In this paper, we describe the architecture of interactive data broadcasting server that can transmit the various data-service contents of the Terrestrial DMB(digital multimedia broadcasting). In the broadcasting environment of the Terrestrial DMB, we enjoys the PADS(program associated data service), or the PIDS(program independent data service) to be executed on various T-DMB terminals as well as the basic video or audio services. This server provides the function such as the data contests management, data channel management, service information configure, return channel connection. Etc. Particularly, this system provides the method to create and transfer the application signaling information for the T- DMB middle application based the java language.

In recent years, one of the main trends of GIS is to construct and provide realistic and human-perceptible information of spatial object using video data. The rapid progress of wireless mobile technology makes the multimedia source using video data possible on mobile environment. Instead of traditional map-based service, video-based location services, that provide video data as location context, would be of interest in connection with various mobile applications requiring location service, such as telematics, LBS, etc. In this paper, we present the location service system using geo-referenced video on wireless mobile environment.

This study is to investigate factors that affect usage change in mobile data service (MDS). In the first, an exploratory study based on 378 survey responses was conducted to learn about important decision factors of MDS usage. It revealed discrepancy between the influencing forces of usage increase and those of usage decrease. Based on the findings from the exploratory study and the two-factor theory, we postulated information quality as the motivator and system quality as the de-motivator (or hygiene) of MDS. Then, a confirmative study was undertaken on their respective role in encouraging and discouraging the usage of mobile data service. A research model was proposed and subsequent hypotheses were empirically tested with partial least square (PLS) based on 478 responses from the users of mobile data service. It was learned that information quality (as a motivator) was positively associated with usage increase in mobile data service, but system quality (as a de-motivator) was not. Also, system quality was negatively associated with usage decrease, but information quality was not. Lastly, their association strength was partially moderated by the type of motivation for using MDS.

네트워크 및 정보통신 기술의 발달로 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경이 구체화되면서 미래의 정보 기술 산업을 주도할 기술로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 서비스를 위해서는 각종 센서(Sensor)들로부터 인식된 데이터를 수집하고 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하기 위한 데이터로 가공하여 응용 서비스에 전달되어야 한다. 하지만 센서에 대한 메타데이터와 인터페이스정의의 불분명과 데이터 활용에 대한 접근성, 이 기종간의 플랫폼(Platform) 및 프로토콜(Protocol) 등의 문제로 응용 서비스로의 센서 데이터 전달에 제약이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 센서 서비스와 데이터를 기술하는 서술 언어에 대해 정의하고, 웹서비스를 이용하여 응용 서비스로 센서 데이터를 전달하는 센서 데이터 처리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

In this study, the total information portal service for urban regeneration was constructed to supply comprehensive information for Korean urban regeneration. The portal service is largely divided into an information analysis service for urban regeneration and an information disclosure service. For total information portal service, the information analysis service constructed a system for making district level decline diagnosis and city and county level potential analysis. Moreover, it can construct and control analyzed information specified at the district level. The information disclosure service consists of functions capable of recycling information, interworking the analysis service and facilitating expert participation. It also supplies data of total information DB in reprocessable format. For revitalization of communities, the information analysis service is constructed to lead experts on urban regeneration to share their opinions.

본 연구의 목적은 공간 빅데이터의 요구사항을 기반으로 서비스 분야 및 분석기능의 우선순위를 도출하고, 핵심 서비스를 선정하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행연구 검토를 통해 공간 빅데이터 서비스 수요조사 방법을 설정, 산·학·연 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 공간 빅데이터 서비스 분야 및 분석 기능에 대한 요구사항을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 품질기능전개 기법(QFD, Quality Function Deployment)을 활용하여 1순위부터 4순위까지 (사회, 환경, 경제, 인문)총 4개 분야의 서비스와 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그 중 1. 2순위 분야와 분야 별 요구되는 분석기능을 선정하였다. 이러한 결과로, 핵심서비스모델(안)을 제시하였으며, 향후 분야별 핵심서비스가 개발될 것으로 기대한다.

Radiation energy budget was analyzed using observation data from the Weather Information Service Engine (WISE) energy flux tower on the Seoul metropolitan area. Among observation data from the 13 energy flux towers, we used meteorological variables, radiation data (upward and downward short wave, upward and downward long wave, net short wave, net long wave and net radiation), albedo and emissivity for 15 months from July 2016 to September 2017. Although Gajwa (205) and Ttuksumm (216) sites located in urban, the albedo was relatively high due to the surround environment by glass wall buildings and the Han river around the sites. And Bucheon (209) site located in the suburb represented generally low emissivity. As a result, the albedo decreased and the emissivity increased in the city center. In the Seoul metropolitan area, the net radiation energy is $73.9W/m^2$ that the radiation budget of the surface is absorbed into the atmosphere. According to WISE observation data, it can be seen that observation at each sites are influenced by the surrounding environment.

A service level agreement (SLA) is a formal contract between a service provider and a subscriber that contains detailed technical specifications called service level specifications (SLSs). In this paper, we propose SLA data analysis system which provides an effective decision-making information to network service provider. The SLA data analysis system executes trend analysis and statistics analysis using SLA violation and refund information. The analysis results are presented in many ways such as tables, graphs.

Location services are used in mobile ad hoc and hybrid networks to locate either the geographic position of a given node in the network or a data item. One of the main usages of position location services is presented in location based routing algorithms. In particular, geographic routing protocols can route messages more efficiently to their destinations based on the destination node's geographic position, which is provided by a location service. In this paper, we propose an adaptive location service on the basis of fuzzy logic called FHLS (Fuzzy Hierarchical Location Service) for mobile ad hoc networks. The adaptive location update scheme using the fuzzy logic on the basis of the mobility and the call preference of mobile nodes is used by the FHLS. The performance of the FHLS is to be evaluated by a simulation, and compared with that of existing HLS scheme.

In this paper, we propose Media GIS web service architecture using 3D geographical database and GPS-related data resulted from 4S-Van. We introduce a novel interoperable geographical data service concept; so-called, Virtual World Mapping (VWM) that can map 3D graphic world with real-world video. Our proposed method can easily retrieve geographical in-formation and attributes to reconstruct 3D virtual space according to certain frame in video sequences. Our proposed system architecture also has an advantage that can provide geographical information service with video stream without any image processing procedures. In addition to, describing the details of our components, we present a Media GIS web service system by using GeoVideo Server, which performs VWM technique.
