In NCW(Network Centric Warfare) environment, mobile nodes communicate through wireless link. But wireless link provides limited networking performance due to signal interferences or mobility of nodes. So it is quite challenge to acquire enough networking resources and use the resources efficiently. In this paper, we have proposed a P2P based tactical information sharing system which provides satisfactory visual information playout for mobile nodes(i.e., military personnel, vehicle,..) in NCW environment. Our proposed system consists of two components. One is caching-enabled switch which stores tactical information segments at its internal storage and then transports them to mobile nodes when require. Another is centralized scheduling algorithm which exploits networking resources more efficiently. To validate performance of proposed system, we performed series of experiments in wireless network testbed. Results show improved performance in terms of segment-missing ratio, networking resources usage, sharing time, and number of simultaneous playout mobile nodes with acceptable playout continuity(i.e., over 95%).

국가연구데이터커먼즈는 연구데이터 활용 극대화를 위해 컴퓨팅 인프라, 데이터 분석을 위해 사용되는 SW, Toolkit, API, 서비스 등과 같은 분석리소스를 연구데이터와 함께 배치하여 연합 활용될 수 있는 체계를 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다. R&D 과정에서 연구 출판물, 연구데이터에 대한 공유·활용 체계는 이미 잘 알려져 있다. 하지만 데이터와 밀결합된 소프트웨어, 컴퓨팅 인프라들을 공유하고, 활용할 수 있는 환경은 미미하고, 관리체계가 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 중심의 R&D 연구 과정에서 필요한 디지털 연구 자원 정보를 체계적으로 관리하기 위하여 데이터모델을 설계한다. 이는 국가연구데이터커먼즈 서비스에서 디지털 연구 자원 정보들을 등록하고 관리하는데 활용될 예정이다.

휴대 단말을 이용한 모바일 인터넷은 이동성을 제공하며 우리의 생활 속에서 빠르게 성장해 가고있다 그러나 모바일 인터넷은 기본적인 제약으로 인해서 대중적 활용이 미약한 수준이다. 특히 모바일 인터넷 서비스는 사전의 맞춤형 서비스로 제공되어 자원간의 상호 연계성이 미비한 자원제약 적인 사항이 대두되고 있어서 모바일 인터넷이 대중적인 서비스로 발전하기에는 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되어진다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 분산되어 있는 객체간의 위치 제약성을 극복하고 객체 자원 간 상호 공유를 확대하는 '모바일 자원의 공유'를 증대하는데 연구의 목적을 두었으며 이론 구현하기 위해서 모바일 자원공유 시스템(MIRSS : Mobile Resources Sharing System)을 제안하였다. 모바일 자원공유 시스템은 사용자의 단일 요청을 상황인식(Context Awareness)에 기반한 다중 명령으로 자동 변환하여 정보를 요청하게 된다. 모바일 자원공유 시스템의 적용으로 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 사용자가 원하는 정보를 어디에서든지(anywhere), 언제든지(anytime) 얻을 수 있는 모바일 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 구축을 기대할 수 있다.

Nowadays, public cloud storage is gaining popularity and a growing number of users are beginning to use the public cloud storage for online data storing and sharing. However, how the encrypted data stored in public clouds can be effectively shared becomes a new challenge. Proxy re-encryption is a public-key primitive that can delegate the decryption right from one user to another. In a proxy re-encryption system, a semi-trusted proxy authorized by a data owner is allowed to transform an encrypted data under the data owner's public key into a re-encrypted data under an authorized recipient's public key without seeing the underlying plaintext. Hence, the paradigm of proxy re-encryption provides a promising solution to effectively share encrypted data. In this paper, we propose a new certificate-based proxy re-encryption scheme for encrypted data sharing in public clouds. In the random oracle model, we formally prove that the proposed scheme achieves chosen-ciphertext security. The simulation results show that it is more efficient than the previous certificate-based proxy re-encryption schemes.

데이터베이스 공유 시스템(Database Sharing System: DSS)은 고성능 트랜잭션 처리를 위해 다수 개의 컴퓨터를 연동하는 방식으로, 각 노드들은 디스크 계층에서 데이터베이스를 공유한다. DSS에서 각 노드는 빈번한 디스크 액세스를 피하기 위해 최근에 액세스한 데이터 페이지와 인덱스 페이지들을 자신의 지역 메모리 버퍼에 캐싱한다. 이때 노드가 항상 최신의 페이지를 사용할 수 있기 위해서는 지역 버퍼에 캐싱된 페이지들의 일관성을 지원하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 페이지에 비해 빈번히 엑세스되는 인덱스 페이지의 정확성을 보장할 수 있는 캐쉬 일관성 제어 기법을 제안한다.

This Study focused on the process of technology transfer for the aircraft development program by the strategic alliance. Especially, this study showed how the learning firms absorb new technology from the foreign leading company. This case study concludes that teachability, asset specificity, relation capital with partner, information sharing system in organization and knowledge base are key factors for absorbing the new technology from the technology leading partner.

Knowledge management system(KMS) was introduced into the company in order to apply knowledge management. But according to KMS is changed into information management system, the company is considered Community in Practice(CoP) instead of KMS. Because within CoP, individuals can interact with one another to solve problems, test new ideas, learn about new developments in their field and build a sense of affiliation with others in similar circumstances. In spite of it's importance there is few empirical study about CoP. So the purpose of this study is to examine which personal characteristics influence knowledge sharing and which context factors(including structural and relational characteristics) moderate relationship between individual characteristics and knowledge sharing within CoP through empirical study.

소규모 도시에서는 지하철과 같은 대규모의 구축비용과 운용비용이 필요한 저공해 대중교통 시스템을 구축하기가 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 환경개선 및 자원의 효율적인 사용이 가능한 전기자동차 세어링 서비스 프레임 워크를 기반으로 하는 소규모도시를 위한 대중교통 시스템을 제시한다. 제시한 시스템의 대중교통 수단으로의 유효성을 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 세어링 시스템을 도입하는 경우 출퇴근 시간대의 혼잡도가 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 중앙행정기관 공무원들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 평가 및 보상이 지식관리 활동에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 지식관리 활성화를 위한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 공분산구조분석결과, 평가는 보상과 지식창출 활동에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증된 반면, 지식공유에 대해서는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보상은 지식공유에만 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지식창출 활동은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식관리 활동에 대한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

조직 내 지식공유 및 지식활용의 주체는 조직구성원 개인이라는 점에서 지식관리전략을 논할 때, 인적자원관리와 지식관리의 관계성 논의는 매우 절실하다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부를 대상으로, 인적자원 관리의 세부영역인 교육훈련, 의사결정에의 참여, 성과평가 및 보상제도와 지식공유 및 지식활용과의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육훈련, 평가 및 보상제도가 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 정부조직의 지식공유와 활용에 있어서의 정책적 시사점을 논의하고 있다.
