Understanding teachers in the early childhood education is crucial as it can not only affect the quality of children's education but also cause many critical problems such as child abuse. A significant amount of research work has been made on the use of robots in childcare classrooms. The finding from the research has shown many advantages such as the improvement of learning performance, social/emotional skills, creativity, concentration period, physical and cognitive development. However, most of the study has been implemented at the K-12 classrooms but not much has been focused on the education at the early childhood classrooms. Importantly, it is very crucial to understand teachers' perception, demands and technical competence about the new teaching tool, in order to maximize its educational effect. This paper investigates some critical issues existing in both teaching and managing in the early childhood education. It will also explore teachers' perceptions and expectations on the use of robots to identify some dilemmas that exist in their working and teaching environment. A survey study was conducted with 119 early childhood educators in South Korea. It analyzed the educators' perception of using robots to improve their teaching performance and to make better outcomes for children, investigated job satisfaction and difficulties that they have in the current work environment. This paper concludes with several guidelines for integrating and setting robotics in the early childhood environment, in order to engender productive outcomes for the future early childhood education.

요즘 우리 나라는 인터넷 사용자가 1,500만 명을 넘었으며 교육 정보화 사업으로 인해 가정과 학교에서 인터넷이 일반화 되어가고 있다. 또한 인터넷은 점점 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 정보의 양도 급팽창을 하고 있다. 학생들의 흥미와 동기를 유발하고, 더 효과적이고 체계적인 글쓰기 지도를 위해 인터넷의 다양한 서비스 및 정보와 자료를 적극 활용하기 위해, web을 이용한 글쓰기 지도 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

This study attempts to develop a methodology that analyzes patent applications to identify future skills, in particular in the sector of information security, recently into the spotlight. Matching skill elements from the International Patent Classification (IPC) with skill units from job analysis, the study tries to track trends in the skills needs based on IPC time-pattern. It then verifies the validity of the outlook for future skills needs by addressing the situation through the use of patents. The research assesses the usability of patent information for this type of analysis. While this study is limited to the information security sector by using Korean patent information, it can be expanded in the future to other areas and patents in the United States and Europe.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 인공지능 교육의 최근 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 인공지능 교육의 방향성을 모색하는 것이다. 2016년부터 2023년 11월까지 RISS(Research Information Sharing Service)에 게재된 논문 중 인공지능 교육 관련 논문 697편을 대상으로 워드 클라우드(Word Cloud)와 LDA 토픽 모델링(Latent Dirichlet Allocation Topic Modeling) 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 주요 토픽으로는 생성형 인공지능 활용 교육, 인공지능 윤리 교육, 인공지능 융합 교육, 인공지능 활용에 대한 교사 인식과 역할, 대학 교육에서 인공지능 리터러시(Literacy) 개발, 인공지능 기반 교육과 연구 방향으로 여섯 가지가 도출되었다. 분석결과를 토대로, (1) 다양한 교과목에 생성형 인공지능 활용 확대, (2) 인공지능 사용을 위한 윤리적 지침, (3) 인공지능 교육의 장기적 영향 평가, (4) 고등교육에서 교사의 인공지능 활용 역량, (5) 대학의 인공지능 교육과정 다양화, (6) 인공지능 연구 추이 분석 및 교육 플랫폼(Platform) 개발 등을 제안하였다.

The importance of information media in personal lives has increased rapidly, indicating the average ages of users are becoming younger. School-age children, despite the inconsequential differences, are reported to have used the internet for their free time, information search, communications, and education. Recent researches are focused on various variables affecting internet-addictions since these problems have become a major issue in education due to prolonged use of the internet or mobile. The regulations as a preventative measure and the setting of standard are also considered as major issues of research. In terms of policy, there should be revisions on laws and regulations about the internet and mobile in order to protect school-age children from vicious environments. For the education's part, there should be appropriate amount of education, for children and their parents, on how to use computers and the internet properly and how to prevent internet-addiction.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

대학에서 효과적인 연구와 학습이 이루어지기 위해서는 정보의 필요성을 인지하고, 찾아내고 평가하며, 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 능력을 포함한 정보활용교육이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 국내 외 단체와 학자들에 의해 제시된 정보활용능력 기준 및 모형과 정보활용교육 사례를 기초로 대학생을 위한 정보활용교육 교안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정보활용교육은 1회성 교육이 갖는 한계를 극복하기 위해 정규교과목으로 운영되어야 하며, 대학도서관 정보와의 연계 및 효과적인 활용을 위해 그리고, 대학도서관 및 사서의 역할에 대한 전략적 측면의 고려를 위해 도서관 전문사서의 주도적 또는 협력적 역할이 필수적이다. 또한, 현 세대의 성향과 요구를 반영한 내용구성의 변화와 학생들의 주체적이고 자발적인 참여를 이끌어내기 위한 방법적 측면의 고려가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the preference by emoticon types according to the gender of sender, emotion types of message and intimacy with the recipient. Results show that women mostly prefer to use dynamic and imaged emoticon than men. However, the preference of using text messages increases when both men and women express uncomfortable emotion. Especially, when users send family messages, they tend to prefer for text message. And when users send close friends messages, the preference for dynamic and imaged emoticon is high. When users send distant friends messages, the similar tendency is shown regardless of emotion. These results can provide the information to use emoticon in the filed of education and take advantage in digital education and mobile education.

정보화지표는 정보화에 따른 사회전반에 걸친 다양한 변화를 정확하게 파악하고 변화추이를 예측함으로써 미래의 변화에 대비하고 올바른 정책을 유도하기 위한 도구이다. 본 연구는 현재 교육정보화에 대한 투자와 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)교육의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황에서 정보화수준 평가와 관련된 기존 연구를 중심으로 정보화지표 구성체계, 지표별 측정 항목을 살펴보고, 추가적인 행정적 비용이나 노력을 최소화하면서 가장 효과적으로 교육정보화지표를 측정하기 위한 항목을 제안하였다. 특히 초등교육 정보화수준을 측정할 수 있는 지표를 구성하여 정보화 실태조사결과를 정보화 수준 측정에 사용할 수 있는 정보기술 이용측면을 강조한 초등교육의 정보화지표 항목을 도출하였다. 또한 이러한 교육 정보화 지표의 올바른 구성을 위한 가중치 산정의 중요성과 방법을 제시하였는데, 이와 같은 초등교육현장과 아동의 정보기술 이용측면을 동시에 고려한 지표는 향후 효율적인 정보통신기술(ICT)교육의 평가지표와 교육정책의 가이드가 될 것이다.

The article considers one of the areas of development of artificial intelligence where there is the development of computer intelligent systems capable of performing functions traditionally considered intelligent - language comprehension, inference, use of accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learn and explain their decisions. It is found that informational intellectual systems are promising in their development. The article is devoted to intelligent information systems and technologies in educational activities, ie issues of organization, design, development and application of systems designed for information processing, which are based on the use of artificial intelligence methods.
