This thesis is analysing localization of human resources recruitment in the overseas investment of the Korean firms. The main results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: first, Korean overseas local corporations have achieved localization for physical workers. But localization above middle manager level is very poor. Second, local corporations are managed by the employee from Korean parent company. Third, parent company mentioned language ability, work process ability of local business, responsibility, leadership as selection basis for the workers in overseas local corporations. Localization propel strategy of local corporation human resources recruiting : (1) human resources recruiting strategy is the strategy of outsider. simple global human resources recruiting strategy is the recruiting of person dispatched from headquarter rather than local human resources (2) human resources recruiting strategy is the strategy of multidomestication. multidomestication human resources recruiting strategy is the strategy to use in case of stabilization in local area.

인터넷을 통하여 텍스트나 음성, 화상자료 등 다양한 정보를 이용할 수 있지만 이러한 전자정보원에 접할 수 있는 체계적인 서지통정이 아직 확립되어 있지 않다. 이 논문은 전자정보원의 체계적인 서지통정을 위한 규범이 되고 있는 국제표준서지기술법 ISBD(ER)을 중심으로 ISBD(CF)에서 ISBD(ER)로 변경된 배경과 함께 최근의 목록작성에 대한흐름을 개관하고, ISBD(ER)가운데 특징적인 서지요소와 기술규칙을 분석한 후 이를 바탕으로 AACR2R, OCLC 매뉴얼. CCM Module 31. 그리고 USMARC와 함께 검토함으로써 원격 전자정보원의 서지기술에 있어서 관련규칙들의 문제점과 특성을 비교 분석하였다.

Aiming at the problem of service reliability in resource reservation in cloud computing environments, a model of dynamic cloud resource reservation based on trust is proposed. A domain-specific cloud management architecture is designed in which resources are divided into different management domains according to the types of service for easier management. A dynamic resource reservation mechanism (DRRM) is used to test users' reservation requests and reserve resources for users. According to user preference, several resources are chosen to be candidate resources by fuzzy cluster analysis. The fuzzy evaluation method and a two-way trust evaluation mechanism are adopted to improve the availability and credibility of the model. An analysis and simulation experiments show that this model can increase the flexibility of resource reservation and improve user satisfaction.

Value of rural amenity resources scattered in rural area is difficult to be assessed isolatedly. Rural Amenity Resources Map (RARM) is developed for assessing rural resources based on specific territory. In the developing process, knowledge based system is oriented because rural amenity is differed from personal feeling. Possible decision trees in RARM are developed in reviewing process of previous GIS based decision support systems, and information strategy planning is constructed for achieving goals such as rural tourism, down shifting, and rural investment.

본 고에서는 도서관에서 디지털정보자원을 구매하는데 필요한 라이센스의 특징과 유형 및 주요 구성요소를 살펴보았다. 또한 국내 도서관에서 이루어지고 있는 라이센스 유형을 조사 분석하여 현행 라이센스 체결의 문제점을 지적하였으며 향후 바람직한 라이센스를 체결하는데 필요한 방향을 제시하였다.

Public research, which requires large computational resources, utilizes the supercomputers of the National Supercomputing Center in the Republic of Korea. The average utilization rate of resources over the past three years reached 80%. Therefore, to ensure the operational stability of this national infrastructure, specialized centers have been established to distribute the computational demand concentrated in the national centers. It is necessary to predict the computational demand accurately to build an appropriate resource scale. Therefore, it is important to estimate the inflow and outflow of computational demand between the national and specialized centers to size the resources required to construct specialized centers. We conducted a logit model analysis using the probabilistic utility theory to derive the preferences of individual users for future supercomputer resources. This analysis shows that the computational demand share of specialized centers is 59.5%, which exceeds the resource utilization plan of existing specialized centers.

해외 한민족의 정보자원의 생성과 변화는 민족공동체의 존립방식이나 사회변동에 많은 영향을 받고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 러시아의 곳곳에 산재해 있는 고려인이 생산한 한글정보자원 현황 (1900-1937)을 조사하고 분석하는 것이다. 러시아에서 고려인의 정보자원은 고려인의 이주역사와 함께하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 고려인 사회와 정보자원, 그리고 고려인 디아스포라의 형성과 발전과정, 고려인 한글정보자원을 출판형태와 주제, 소장 기관별로 나누어 실태조사를 하였다.

Correlation among different factors must be considered for selection of influencing factors in safety monitoring of high dam including positive correlation of variables. Therefore, a new factor selection method was constructed based on Copula entropy and mutual information theory, which was deduced and optimized. Considering the small sample size in high dam monitoring and distribution of daily monitoring samples, a computing method that avoids causality of structure as much as possible is needed. The two-dimensional normal information diffusion and fuzzy reasoning of pattern recognition field are based on the weight theory, which avoids complicated causes of the studying structure. Hence, it is used to dam safety monitoring field and simplified, which increases sample information appropriately. Next, a complete system integrating high dam monitoring and uncertainty prediction method was established by combining Copula entropy theory and information diffusion theory. Finally, the proposed method was applied in seepage monitoring of Nuozhadu clay core-wall rockfill dam. Its selection of influencing factors and processing of sample data were compared with different models. Results demonstrated that the proposed method increases the prediction accuracy to some extent.

정보생산 및 정보유통환경의 변화에 따라 도서관에서 전자정보원의 비중은 지속적으로 높아가고 있다. 따라서 전자정보원의 이용률에 대한 통계데이터는 도서관 경영 및 정보서비스 제공에 중요한 지표로서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자정보원에 대한 정의 및 특징을 살펴보고 전자정보원과 관련된 이용통계표준에 대한 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 대형 벤더 및 출판사에서 생산되는 이용통계에 대한 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 출판사 및 벤더들을 통하여 제공되는 전자정보원 이용통계를 도서관 경영 및 정보서비스 개발에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 도출하였다.

이 연구는 인터넷 환경에서의 연구자들의 학술정보 추구 행태는 어떤지를 고찰하려는 것이다. 인터넷을 통한 디지털 정보의 유통은 연구자들의 정보추구 방식에 어떤 변화를 주고 있는지를 알아본다. 먼저 디지털 형태의 학술정보를 수집, 처리하고 서비스하는 대학도서관과 전문도서관은 전자저널, 서지데이터베이스, 그 밖의 웹 정보원을 수집, 제공하기 위하여 어떤 방식을 사용하고 있는지를 분석한다. 연구자들은 디지털 정보를 어떤 경로를 통하여 이용하고 있는지도 분석한다.
