As the use of Internet being generalized, ordering system can be easily achieved on the Web so that the direct sailing system is replaced the various types of Built-To-Order system. It is important to give the up-to-date information to the end-user in order to build the Built-To-Order system. Recently, the way of providing information is updating the product related information continuously. In this study, we provide the method that can be streamlined Product Data Management System which manages a creation and update for product information into the direct BTO system in order to achieve the newest information. This methodology is not only transferring the information but also processing the information in an appropriate form. So this paper is going to cover the various point of view of information processing.

The field of market ing is increasingly developing and transferring its theory and application to the non-profit sectors of our society. These days we are beginning to see the impact of the marketing field on the administration of information service organizations. Marketing methods can assist information service organizations in doing a better job of allocating scarce resources and attracting new ones. Therefore this article describes principles of marketing, marketing for non-profit organizations and marketing for information service organizations.

Information Delivery Manual (IDM) is a documentation format for capturing the information requirements among various AEC project tasks and their software uses. The authors analyzed the structural engineering and analysis domain and were able to define its process model definition and the information flow required for the process by following the methodology stated in the IDM format. The authors believe that The manual has its potentials for further enhancements for IFC-based process integration by transferring it into a information model schema, which can be later referenced by the software applications to automatically determine which data need to be exchanged.

Including technical device and general information system, the information-technical(IT) system is defined as the technical system for acquiring, processing, storing and transferring information to a person. This paper presents Knowledge-based Heuristic Evolution Model for creating the advanced information-technical system. This Evolution Model is derived from the historical review on definition of evolution, the research on the architecture of the general IT system, history of IT system, technology innovation theory and multi-case study research. The evolution model is applicable to the conceptual creation of the advanced product in R&D organization requiring development methodologies like rapid-prototyping to develop next generation product. For the detailed theoretical construction and practical application of Evolution Model, the case study research based on action research is performed. the object of the case study is mobile device, especially mobile hand-held phone. Thus, we obtain the Evolution Model for creating the advanced information-technical system.

Due to the development of computer network and mobile communications, the security in image data and other related source are very important as in saving or transferring the commercial documents, medical data, and every private picture. Nonetheless, the conventional encryption algorithms are usually focusing on the word message. These methods are too complicated or complex in the respect of image data because they have much more amounts of information to represent. In this sense, we proposed an efficient secret symmetric stream type encryption algorithm which is based on Boolean matrix operation and the characteristic of image data.

A DAS(Distribution Automation System) enhances the efficiency and productivity of a utility. It also provides intangible benefits such as improved public image and market adventages. This paper discusses an approach to the integration of NDIS(New Distribution Information System) and DAS that will allow benefits from both technologies to support a common database and distributed computing architecture, thereby improving the ability of many functions to justify implementation of integrated systems based on transferring' data comparisons.

Optical visual cryptography was proposed by conjunction of the optical theory with the cryptography. However, it had some difficulties. The problems occurred in the process of transferring data processing system from visual to optics. Therefore, it is appropriate to approach these problems in terms of optics. The results show that the optical visual cryptography system has both the effectiveness and reliability as well as real-time implementation property.

As low-cost optical waveguides of optical interconnects, we fabricate multimode optical waveguides using a molding process The core size of a optical waveguide is 47 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ $\times$ 41 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. We use the photoresist AZ9260 as a master, polydimethyl-siloxane (PDMS) as a mold. In transferring process to polymeric material, we employ a modified micro-transfer molding process. All processes are simple and low-cost.

Current web-server deals a multimedia data as well as text data. But dealing a multimedia data is high burden to web-server. So it can degrade web-server response. We introduce H/W feature CDA (Contents Delivery Accelerator). Main function of this H/W is transferring data between SCSI disk and NIC by direct path, and TCP offloading. These 2 functions can accelerate web-server performance. In this paper we will explain problem of current web-server and suggest our new architecture and say various implementation issues.
