The paper empirically examines relationships among information infrastructure, competitive advantage of information technology, and corporate performance of small and medium manufacturing firms. Effects of competitive advantage of information technology on the linkage between information infrastructure and corporate performance are investigated. The fact that SME's (Small and Mediem-sized Enterprises) are having difficulties in building their own information infrastructure due to the limitation of capital investment, technology, and manpower is the main motive for the study. Research results confirm that information technology provides several traits of strategic advantages such as efficiency, threat, functionality, preemptiveness, and synergy and significantly contributes to corporate performance. But linkage between information infrastructure and competitive advantage of information technology is proved to be weak and this result suggests that systematic and effective information strategy or planning is required to deliver expected advantages of information technology from information infrastructure investments. Also control effect of competitive advantage of information technology on information infrastructure-corporate performance linkage is not strongly recognized.

21세기는 지식과 정보를 활용하여 자국의 인적자원개발이 국가 경쟁력의 초석이 되고 있다. 국가지식정보인프라 통합 정보망 구축을 통하여 지식과 정보의 생산, 유통 및 활용을 극대화할 수 있다. 지식기반사회에서 인적자원개발를 위한 기본적인 정보망은 교육, 연구, 노동시장, 산학협동 그리고 평생교육 정보망으로 구성된다. 이들 영역의 정보망에 대한 현황과 문제점 분석을 기반으로 하여 체계적인 통합 정보망 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국가 지식정보인프라 통합 정보망 구축 방향을 정보기반인프라와 정보지원인프라로 구분하여 제시하고 있다. 정보기반인프라를 위하여 지식과 정보에 대한 디지털화의 촉진, 접근성 향상, 컨텐츠 개발 등이 필요하며, 정보지원인프라를 위해서는 법적 제도적 기반 정비, 행 재정 지원체제 정비 그리고 다양한 인적자원개발 정책이 요구된다.

As the area covered by the CPS grows wider, agencies such as public institutions and critical infrastructure are collectively measuring and evaluating information security capabilities. Currently, these methods of measuring information security are a concrete method of recommendation in related standards. However, the security controls used in these methods are lacking in connectivity, causing silo effect. In order to solve this problem, there has been an attempt to study the information security management system in terms of maturity. However, to the best of our knowledge, no research has considered the specific definitions of each level that measures organizational security maturity or specific methods and criteria for constructing such levels. This study developed an information security maturity model that can measure and manage the information security capability of critical infrastructure based on information provided by an expert critical infrastructure information protection group. The proposed model is simulated using the thermal power sector in critical infrastructure of the Republic of Korea to confirm the possibility of its application to the field and derive core security processes and goals that constitute infrastructure security maturity. The findings will be useful for future research or practical application of infrastructure ISMSs.

In this research the levels of information infrastructure of selected forwarders were measured and analyzed a relationship with business performance. The selected forwarder was consisted of local forwarder group and foreign invested forwarder group. In this analysis the level of information infrastructure of foreign invested forwarder group was higher than local forwarder group, and accordingly their performance was found a difference. i. e. A positive significant relationship was found between the level of information infrastructure and forwarders' business performance by means of correlation analysis.

초연결사회로 발전됨에 따라 정보통신의 역할이 크게 증대되고 통신재난이 발생할 경우 사회 인프라, 국가핵심기반의 서비스 중단 및 국민생활에 지대한 영향을 초래한다. 또한 정보통신분야는 산업구조가 고도화되면서 이에 대한 의존도가 급격히 증대하였기 때문에 재난으로부터 안전한 정보통신 환경 조성을 위해서는 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 체계적인 관리를 위해서 정보통신, 금융, 보건 및 의료 등 국가핵심기반 및 다양한 분야에서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있는 정보통신인프라에 발생할 수 있는 재난의 유형 및 위험에 대하여 분석하였다. 정보통신인프라에 재난이 발생할 경우 국가핵심기반의 서비스 중단 및 국민생활에 지대한 영향을 초래할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the components of SME's information infrastructure through literature review, empirically investigate the components, and develop a model for SME's information infrastructure. The fact that SME's are having difficulties in building their own information infrastructure due to the limitation of capital investment, technology, and manpower is the main motive for the study The survey questionnaires were distributed to CEO's and users of 3W SME's and intensive interviews were cornea out to CIO's and information services personnel to further investigate H/W and S/W components of Information Infrastructure. The study results show that there seems to be five main factors for SME's information infrastructure. They are: (1) Informatization Capacity, (2) Software and Network, (3) Management Recognition and Utilization, (4) Hardware, and (5) Alignment between Users and Information Services.

