthermore, our approach allows the code reviewer to express their preferences during code review time. As a result, the code reviewer who has little knowledge of a code base can reduce his or her effort by reviewing the most significant changes that require an instant attention. To evaluate our approach, we integrated our approach with a modern IDE (e.g., Eclipse) as a plugin and then analyzed two third-party open source projects. The experimental results indicate that our approach can improve code reviewer's productivity.
