본 논문에서는 IETF 표준화 단체에서 고려되고 있는 저전력 손실 네트워크 환경으로 구성되는 로컬 Infra IoT 네트워크에서 로컬 Infra-less IoT 서비스를 제공하기 위한 네트워크 구성 방법을 제안한다. 우선, Infra IoT 네트워크를 분석하고 이 네트워크에서 Infra-less IoT 서비스 지원에 대한 문제점을 기술한다. 이후 로컬 Infra-less IoT 네트워크 모델을 정의하고 정의된 네트워크 모델에 필요한 네트워킹 요구 사항 및 네트워크 구성 방법을 제안한다.

인터넷 접속지역정보를 일부 포털 사이트에 적용시키는 것으로부터 나아가, 웹2.0을 접목하여 개인과 사업자의 홈페이지에 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 Open API 의 필요성과 개발 방안에 대하여 논의한다. 접속지역정보 Open API의 정보 제공 방안과 정보 보안 방법, 트래픽 제어 방법 등에 관해서도 논의한다. 지금까지 인터넷 서비스에 접속지역정보 적용 현황과 Open API를 적용할 경우에 개선 방안에 대하여 논의한다.

가입자망 구간에서의 최종적인 목표라 할수있는 FTTH를 실현시키기 위해서 다양한 FTTH 가입자 전송장비가 개발되고 있으며, IP-TV 서비스를 비롯한 시간이동방송과 네트웍기반의 예약녹화기능 등 IP기반의 여러가지 영상서비스 개발이 상용화 단계에 있지만 이러한 서비스를 수용하기 위해 서는 가입자 댁내까지 광케이블이 인입되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 가입자 댁내까지 광케이블을 인입시키기 위해 건축된지 오래 경과되고 구내 통신설비환경이 열악한 기존공동주택(아파트)을 대상으로 광케이블을 댁내로 인입시키기 위한 방법과 시험 구축한 결과에 대하여 언급하였다.

In this paper, we propose a method of visual information of original image by encrypting only partial data of infra-red image. In this method, the infra-red image is divided into R, G, and B channels, and the outline is searched for the three channel images. Then, an average value is calculated for each contour image, and a channel to be encrypted is selected. The wavelet transform is performed on the selected channel to encrypt only the LL subband in which the highest energy is concentrated. Experimental results show that the SSIM value is less than 0.09 in the case of the proposed encryption method.

EPA(Electric Power Automation IT Infra) is a System for Protective Information Transmitter & Receiver and network service. KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) is building up a high-speed communication network to accept Smart Grid Infra expansion and various terminal communication media characteristic. Recently, MSPP(Multi Service Provisioning Platform) System is establishted to network service. But there are many considerations for optimal design of network service for the Electric Power Automation IT Infra.

In this paper, we implement Mobile AP system, which has Multihoming function providing vertical handover between WiBro and HSDPA networks. We monitor packet drop in networks during binding updates(BU) and acknowledgement(BA) and analyze handover latency. We propose methodology to reduce handover latency and describe the further development direction of Mobile AP system.

In this paper, we propose an super-resolution method that improves resolution by using DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) for low resolution infra-red images. In this method, DWT is performed in a manner that does not reduce the resolution of an image input through an infra-red camera to generate sub-bands of the same resolution (LH, HL, and HH) And the original infra-red image is used to perform an inverse-DWT to obtain an infra-red image with improved resolution. Experimental results show that the mean SSIM value of the proposed method is 0.989861, which is about 0.004 higher than that of the conventional Bi-linear and Bi-cubic filters.