국가 통합정보망 구축을 통하여 지식과 정보의 생산, 유통 및 활용을 극대화할 수 있다. 지식기반사회를 형성하는 기본적인 정보망은 교육, 노동시장, 산학협동 그리고 평생교육 정보망으로구성된다. 이들 네 영역의 정보망에 대한 현황과 문제점 분석을 기반으로 하여 국가인적자원개발을 위한 체계적인 통합정보망 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국가 통합정보망 구축 방향을 정보기반 인프라와 정보지원 인프라로 구분하여 제시하고 있다. 정보기반 인프라를 위하여 지식과 정보에 대한 디지털화의 촉진, 접근성 향상, 컨텐츠 개발 등이 필요하며, 정보지원 인프라를 위해서는 법적$\cdot$제도적 기반 정비, 행$\cdot$재정 지원체제 정비 그리고 다양한 인적자원개발 정책이 요구된다.

The healthcare environment is becoming increasingly dependent on health information technology (HIT), with healthcare providers, patients, and other people engaged in the field producing and sharing information to improve healthcare delivery. This focus has raised the issue of Health Information Infrastructure (HII) to the forefront of policy, design, and law. While several studies have examined each element of HII, little attention has been paid to the overall infrastructure as a collection of technologies, institutions, standards, and practices. In order to fill the gap, this study focuses on medication reconciliation as an example of the wider phenomenon of HII. In particular, the study examines a medication reconciliation process (MRP) as an example to understand the key challenges facing the development of HII, how the challenges are interrelated, and how they can be met as a whole. Following a mixed methodology, involving workflow study, focus group discussions, and in-depth interviews, the study examines "data friction" along technical, institutional, regulatory, and legal dimensions. This study constitutes one of the first efforts to comprehensively investigate health information infrastructure and how technology and other dimensions in infrastructure are interrelated. The study therefore contributes to a better understanding of HII and the practical challenges that hinder the seamless flow of information in the healthcare environment.

오늘날 국가 기반시설의 전자적 침해 행위에 의한 정보통신 인프라의 교란 및 마비가 위협 요소로 대두되고 있다. 이에 정부는 주요 기반시설의 정보시스템 및 제어시스템을 보호하기 위해 주요정보통신기반시설 취약점 분석·평가제도를 정기적으로 시행하고 있으며 이를 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 매년 늘어난 인적·물적 자원을 투자하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정부의 노력에도 불구하고 국가 기반시설을 대상으로 한 침해사고가 지속해서 발생함에 따라 정보보호 기반마련을 위한 정부의 자원 투입이 정보보호 활동 결과 산출에 미치는 영향도가 떨어져 평가체계가 효율적이지 못하다는 의문이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주요정보통신기반시설 취약점 분석·평가 제도의 효율적 운용여부를 DEA 모형을 이용해 검토하고, 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 정보보호 수준 제고를 위한 개선방안을 제안하도록 한다.

해외(미국) 케이블방송 시장에서 제공되는 서비스와 주요기술 현황을 점검하고 향 후 서비스 환경 및 기술 변화에 대한 케이블방송 산업의 대응 전략을 알아보고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 향후 국내 케이블방송 산업 발전에 있어 고려 할 만한 시사점을 제안한다.
