Purpose: Mothers determines all household requirements and decides almost all their related things. The purpose of this study was to examine several independent variables on customer loyalty among mothers in The Asian Parents Indonesia community. The independent variables include advertising on Instagram, brand image, word-of-mouth, community cohesiveness, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. Research design, data, and methodology: This quantitative study uses a survey method for the Asian Parents Indonesia community members, listed on its website. The population of this community was recorded at 1,310, with a sample of 135 respondents. Data processing is done by using Structural Equation Model using Smart-PLS software. Results: Variables that significantly affect purchasing decisions and customer loyalty are word-of-mouth,summarized in a testimony, advertising on Instagram, and brand image. However, community cohesiveness does not affect customer loyalty to a brand. Conclusion: The results of this test propose significant implications for developing the relationship between baby toiletries producers and customers through word-of-mouth testimonials and advertisements on Instagram while community cohesiveness in maintaining customer loyalty using a brand is not influential, but interactions that occur within the community become a reference for mothers to choose a baby toiletries product.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of remote work has been emphasized, and new digital technologies are rapidly being developed. One such digital technology is the metaverse, which combines reality and virtual space to create an expanded digital world. The metaverse can provide online collaborative spaces that visualize and transmit information and data in real-time. When applied to construction sites, this technology is expected to enable more efficient and stable project management. However, research on construction metaverses, both domestically and internationally, is still inadequate. In this study, 16 influential factors for promoting the application of metaverses to the construction industry were identified through the initial stages of the system dynamics technique. These performance factors were classified into four categories: systemrelated factors for metaverse site construction, device-related factors, user-related factors, and construction site-related factors. It is expected that this study will promote research on the activation of Con-Metaverse by developing casual loop diagrams(CLD) to identify the relationship between each performance factor and constructing stock & flow diagrams(SFD) for simulations in future studies.
Purpose: Emerging markets under industrialization have become increasingly influential over the global natural-resource transactions. However, their average deal completion rates have been relatively low. The international business (IB) literature regards the low rate as evidence of 'double hurdle', the extra disadvantages in doing overseas business for firms from developing countries. Because legitimacy building mitigates liability of foreignness, we argue that an acquirer's environmental responsibility effectively builds legitimacy. Research design, data and methodology: Stakeholders in the host country spread the acquirer's environmental responsibility so that, by raising legitimacy, they may strengthen the link between environmental responsibility and deal completion. Our dataset consists of the 608 cross-border acquisition deals announced by the 196 firms in Brazil, Russia, India, and China over 2008-2019 period. Results: A logit regression result confirms that environmental responsibility increases the likelihood of acquisition deal completion. Also, host-market stakeholders positively moderate the relationship between environmental responsibility and the likelihood of deal completion. Conclusions: Overall, this study contributes to the IB literature by identifying environmental responsibility as a key approach to lowering the double hurdle in internationalization of firms in emerging markets. Any emerging multinationals interested in the foreign, brownfield entries to the natural-resource industries must enhance the environmental responsibility, which turns out extremely important.
Dynamic properties are pivotal in soil analysis, yet their experimental determination is hampered by complex methodologies and the need for costly equipment. This study aims to predict dynamic soil properties using static properties that are relatively easier to obtain, employing machine learning techniques. The static properties considered include soil cohesion, friction angle, water content, specific gravity, and compressional strength. In contrast, the dynamic properties of interest are the velocities of compressional and shear waves. Data for this study are sourced from 26 boreholes, as detailed in a geotechnical investigation report database, comprising a total of 130 data points. An importance analysis, grounded in the random forest algorithm, is conducted to evaluate the significance of each dynamic property. This analysis informs the prediction of dynamic properties, prioritizing those static properties identified as most influential. The efficacy of these predictions is quantified using the coefficient of determination, which indicated exceptionally high reliability, with values reaching 0.99 in both training and testing phases when all input properties are considered. The conventional method is used for predicting dynamic properties through Standard Penetration Test (SPT) and compared the outcomes with this technique. The error ratio has decreased by approximately 0.95, thereby validating its reliability. This research marks a significant advancement in the indirect estimation of the relationship between static and dynamic soil properties through the application of machine learning techniques.

This study investigates the contribution of customer knowledge to customer intention to adopt mobile banking by evaluating the interaction among knowledge, perceived risk and trust, and behavioral intentions. Analysis is conducted through structural equation modelling using SPSS and AMOS and data from 783 customers representing the seven largest banks in Vietnam. Our study is the first one to find the existence of the bidirectional perspective between objective and subjective knowledge. The study further shows that the attenuation effect in the heuristic-systematic model could be used to explain the stronger influence of objective knowledge on intention compered to subjective knowledge. Our findings suggest that customer knowledge, perceived risk and trust impact the intention of mobile banking users in different manners and to different degrees. Particularly, objective customer knowledge is the most influential predictor of mobile banking adoption. Having a greater understanding of these relationships can help firms in deciding the kind of intervention that is most likely to convince customers to adopt a service.

