Although federated learning is designed to be safer than centralized methods in terms of security and privacy, it still has many vulnerabilities. An attacker performing an adversarial attack intentionally manipulates the deep learning model by injecting carefully crafted input data, that is, adversarial examples, into the client's training data to induce misclassification. A common defense strategy against this is so-called adversarial training, which involves preemptively learning the characteristics of adversarial examples into the model. Existing research assumes a scenario where all clients are under adversarial attack, but considering the number of clients in federated learning is very large, this is far from reality. In this paper, we experimentally examine aspects of adversarial training in a scenario where some of the clients are under attack. Through experiments, we found that there is a trade-off relationship in which the classification accuracy for normal samples decreases as the classification accuracy for adversarial examples increases. In order to effectively utilize this trade-off relationship, we present a method to perform adversarial training by adaptively selecting a loss function depending on whether the client is attacked.

Police officers have an obligation to their profession to continuously strive for fairness for all the people they serve. However, some police officers are believed to have developed prejudicial attitudes towards some groups of the society and exercised police power unfairly against them. Especially, when the actions of the police are prejudicial during criminal investigation, this can affect outcomes of the investigation. Therefore, the police need to tackle this problem effectively. In order to develop a preventive strategy, the police must have a clear understanding of prejudice. However, there has been little research on this topic in Korea. Thus, this study attempted to fill the gap. The purpose of the current study was to examine if prejudice of police officers are statistically valid. In order to answer this research question, the present study utilized the results of 173 polygraph examinations that had been employed to investigate traffic accidents in a provincial police agency in 2006. From the polygraph examination reports, information relating to the subjects could be identified and this information was analyzed, using a logistic regression. The results of the logistic regression revealed that most of the variables relating to the subjects did not affect the credibility of the subjects' statements. This means the police officers' belief that some groups of people make false statements more often than others during criminal investigation is an unfounded prejudice.

Several researchers in the early days have studied the concept of creativity and its definition, but with the emergence of an unprecedented infectious disease, creativity attracts more attention in the academic world these days. It is because the ability to respond to change and create something that did not exist before has become an essential competency for survival. Therefore, we proposes a creativity textbook that can be used for teacher training based on a creative education practical strategy model for the purpose of enhancing the creativity of teachers in the field through analysis of various prior studies on creative education. And also, we developed the textbook to teach the principles of information security using creative storytelling techniques. In the teacher training using the textbook, the survey was conducted with 40 questions consisting of originality, fluency, elaboration, synthesis and organization factors in order to confirm the change in the teacher's creativity, and all factors were significantly improved. The textbooks developed in this study are meaningful in that it has increased the utilization of teachers' field education. We hope that this thesis will provide implications for the development of creative fusion textbooks, and related research will be actively conducted in the future.

Large tundra of the Russian Empire, has rich resources and science and technology, and a huge domestic market potential is rapidly changing. Based on the abundant energy resources such as oil, gas, and minerals, as foreign trade is active, the huge capital is moving. And commitment the active SOC by improving laws and regulations and changes in the structure of the Russian economy. One of them pushed the WTO since 1993, 19 years to see fruition join the WTO (World Trade Organization). As the official entry into force August 22, Russia, July 10, 2012, Congress passed the treaty after joining the WTO and of the 156th WTO member countries, was officially join. As the WTO, Russia has the world's 11th-largest economy in the steel tariffs from 30% to 15% are exported to Russia, South Korea Car TV parts from 10% to 0%, reduced from 20% to 5% Korean export companies to export to Russia, etc., is expected to become the new land of opportunity. As a result of the Falkland Islands War from April 2 to June 14, 1982, Britain overcame severe economic depression and reclaimed the glory of the former British Empire by winning the war. On the other hand, Argentina was greatly affected by the collapse of a military dictatorship and the birth of a democratic government. This study suggests strategies for responding to maritime disputes that may occur in Dokdo Island in the future by applying "DIME on PMESII" to the Falkland Islands dispute. In particular, the study analyzes how DIME (diplomacy, information, military, and economy) capabilities have an effect as a means of the total national power of a country that effectively controls the disputed territory. Based on the results of this study, the response strategies related to the Dokdo maritime dispute are as follows. First, effective control over the disputed territory should be effectively maintained and strengthened like in Britain. This strategy inspires patriotism, supports the government during warfare, secures a just cause for war, and gains international support. Second, 'DIME on PMESII' was effective in modern warfare by focusing our DIME capabilities on the weaknesses of the other country's PMESII system. That is, wars are not won simply by the conflict of armed forces but by a nation's overall national strength, such as diplomatic, information, and economic capabilities. Third, appropriate strategies for neighboring countries are needed to overcome the possibility of limited warfare in the sea through preparations for Dokdo maritime disputes in the future.

SNS users are continuously increasing and SNS is emerging as a major PR channel of government. In particular, SNS can be a useful tool, but also the challenges for risk communication. This study is examined how nuclear regulatory organizations' SNS management and visitors' responses to the facebook pages in Korea and U.S.. Results indicated that both organizations frequently used information-oriented posting. Concerning the types of PR, NSSC tended to mainly use 'Relationship-Management PR', NRC mainly use 'Image PR.' In addition, our analyses on visitors' responses showed that visitors usually in response to participational and visual(ex. video, card news) typed contents. Based on its' results, this study provides practical suggestions for government's future SNS management strategies.

In this paper we explain the definition and component of electronic records, and reestablish the principle of the preservation. Also we discuss the conceptual approaches and requirements for long-term preservation in an electronic environment. The preservation in digital environment is to protect itself of record identity with the reliability and authenticity, and to ensure the accessibility of records. It needs to be periodical migration along with digital environment change for the long-term preservation of the electronic records. and to select software independent standard format. to ensure the integrity of electronic records along with this preservation strategy, process and relative information required for digital preservation are to record in the form of metadata. The preservation system is separated into four functional entities ; registration process, preservation process, access process, main record management system. Also, this article is conceptually to introduce the selection criteria of storage media, the security provision for the archive collections and the disaster recovery which apply to the digital archives.

International organizations related to air transport such as ICAO, IATA, ACI are forecasting that the number of passenger will grow about 4.4% annually up to 2015. Therefore, the innovation of given system technology and operation procedure is required in global scale to cope with the increase of air traffic demand. CNS/ATM infrastructure based on satellite is considered to play key role in order to solve the problems due to the dramatic increase of air traffic demand over the world. Free flight concept in the air transport operation has been proved with CNS/ATM infrastructure especially in USA and Europe. Therefore, it is necessary to develop key technologies to overcome technology gap and to secure international competitiveness in Korea. ADS-B is an important issue, and new element technologies should be considered as essential items which were shown in Capstone project. Nowadays, the free flight concept is combined to Air Transport Road Map such as NextGen project in USA, SESAR in Europe. In this process, free flight is included in the concepts such as ATM(Air Traffic Management), aviation security and safety, environmental protection and economy development, wide area weather variable reduction service, information integration and application between the related authorities (civil/military) etc. The purpose of research is to establish mid-term and long-term infrastructure plan and strategy for free flight realization in Korea. The analysis of action target and equipment construction status, phase construction plan of infrastructure has been performed by considering mid-term and long-term free flight plans of USA and Europe.
