The capacity of wireless ad-hoc networks is analyzed for all kinds of information dissemination based on single and multiple packet reception schemes under the physical model. To represent the general information dissemination scheme, we use (n, m, k)-cast model [1] where n, m, and k (k ${\leq}$ m) are the number of nodes, destinations and closest destinations that actually receive packets from the source in each (n, m, k)-cast group, respectively. We first consider point-to-point communication, which implies single packet reception between transmitter-receiver pairs and compute the (n, m, k)-cast communications. Next, the achievable throughput capacity is computed when receiver nodes are endowed with multipacket reception (MPR) capability. We adopt maximum likelihood decoding (MLD) and successive interference cancellation as optimal and suboptimal decoding schemes for MPR. We also demonstrate that physical and protocol models for MPR render the same capacity when we utilize MLD for decoding.

미국 에너지성 (Department of Energy, 이하 DOE)의 과학기술정보프로그램 (Scientific and Technical Information Program, 이하 STIP)은 DOE가 연구개발을 수행하는데 필요로 하는 과학기술정보를 수집, 조직, 아카이브, 유통, 이용하는 방식을 성공적으로 개선하였다. DOE의 과학기술정보국 (Office of Scientific and Technical Information, 이하 OSTI)은 일련의 혁신적 웹기반 제품을 구상 개발함으로써 DOE의 연구개발활동을 통해 산출된 정보와 자원뿐만 아니라 연구집단이 필요로 하는 과학기술정보를 완전 통합형 전자정부 환경에서 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 이것은 웹사이트 를 통해 무료로 접근할 수 있다.

대한민국 지진관측 사상 최대인 규모 5.8 지진이 2016년 경주에서 발생하였고, 두 번째로 큰 규모 5.4의 지진이 포항에서 연이어 발생하였다. 정부나 지자체는 그간 경험하지 못했던 지진이 발생하자 긴급 재난 문자 발송, 대응 정보 전달 등의 지진 대응 업무에 대한 문제들이 노출됐고, 현장에 있는 국민은 적절한 정보를 전달받지 못해 대응 과정에서 혼란이 가중되었다. 이 같은 상황을 해결하기 위해서는 지진 발생 직후 국민에게 필요한 정보를 신속히 전달하는 지진 대응 서비스가 필요하다. 국립재난안전연구원에서는 지진 발생 직후 지진 상황 및 장소에 따라 맞춤형 정보를 신속히 전달하는 모델인 지진동 경보기 기반 지진 안심서비스 기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지진 발생 직후, 현장에 있는 국민에게 필요한 정보를 전달함으로써 원활하게 대응하도록 도와주는 지진동 경보기와 이를 활용한 지진 안심서비스 기술을 소개한다. 또한, 이 기술에 대한 사용자 수요와 의견을 조사·분석하여, 기술보급과 실용성을 높이기 위한 향후 R&D 방향과 정책적 방안을 제시한다.

지식정보사회에 있어 국가의 경쟁력은 유용한 지식과 정보가 얼마나 효율적이고 효과적으로 유통될 수 있는가에 따라 결정된다. 이에 정부는 제2차 국가GIS구축 기본계획을 수립하고 '지리정보의 전 국민 인터넷 유통 및 활용'을 목표로 국가지리정보유통망을 구축하고 있다. 그러나 각 부처별로 생산 구축한 지리정보를 유통하고자 하는 노력들이 동시에 진행되고 있어 다양한 경로로 여러 유통망에 접근해야 하는 문제가 제기되었다. 그러나 모든 시스템의 특성 및 환경에 부합하는 일원화된 연계방안을 제시하는 것은 어려운 일이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국가지리정보유통망과의 연계를 위해 고려해야 하는 사항이 무엇인지 연계 요소를 도출하고, 각 연계 요소별로 유형화한 연계방안을 제시하여 국가지리정보유통망과의 연계에 필요한 기준을 마련하였다.

The study investigates the relationship between broad-scope management accounting information usage, market orientation, and the firm performance. This study employs a survey data of 149 top-level and mid-level managers working in Vietnamese tourism enterprises. To analyze research data, we employ SmartPLS 3 software. The analytical process include measurement model evaluation (evaluate the scale's validity and reliability) and structural model evaluation (test research hypotheses). The results reveal that broad-scope management accounting information usage has a positive direct effect on market orientation dimensions (include information generation, information dissemination, and responsiveness). Then, market orientation dimensions also have positive direct effects on the performance of Vietnamese tourism firms, excluding information dissemination. Moreover, this study also reveals that the market orientation dimensions mediate the relationship between broad-scope management accounting information usage and firm performance. The findings of this study suggest that tourism firms should pay more attention to the use of management accounting information in decision-making. With the increasingly fierce competition of the tourism firms today, capturing and meeting the needs of the market is a prerequisite to help firms enhance their competitiveness and improve their performance. To do that, Vietnamese tourism firms need to consider pursuing market orientation and enhancing broad-scope management accounting information usage.

A serial concatenated decoding algorithm with dynamic threshold is proposed for low-density parity-check codes with short and medium code lengths. The proposed approach uses a dynamic threshold to select a decoding result from belief propagation decoding and order statistic decoding, which improves the performance of the decoder at a negligible cost. Simulation results show that, under a high SNR region, the proposed concatenated decoder performs better than a serial concatenated decoder without threshold with an Eb/N0 gain of above 0.1 dB.

오늘날 정보검색(情報檢索)시스팀의 대표적(代表的)인 한 유형(類型)으로서 널리 보급(普及)되어 운영(運營)되고 있는 SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information)시스팀에 관(關)하여 기술(記述)하였다. 이것은 컴퓨터기술(技術)의 정보검색(情報檢索)에의 응용(應用)으로서 이용자(利用者)의 요구주제(要求主題)에 부합(符合)되는 문헌(文獻)을 검색(檢索)하기 위하여 색인어(索引語)와 일치(一致)(match) 되는 문헌(文獻)을 탐색(探索)하는데 이용(利用)되는 시스팀을 설명(說明)하기 위해 자주 쓰여지는 용어(用語)이다. SDI시스팀을 개발(開發)한 "Luhn"이 최초(最初)로 그 개념(槪念)을 발표(發表)한 이래(以來) 지금까지 개발(開發)되어온 각종(各種)의 SDI시스팀들을 조사(調査) 비교(比較)하고, 이 시스팀들의 발전단계(發展段階), 구성(構成) 및 특성(特性)과 시스팀 설계(設計)에 관(關)한 제문제점등(諸問題點等)에 대(對)해서도 분석(分析) 조사(調査)하였다.
