This study propose the new concept of residence by analyzing the change of residence through the characteristic of popularity and degree of development of technology on home network information appliance for intelligent home. Accordingly, Cyber village represented as home automation and extend to information of society. it encourage need of information and multimedia of home. It expect home information infrastructure for accepting informations, which make smart home to linked home-working home-learning home-treatment. home-shopping and home-banking. The system of intelligent home is the intelligence of human-biology in the side of environmental friendly and multi-function. it distinguish the system of security, controlling system of inside environment, supporting system of house-working, automatic controlling, house working. Future house require to meet demand of young generation, such as small residental space, the multi-functional space, the flexible space, making mood for dual income couple and of single as intelligent home. Accordingly, basic purpose which are pleasantness, the safe and the convenience the mobile multi-function as well as networking with controlling of temperature, security, health-test, home-entertainment, home-office and consider environment together.

Recently, the small-scale local governments of japan are enlarging and enriching the service of health, medical and welfare facilities for the elderly . Intensive arrangement of the three types of facilities is one of the effective ways especially for the small-scale local governments. The service network between facilities benefits by the intensive arrangement. Benefits include the network of the medical service, the share of care information, the share of space and equipment. It can be a notable feature in the intensive arrangement that the elderly were taken from welfare facilities (especially dayscare center) to hospital of high movement frequency quickly. Instead of EV path as possible, It is desirable to stand close between facilities of high movement frequency. For large area, the heavy snow made low daycare ratio. Therefore, it is desirable to construct a branch office at a long distance.

본 연구의 목적은 아도르노의 미메시스와 벤야민의 '적극적 동반자' 개념을 통해 문래동 예술촌의 공공예술 실천에 대해 분석하고, 새로운 장르의 공공예술 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 아도르노의 미메시스론과 문화산업 비판론, 벤야민의 미학을 중심으로 이론적 논의를 행하고 공공예술의 개념과 현실 맥락적 특징들을 성찰적으로 검토했다. 이를 바탕으로 예술가 네트워크뿐만 아니라, 지역주민 그리고 철공소 노동자 네트워크에서 새로운 공공예술의 실현 가능성을 발견하고, 그들의 적극적인 개입과 참여를 통한 새로운 공공예술 실천 사례를 심층적으로 분석했다. 이 연구의 의의는 문래동으로 상징되는 공공예술 영역에서 각각의 관계 맺기가 공공예술 실천을 어떻게 가능하게 하는지 분석하고, 나아가 새로운 장르의 공공예술 실천의 가능성을 모색하는 데 있다.

This study aims is users ensuring in public libraries and ma-eul libraries in Chang-Won city. For this purpose, This is survived about regional inhabitants and regional community. The actual conditions of public libraries and ma-eul libraries have been investigated and analysed about 4 libraries in Chang-won city. (Chang-won library, Chang-won city library, Sapa Dong-sung ma-eul library and Bong-gok ma-eul library). The ways of Users ensuring are as follows. 1. It can be formed village common lives through ma-eul library. 2. Fundamental libraries must establish in Chang-won city, and library materials must be common use. For this, All libraries must link regional information network. 3. For the strategy of ensuring the 'core-users', it is suggested from the community and inhabitants study.

This study was performed to identify the roles of residents for the environmentally sound and sustainable development, taco-polis(kologisches Bauen), eco-village and Symbiotic Housing. These buildings will achieve energy efficiency through design strategies such as passive solar heating system, natural cooling and day lighting. Their infrastructure will feature parking on the periphery, extensive pedestrian paths, outdoor ground lights that preserve stellar visibility, and environmentally sensitive technologies such as low writer use fixtures. And they will restore biodiversity while protecting the wildlife, wetlands, forests, soil, air and water. Their houses wile be designed to support home-based occupations, offering high-speed Internet access and other options to promote a localized, sustainable economy. To support and encourage the evolution of sustainable settlements, it is necessary to prepare constructing the physical facilities and the social functions relating with residents. The roles of residents are important to provide a high Quality lifestyle and to integrate a supportive social environment with a low-impact way of life. This study concluded the four main roles of residents for the sustainable of Eco-polis and Ecovillage. 1. Residents assist transition towards a sustainable society as eco-conscious consumers in the planning stage. 2. Residents live in a ecological way for the sustainable ecovillage. 3. Residents exchange information and education for increasing the community glue as a communication network. 4. Residents support and transmit their cultural vitality and tradition for the next generation. So, users are expected to encourage resident's participation in the planning, design, ongoing management and maintenance of the sustainable ecovillage.

Of the total economic loss caused by disasters, 40% are due to floods and floods have a severe impact on human health and life. So, it is important to monitor the water level of a river and to issue a flood warning during unfavorable circumstances. In this paper, we propose a modified error function to improve a hydrological modeling using a multi-layer perceptron (MLP) neural network. When MLP's are trained to minimize the conventional mean-squared error function, the prediction performance is poor because MLP's are highly tunned to training data. Our goal is achieved by preventing overspecialization to training data, which is the main reason for performance degradation for rare or test data. Based on the modified error function, an MLP is trained to predict the water level with rainfall data at upper reaches. Through simulations to predict the water level of Nakdong River near a UNESCO World Heritage Site "Hahoe Village," we verified that the prediction performance of MLP with the modified error function is superior to that with the conventional mean-squared error function, especially maximum error of 40.85cm vs. 55.51cm.