SiO2, renowned for its excellent insulating properties, has been used in the semiconductor industry as a valuable dielectric material. High-quality SiO2 films find applications in gate spacers and interlayer insulation gap-fill oxides, among other uses. One of the prevalent methods for depositing these SiO2 films is plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) favored for its relatively low processing costs and ability to operate at low temperatures. However, compared to the increasingly utilized atomic layer deposition (ALD) method, PECVD exhibits inferior film characteristics such as uniformity. This study aims to produce SiO2 films with uniformity as close as possible to those achieved by ALD through the adjustment of PECVD process parameters. we conducted a total of nine PECVD processes, varying the process time and gas flow rates, which were identified as the most influential factors on the PECVD process. Furthermore, ellipsometry analysis was employed to examine the uniformity variations of each process. The experimental results enabled us to elucidate the relationship between uniformity and deposition rate, as well as the impact of gas flow rate and deposition time on the process outcomes. Additionally, thickness measurements obtained through ellipsometer facilitate the identification of optimal process parameters for PECVD.

This study was proceeded to empirically identify the start-up support policy as an element that affects the performance of the early start-ups and measure the effectiveness of the current start-up support policy, in order to suggest the direction future policies according to the study. To accomplish this the influence of the start-up support policy on the early start-ups was analyzed, and the differences according to the industry and growth stage of the start-ups, as the characteristics of the start-ups, were identified. The research subjects collected real data of 297 start-ups of the past three years that were selected for the Initial Start-Up Package project, and performed multiple regression analysis on the influence between variables, and hierarchical regression analysis on moderating effects. The summary of the study is as follows. First, as a result of identifying the influential relationship between the start-up support policy and the performance of the start-up, sales had made a significant impact on the start-up fund, start-up mentoring, and start-up infrastructure(space), while start-up education failed to show a significant effect on the increase in sales. In terms of employment, start-up mentoring was the only field that showed a significant influential relationship. Second, as a result of identifying the moderating effect of the start-up's industry and growth stage, the industry did not have a statistically significant influence, but the interactive effect was seen in start-up education. To be more specific in terms of the sales relationship of each industry, knowledge services turned out to be helpful in improving sales, while manufacturing turned out to be effective in improving sales regardless of being supported with start-up mentoring and start-up infrastructure (space). The sales relationship regarding the start-up growth stage was identified to be statistically significant. The preliminary stage was not statistically significant, while providing start-up mentoring and start-up funding were effective for start-up stage and growing stage, respectively. On the other hand, employment did not perform a significant influence on the start-up growth stage. This study analyzes the effectiveness the start-up support policy for early start-ups, identifies the need in differentiated support policies according to the characteristics of the start-ups, and suggests implications for the direction in which future policies should be made towards.
The purpose of this study is to examine the sanitation knowledge level in culinary employees for institutional food service and to examine influential relationship of their sanitation knowledge upon sanitation management performance, in order to qualitatively enhance sanitation and food safety in institutional food service. In addition, it was to examine the moderating effect of necessity, understanding, satisfaction, and application levels of sanitation education in the relationship between sanitation knowledge and sanitation management performance. 100 copies of questionnaire were widely distributed to 36 institutional food service centers(middle-high schools, universities, enterprises, and hospitals) in the Daegu Gyeongbuk areas. Among them, 361 copies were used for the final analysis. As a result, the sanitation knowledge of culinary employees was indicated to be the highest in individual sanitation knowledge. A significant relationship was shown between sanitation knowledge and sanitation management performance. Also, a positive moderating effect was indicated in the necessity of sanitation education considering individual sanitation knowledge and sanitation management performance. However, understanding, satisfaction, and application levels of sanitation education didn't show significant moderating effect. Nevertheless, four moderating variables show significant moderating effect in the influence of food storage knowledge, food handling knowledge and utensils and tools knowledge except for individual sanitation knowledge on sanitation management performance.
The study is to investigate whether the transforming leadership of the owners who run the small-sized restaurants in Busan has a moderating effect of gender on influential relationship between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. To achieve the goal, the moderating effect of gender, systematic causality and the degree of connection of the whole pattern were investigated using Structural Equation Modeling between the factors drawn with the software packages, SPSS statistics (V 21.0) and AMOS (V 18.0). According to the result from the investigation, there is the meaningful causality both in the relationship between transforming leadership of the owners who run small restaurants and TMX, and in the relationship between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. The moderating effect of gender was shown from the effect of intellectual stimulus on TMX and the causality between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. The outcome suggests that the transforming leadership of the owners and the free communication with employees would be helpful for the prosperity of their businesses. In addition, intellectual stimulus has a moderating effect on TMX while TMX has the same effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This also implies that the degree of the effect on TMX an organizational citizenship behavior depends on the gender.
