The emergence of new IT technologies and convergence industries, such as artificial intelligence, bigdata and the Internet of Things, is another chance for South Korea, which has established itself as one of the world's top IT powerhouses. On the other hand, however, privacy concerns that may arise in the process of using such technologies raise the task of harmonizing the development of new industries and the protection of personal information at the same time. In response, the government clearly presented the criteria for deidentifiable measures of personal information and the scope of use of deidentifiable information needed to ensure that bigdata can be safely utilized within the framework of the current Personal Information Protection Act. It strives to promote corporate investment and industrial development by removing them and to ensure that the protection of the people's personal information and human rights is not neglected. This study discusses the strategy of deidentifying personal information protection based on the analysis of fake news. Using the strategies derived from this study, it is assumed that deidentification information that is appropriate for deidentification measures is not personal information and can therefore be used for analysis of big data. By doing so, deidentification information can be safely utilized and managed through administrative and technical safeguards to prevent re-identification, considering the possibility of re-identification due to technology development and data growth.

The purpose of this study is to propose ways of improving the education of information and communication ethics, which is greatly needed as technologies related to such information and communication are developed. For the purpose, this researcher examined the current status of such education for elementary school students and their parents and investigated dysfunctions of information and communication occurred even in the existence of the education. The researcher surveyed children who will lead future society and their parents in regard to their perceptions of information and communication ethics, and then proposed reduce of dysfunctions related to such information and communication and improving the education of the ethics at home and school.

This article is devoted to the problem of national and patriotic education of young students by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance learning environment. It is emphasized that national and patriotic education is a powerful means of strengthening the unity and integrity of Ukraine. It is proved that national and patriotic education will be effective under the condition of systematic and purposeful activity on formation of patriotic consciousness in youth, sense of national dignity, necessity of service of ideals and values of the country. Various forms of educational work of national and patriotic orientation at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, which were conducted by digital technologies: online thematic lectures, educational classes, round tables, workshops, guest online meetings with famous researchers of historical heritage of Ukraine, online tours of historical places, virtual exhibitions of art, participation in the national-patriotic student camp "Diia" (Action) and etc. The activity of the University Library and V. O. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which has a significant impact on the formation of national consciousness and social and political activity of students by modern means of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the project "Inclusive 3D map" helps to broaden the horizons and deepen the knowledge of young students, education of a true citizen, the formation of cognitive interest in the subjects studied, motivation to study, raising awareness of Ukrainians on historical and cultural heritage. The study showed that young students take an active social attitude: they speak Ukrainian, want to live and work in Ukraine, respect their homeland, its traditions, cultural and historical past, love to travel and they are tolerant of people with special needs. Promising areas of educational work with students based on the use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, namely 3D games, TV tandems, podcasts, social networks, video resources in national and patriotic education of youth.

In this paper. we introduce technologies that service multimedia contents (in brief, we call it UCA (Ubiquitous Contents Access)) to end consumer that have various communication terminal on communication & broadcasting convergence environment and propose system that this technologies are applied. Also, we analyzed relative advantage and playfulness of service technology that is looked in consumer side about proposed service technology. When analyzed relative advantage and playfulness in consumer's view point, proposed communication & broadcasting convergence service model could see that is worth service that consumer can prefer.

In information society, Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. Nowadays, manufacturing field are facing new challenges, through digital information and global integration, toward sophisticated production. This paper presents the system configuration and issues of current manufacturing execution system(MES), and describes major issues and solving elements to establish a MES system for cloud services. Also, we propose a method for building a manufacturing information system to have the optimized production flow and to respond appropriately to consumer market.

Purpose: To define the concept of digital health literacy and identify its attributes. Methods: Walker and Avant's approach was employed for concept analysis. Attributes, antecedents, consequences, and the definition of digital health literacy were derived from a review of 28 studies. Results: Digital health literacy was identified to possess the following five attributes: health information seeking, health information processing, health information communication, health-related knowledge translation, and utilizing digital technology. Basic literacy skills, health concerns, motivation to use technology for health information, and access to digital technologies were all antecedents of the concept. The consequences of the concept were health behaviors, patient engagement, health status, and quality of life. Digital health literacy is the ability to seek relevant health information utilizing digital technology to solve health problems and improve quality of life. Furthermore, it refers to the translation of health-related knowledge obtained through health information processing-finding, understanding, and evaluating health information and health information communication-into the context in which individual and social factors interact. Conclusion: This study presented a new definition of digital health literacy that goes beyond existing internet-based eHealth literacy, by incorporating the context of emerging digital technologies. This proposed definition can serve as a foundation for the development of instruments and educational programs to improve individuals' digital health literacy.

The number of registered construction equipment exceeded the 320 thousands in 2005. Construction has been gradually mechanized, reducing the need for construction labors, and increasing the productivity and quality of construction operations. However, it still has some problems that are should be solved for effective operations, management, availability of construction equipment, increased safety of SOC fatalities, and decreased civil appeals in terms of construction equipment. Recently, technology push is accelerated by flowing information and communication technologies(ICT) for construction. In this paper, a construction equipment management system that use ICT is suggested to solve the given problems. It is anticipated that the development of the system would be able to bring the better operations and management of construction equipment.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of investing into technology development on banking performance in an emerging country. Research design, data and methodology: Based on the data of 12 commercial banks listed in Vietnam from 2011 to 2019 and performing multivariable regression analyses as well as conducting a variety of robustness tests, we carry out the empirical investigation to discover this impact. Results: Our empirical evidence shows that these spending help to improve significantly performance of banks. Particularly, the technology expenditures have positive effect on the net interest margin and the non-interest income in which the level of influence on the latter is relatively remarkable in comparison with the former. At the same time, the result does not support the view that increasingly spending on technology may lead banks to face the risk of instability. Conclusions: Overall, our empirical analysis indicates that increasing investment into distribution information and communication technologies will help to enhance business strategies of banks and thus we advocate the bright side of technology development and digitalization in banking sector. We believe that the research is useful for both managers, regulators and policy makers in Vietnam as well as in countries having similar financial structure.

The Digitalia MUNI ARTS - a local node of the LINDAT/CLARIAH-CZ research infrastructure at the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University constitutes a repository in the Islandora system. It is used for long-term preservation of research data together with their research environment in the form of digital platforms. We transfer the digital outputs of humanities scholars research to the repository according to a set plan, which is based on best practice recommendations for project management and digital curation. In this paper, we present how the results of interviews with platform developers and infrastructure stakeholders translate into the curation workflow, and a resulting model for migrating digital platforms to the repository. Reflecting on three types of problems we encountered during the implementation of platforms into the repository - communication problems, problems of external dependence, and management problems - we describe a modification of the migration process. We present six recommendations for repository administrators and curators in an academic setting - holding an introductory meeting with developers, researching significant and relevant theories of knowledge domain, consulting license experts, prioritizing requirements, and preparing handover protocol and progress reports.
