QR Code Design of Museum that incorporates Museum Identity -focused on four public art gallery in Jeju- (MI(Museum Identity)를 반영한 미술관 QR코드 디자인 개발 -제주지역 공립 미술관 4개소를 중심으로-)

  • Jeju're behind in communicating with the public and local population compared to the national registration number of the best art galleries and the relatively low awareness needed to promote alternative that fits the times. QR Code excel in design and favorable approach to provide the identity of the drawing and the information is being used to promote a variety of mediators of the museum. However, most of the Jeju Museum of Art is the situation with incomplete registration of the design development design development requires QR code is a feasible reality. In this study, I analyze the semantics of the Museum Identity divided into six places in Jeju registered public art gallery in the signifier and signified. Proposed a design QR code QR code developed and developing design reflects the Museum Identity of development based on a selection of four places to the use case analysis of the design according to the value of properties.

The National Images of United Kingdom, France, and Germany in the Korean Middle School Social Studies Textbooks (한국의 중학교 사회교과서에 나타난 영국, 프랑스, 독일의 국가이미지)

  • This study aims to illustrate the national images of United Kingdom, France, and Germany based on the descriptions in the Korean middle school Social Studies textbooks in comparative perspective. In order to identify and compare the national images of the three countries, the author uses a framework for analysis consisting cognitive, normative, and relational factors. The main findings are as follows. First, the most frequently shown topics and issues are democratic institutions in the case of United Kingdom, respect for human rights in the case of France, and sustainable environment in the case of Germany. Second, for all the three countries, the most frequent factor among the three is cognitive one, followed by normative and then relational factors. Third, United Kingdom is described as a country of social unrest and conflict as well as a democratic country with long history and tradition. Fourth, France is described as a country of respect/abuse of human rights, potential for high tech industry, and largest agricultural state in Europe. Fifth, Germany is described more as a country of a leading country for global environmental protection than as a country with electronic and information technology.

The Relationship between Personal Traits and the Type of Fashion-related Occupations (패션관련 직업 유형과 성격특성과의 관계)

  • Studying employees' personality and relationship to their job would help to improve high unemployment and turnover rate in the current Korean fashion and textile industry. Based on personality which is an important influential factor, this research studied types of fashion and textile-related occupations and differences among employees' personalities related to the types. Using disclosed data from Korea Employment Information Service, 27 fashion and textile-related occupations were selected for the final analysis. Ward's Minimum Variance Cluster Analysis, MANOVA, and ANOVA by SAS 9.3 was used to analyze data. First, fashion and textile-related occupations were classified into three groups. Group 1 was mostly consisted of occupations related to manufacturing process of fashion and textile including mechanical technicians. Group 2 included occupations in garment designing and manufacturing. Designers and manufacturers including shoes, bags, and jewelry belong to group 3. Second, after observing differences in personalities among the three groups, group 1 answered that most of the personalities were not important for performance of their duties, group 2 said that only some of them were important, and group 3 regarded most of them as important. Specifically, group 1 considered precision as the most important personality but rest of the personalities not as necessary. It was revealed that personalities in relationship with other personnel such as sociality and leadership were not important. The results in this study will be used for analyzing whether job seekers' desired occupations in fashion field corresponds to their personalities and is expected to become a basic data of students' career counseling for educators.

The Effects of Hotel Employees' Emotional Intelligence and Job Engagement on Work Performance (호텔종사원의 감성지능과 직무열의가 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study presents to demonstrate the relationships among emotional intelligence, job engagement, and work performance as perceived by hotel employees. For conducting analysis in this study, 380 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to the employees in deluxe hotels in Seoul and 353 copies was used for statistical analysing by using SPSS 18.0. Current stud y found that the factors of hotel employees' emotional intelligence (other's emotion, control of emotion, self-emotion, and use of emotion) have a critical effect on the concentration job engagement. In addition, the elements of job engagement (concentration and job engagement) have a significantly effect on work performance. Based on these results, the study established that hotel employees' emotional intelligence and job engagement were important elements as key factors affecting the continuous work performance of the hotel industry. Through these study results, this study provides practical implications that help hotel employees to better understand their emotional factors are critical predictor of job engagement and it will be useful information for utilizing human resources and improve their work performance.

