The distributed system is used that it's features of the fault tolerance and good performances. One of the distributed systems, a peer-to-peer tech, has high availability to share resources. However when peers wanna share resources, it isn't online like the peer using resources of the search time. Therefore we usually use the re-transmission method to download all resources. It's not good at the performance of the peer-to-peer system so we need to good solution. In this study, we wanna use the peer-to-peer system with the partner peer that works same download method simultaneously. We wanna have the effective performance to reduce the search stage additionally.

The implementation of PPK-BLU in Indonesia was not followed by a comprehensive change in aspects of organization, human resources, and finance. Based on this background, this study aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the BTIP after the implementation of the PPK-BLU policy in the implementation of telecommunications services and information to the public in Indonesia. This research used integration of the McKinsey 7S method, Analytical Hierarchy Process, and Likert scale. The integration of these methods can provide a detailed quantitative analysis. Based on the overall evaluation results of carrying out the PPK BLU, BTIP has a performance value of 81.195%, which puts it within the Good category. The McKinsey 7S elements used as a whole have the following values: one aspect is categorized as Very Good, namely, the strategy aspect with a value of 91.025%; two aspects are categorized as Good (structural aspects with a value of 86.857%, and skill aspects with a value of 81.432%); three aspects are categorized as Adequate (style aspect with a value of 76.441%, staff aspect with a value of 78.605%, and share value aspect with a value of 76.331%); one aspect is categorized as Bad, that is the system aspect with a value of 67.503%.

Due to the technological advances in modern society, the distinction between mask and authenticity is becoming very difficult. to solve these problems, this paper describes a high-level improvement of the image processing technique of the code authentication system which discriminates the good and the bad by using the color information and the dot information. Labels were given to each genuine article and the article, which can not be distinguished from each other. In the proposed method, image matching of labels is performed using the opencv library, and genuine and good products are discriminated by using the halftone dots and w dot dots of each label. In this paper, the proposed method stores genuine and good labels on the server and compares them with the user's labels to determine genuine products.

Fuzzy controllers also show good performance In case of the systems being nonlinear and difficult to solve. But these fuzzy controllers have problems which have to decide suitable rules and membership functions. In general we decide those using the heuristic methods or the experience of experts. Therefore, many researchers have applied genetic algorithms to make fuzzy rule automatically. In this paper, we suggest a new coding method and a new crossover method to maintain the good fuzzy rule base and the shape of membership

One of the problems using DCR(Direct Conversion Receiver) are DC offset, poor channel selectivity. The automatic diameter control system of the Crystal Grower has a good performance with only PD control. But it contained the integrator the plant which has a long time delay. In this paper. we show the secondary approximate model and applies time delay controller which is good performance for in the long time delay plant. It will be able to improve the response characteristic against a standard input and a load disturbance.

Mathematics teachers' knowledge and abilities for effective mathematics teaching has been discussed by many mathematics educators and researchers. This study surveyed the perspectives on the knowledge and abilities for good mathematics teaching of inservice and preservice teachers based on their teaching experiences. The perspectives of the two teacher groups about teachers' knowledge and abilities for teaching mathematics are very different. The results from this study are expected to give information on developing teacher education curriculum and programs.

Today SOC(system on a chip) is a trend in VLSI design society. Especially MML(merged memory Logic) process provides designers with good chances to implement SOC which is consists of DRAM, SRAM, Logic and A/D mixed mode ciruit blocks. Designers need good circuit library which is reliable and easy to tune for specific design. For this need we present semi-automated analog compiler methodology. And we aplied this design methodology to resistor-string DAC design.

In this paper, a dual band microstrip patch Antenna is designed for RFID Application. The antenna shows a good performance at the frequencies, 900MHz and 2.45GHz for the radiation characteristics and input impedance matching, as well. The reflection factor is lower than -25dB and a good directivity higher than 5dB is achieved for both frequency.

Plasma etching of photoresist needs high etch rate, good uniformity and rae, good uniformity and low damage in low cost. ICP asher is expected to satisfy these requriement for next eneration semiconductor devices. ICPsimulator has been used to design the ashing chamber to redcue the development time and cost, and its results have been verified by QMS, OES and langmuir probe measurments. Plasma characteristics are monitored in terms of RF power and chamber pressure.