개도국 빈곤층은 대부분 여성이므로 빈곤여성을 지원하는 일은 개도국 지역사회와 가족 전체를 지원하는 것이며, 여성의 경제력향상은 가족뿐 아니라 지역, 국가, 글로벌 경제발전에 기여하게 되는 것이다. 본 논문은 한국의 지역 정보화 및 e-비즈니스 성공모델에 대한 인도네시아 적용을 위한 연구로서 지난 2년간 한 인도네시아간 연구기관, 정책결정자들과의 상호연구기반 네트워크를 형성하였고, 프칼롱안 현장방문조사를 통하여 프칼롱안에 적용 가능한 연구모델을 제시할 수 있었다. 또한 연구 성과를 토대로 프칼롱안시 정부와 국내 지자제와의 교류를 하였으며, 국내 지역정보화 및 e-비스니스 관련 기업인들의 인도네시아 진출 시 주요 정보제공과 비즈매칭의 기회를 제공하고자한다. 프칼롱안은 인도네시아 바�� 생산의 60%이상을 차지하며, 2005년부터 인력개발, 비즈니스개발, 환경개발 등의 세 가지 분야에 대하여 도시개발 프로젝트를 수행하고 있는 지역으로서, 국제기구, 중앙정부, 지방정부, 지역관청의 예산이 모두 통합되어 한 지역의 개발을 위해 서로 협력하면서 체계적이고 집중적인 개발을 통해 뚜렷한 성과를 유도하는 인도네시아의 도시개발프로젝트 수행지역이다. 인도네시아 프칼롱안 지역 여성인력을 e-비즈 활용자, e-비즈 생산자, e-비즈 전문가로 양성하기 위한 핵심요소와 이를 바탕으로 인도네시아 프칼롱안 지역정보화 및 e-비즈니스 의 성공모델을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 정부의 광대역통합망(BcN) 구축의 일환으로서 농어촌지역의 BcN 기반구축 사업의 타당성 분석을 목적으로 한다. 사업타당성 분석을 위하여 새로운 평가지표를 도출하고 전문가설문을 활용한 AHP 기법을 사용하여 사업타당성을 평가하였다. 그리고, 관련 선행연구를 살펴봄으로써 적합한 평가지표를 도출하고 계층화 분석법(AHP)을 사용하여 BcN 사업타당성을 평가하도록 한다. 그 결과 주요 타당성 지표로서 경제적 타당성, 기술적 타당성, 정책적 타당성 등이 BcN 사업타당성 지표로 도출되었으며, 평가기준으로 이해되었다. 연구결과 사업시행은 타당한 것으로 나타났으며, 분석의 신뢰도를 나타내는 비일관성지수는 0.0566으로 낮게 나타났다. 그리고, 향후 BcN 구축사업이 국민의 생활개선 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 BcN 사업을 합리적으로 추진하기 위한 기초자료로서 가치가 있을 것이다.

해양관광 수요가 지속적으로 증가할 것이 예상됨에 따라, 수요에 적극적으로 대응하고 고객요구에 최적화 및 차별화된 수요자 기반 컨텐츠 개발과 공급을 조정 통합하는 주체의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 스마트폰과 인터넷으로 대표되는 SNS를 기반으로 고객의 정보를 수집하고, 고객이 요구하는 차별화된 컨텐츠를 공급함으로서 비용 및 만족도 모두를 충족시킬 수 있는 토털 해양관광 Platform 구축이 필요한 실정이다. 경영전문 토털 해양관광 "Platform Company" 설립을 통하여 부산에 산재하고 있는 다양하고 특색있는 어촌 해양 부존자원 활용의 극대화, 해양관광 고객수요 창조, 어촌경제의 안정적 고수익 기반마련과 고용창출 등 지역경제 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to explore university students' Hanbok rental behavior and to examine factors that influence their intention to rent Hanbok. Questionnaires were distributed in Universities in the Seoul metropolitan area, and the final 202 responses were used for data analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-tests, and multiple regressions analysis were used. Sixty-one percent of those who have experienced Hanbok rental said they rented Hanboks to experience tourism and 22 percent said they rented Hanboks to take pictures, and the main rental places are tourist attractions such as Jeonju Hanok Village. Respondents indicated that the design and color of Hanbok were important product attributes when they consider renting a Hanbok. They also indicated that the opinions of other users posted on the Internet/Social Network were their main source of information for Hanbok rental. The result of cluster analysis showed that there were two groups of Hanbok rental consumers based on clothing consumption values: novelty-seeking group and practicality-seeking group. The two groups were different in terms of few factors of the benefit sought of Hanbok rental, product attributes, and information sources. Regression analysis revealed that traditional culture perception, purpose-built Hanbok pursuit benefit, pragmatic pursuit benefit, attitude toward Hanbok, and the previous Hanbok rental experience significantly affected respondents' intention to rent Hanbok. Based on the results, this study summarizes the key features of each group and provides suggestion for developing strategic marketing activities.