  • Our society is showing rapid growth throughout the industry, but it is in the era of nuclear family and aging. Due to the elderly, the demand for social welfare services such as medical treatment services tends to increase sharply. However, duties of senior citizens and social workers engaged in related medical care facilities are not clearly identified, and job stress has occurred and the degree of job satisfaction is extremely low. Therefore, in this paper, in relation to the social worker's duties of elderly nursing home care facilities, in practicing welfare services, knowledge base that was convergence with duties so that you can focus on service according to better environment and standardized procedures To provide a management system. Through the proposed system, social workers are expected to be able to improve work satisfaction by quickly grasping operations and escaping from job stress through their own development and information sharing.

Structural Relationship between Adolescent Athletes' Positive Thinking, Coping Flexibility, and Burnout (청소년 운동선수들의 긍정적 사고와 대처유연성 및 소진의 구조적 관계)

  • The objective of the study was to identify the structural relationship between adolescent athletes'positive thinking and coping flexibility, burnout. In order to achieve such research goal, male and female athletes'from physical education middle and high schools across the nation were recruited; using a convenience sampling method, a total of 333 samples were selected as the final effective samples. The data went through a goodness-of-fit test for the whole model using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 and a hypothesis test. The result is as follows: first, positive thinking was revealed to have significant influence on coping flexibility. second, repertories and flexible a subfactor of coping flexibility, had significant negative (-) effects on burnout, whereas reflective had no significant effects on it. Third, positive thinking was revealed to have no significant influence on burnout. In conclusion, although positive thinking is a variable that is based on internal information, positive thinking did not directly affect psychological burnout, but coping flexibility can be used to prevent burnout.

  • The importance of warehouse is increasing since the role of warehouse in modern industry is changing from concept of storage to concept of circulation which facilitates purchasing, production, storage and distribution activities by induction of information system. In this study, a program is developed using C# for evaluating efficiency of automated storage and retrieval system(AS/RS). A simulation work is done for eight operating schemes under the combination of three conditions, which are storing method, the shape of automatic warehouse and the sequence of command performs, and the moving distance of stacker crane is calculated using the same gateway data. Using this program, the optimal operating scheme can be proposed based on the analyzed results of simulation. This progrm shows the effectiveness and applicability through the simulation work and can be utilized for courses which are related to factory facilities.

A Study on the Development Strategies of the Priority Job Training Program (우선선정직종훈련제도의 발전방안 연구)

  • The priority job training program is one of key training programs in Korea. This training program has some fundamental problems. The process of selecting the detailed training jobs does not reveal the true training demand of industry sectors. The contracting-out process and control mechanism of the priority job training program show several weaknesses from the points of success conditions of contracting-out public services. In this paper, I proposed development strategies of the priority job training program. The contract period should be longer than one year so that the training institutions may invest for improving quality of training in the longer perspective and reduce transaction costs. The training fee pay mechanism should be more performance-based.

Study on Research Trends in Airline Industry using Keyword Network Analysis: Focused on the Journal Articles in Scopus (키워드 네트워크를 이용한 항공관련 글로벌 연구동향 분석: 스코퍼스(Scopus)게재 논문을 중심으로)

  • In various research fields, it is important to identify the trends and meaningful patterns in large volumes of text data. We examined the research trends and patterns in global journal articles related to aviation and airlines from 1997 to 2016 using keyword network analysis. Keyword network models were constructed, and centrality (degree and betweenness) analysis was performed using 25,959 articles from the Scopus database. The results suggested that the recent research trends in aviation and airlines could be quantitatively described through keyword network analysis. The engineering and social science fields were the most relevant fields with keywords related to aviation and airlines. In addition, it was shown that betweenness centrality increased with the degree centrality of keywords. The results of this study could be applied to establish policies and suggest further research topics in the field of aviation and airlines based on empirical data.

  • Medical implant devices are one of the targets of the US's Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for tracking in case of a serious adverse event since they are directly connected to the lives of patients. The US law stipulates that the public health agency shall order implantable device makers to track their product down to the patient level if a serious adverse event has occurred or defects have been discovered; in reality, however, the agency can pass on the responsibility for tracking or recalling faulty devices to the manufacturers or use mass media. This article proposes an efficient tracking and recall management system and examines four main virtual scenarios based on such. This research seeks to suggest a system that enables FDA to perform accurate and prompt tracking and recall management for patients' enhanced safety.
