저소득층 부모가 지각한 부모효능감, 결혼만족도, 사회적지지와 지역사회환경의 질이 가정 중심 유아교육의 부모참여도에 미치는 영향 (Parental Efficacy, Marriage Satisfaction, Social Support and Neighborhood Context as Predictors of Parent Involvement in Low Income Preschool Children's Education)

  • This study examined the relationship between parental efficacy, marriage satisfaction, social support, neighborhood context, and parental involvement in preschool children's education in low income families. Total 460 low income parents' data about parental efficacy, marriage satisfaction, social support, neighborhood context, and parental involvement are collected from the data of index studies for Korean child and adolescent's development in 2009. Parental efficacy, marriage satisfaction, perceived social support and perceived neighborhood context correlated positively with parental involvement. Regression analysis detected different patterns of association between these variables and the three dimensions of parent involvement. Perceived neighborhood context was associated with child care involvement, while parental efficacy was the most influential factor related to child leisure involvement. Marriage satisfaction was the strongest factor influencing involvement in children's educational activity. These results support the validity of a multi-dimensional, ecological conceptualization of parent involvement in low income families.

간호학생의 임상수행능력과 관련요인 -문제중심학습을 한 대상자를 중심으로- (The Clinical Competence and Related Factors of the Nursing Students: Focused on the Subjects who studied Problem-Based Learning)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate clinical competence in relation to self-directed learning, critical thinking disposition, and participating in PBL(Problem-Based Learning) group activities of nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 108 nursing students in Oct. 2006. Results: Clinical competence had a significant positive correlation with self-directed learning, critical thinking disposition, and participation in PBL group activities. There was a significant difference in clinical competence according to interpersonal relationship. Participation in PBL group activities was the most influential factor of clinical competence($R^2$=.34). Also, the influence of clinical competence increased with the addition of self-directed learning($R^2$=.42). Conclusion: It is essential to encourage the self-directed learning and participation in PBL group activities for the improvement of clinical competence. It is relatively important for clinical competence to consider the educational environment systematically.

플렉시블 전기변색 소자를 위한 고분자 전해질 멤브레인 (Polymer Electrolyte Membranes for Flexible Electrochromic Device)

  • 본 연구에서는 플렉시블 전기변색 소자(ECD)에 적용하기 위한 고분자 전해질 멤브레인의 최적 설계 조건을 도출하고자 하였다. 전해질 멤브레인의 제조를 위한 기저 고분자로 접착력 및 투명도가 우수한 polyvinyl butyral (PVB)을 선정하였으며 가소제로는 adipate계 고분자를 사용하였다. 실험결과, ECD 성능에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 전해질 멤브레인의 이온 전도도 및 투과도임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 상기 인자는 리튬염의 해리 특성과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 종합적으로 다양한 리튬염 중 음이온의 크기가 큰 LiTFSI 염이 25 wt.% 정도의 함량으로 용해될 때 최적의 ECD 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.

사회경제수준에 따른 한국인의 식품 및 영양소 섭취 양상 (Food and Nutrient Consumption Patterns of Korean Adults by Socioeconomic Status)

  • The relationship between socio-economic status and food and nutrient consumption patterns was studied in 7,370 Koreans aged 20 years and older in the 1995 Korean Health and Nutrition Survey. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of rapid economic growth on food and nutrient consumption for Korean adults in the last 30 years. Monthly household income, and individual's educational level and occupation were chosen as variables of socio-economic status for individuals. A one day 24 hour recall method was used for the dietary survey. One way analysis of varience was adopted to test tole association between socio-economic variables and food and nutrient consumption patterns. Individuals who had a high socio-economic status had significantly higher daily intake of most of the nutrients including calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B$_2$which reached above the recommended dietary allowances(RDA) and a higher percentage energy consumption from fat. In addition, individual who belonged to a low socio-economic status consumed less animal foods, including meat, egg, milk and consumed low proportion of energy from fat. The results suggest that in spite of rapid economic growth during the last 30 years in Korea, individuals who belonged to low sorio-economic status categories are still nutritionally vulnerable. Among the sorio-economic variables, income and education except occupation were the influential factors on the food and nutrient consumption of Koreans. Therefore, nutrition policy should focus on influencing the dietary patterns of lower social class individuals to improve the health status of the population as a whole.

유행동조성과 혁신성에 따른 소비자 세분화 및 준거대상 연구 (Consumer Segmentation of Clothing Products by Fashion Conformity/Innovativeness and Their Reference Groups)

  • When segmenting consumers according to their fashion adoption behavior, it has been assumed that consumers' fashion conformity and innovativeness characteritics are negatively correlated. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between conformity and innovativeness and that these two attributes exist independently. The research problems of this study were to segment consumers according to the degrees of conformity and innovativeness, and to identify differences in reference groups and clothing purchasing behavior among the segments. The results of the empirical study showed that the fashion conformity and innovativeness were in and innovativeness; High conformity/High innovativeness group(HC/HI), High conformity/Low innovativeness group (HC/LI), Low conformity/High innovativeness group(LC/HI?, and Low conformity/Low innovativeness group (LC/LI). When the groups were compared in their reference groups and purchasing behavior, it was found out that HC groups were more influenced by reference groups than LC groups. When HC/LI and HC/HI groups were compared, HC/LI group was more influenced by their parents and siblings, while HC/HI group was more influenced by upper class and celebrities. Both groups were mostly influenced by friends and desirable passengers on the street. Friends and passengers were most influential to LC groups also, even though they were less influenced than HC groups. In conclusion, the fashion conformity and innovativeness were found to exist in different dimensions consisting dual structure. Thus, retailers and marketers can make their strategies more successfully if they use these two characteristics separately when segmenting consumers.

치과내원환자의 치과만족도와 행동유형(DISC)에 관한 연구 (A study on dental patients' satisfaction at different type(DISC) of character)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare results of dental satisfaction at different type of character and provide basic materials for making the valuable strategies of dental service. Methods : Data was obtained from 256 patients using questionnaire from September 5 to October 13, 2007. Self-administered questionnaires was utilized to assess their types of personal psychological variable and find out its influential factors upon dental consumers and their intent of revisit. The data was analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and logistic regression using the SPSS 14.0 Windows. Results : There is no meaningful difference in dental satisfaction as for character types and factors. Considering the difference of dental satisfaction according to general characteristics, there was a meaningful difference between groups of gender. Also interpersonal relationship as well as level of skill is significantly high in periodical dental visit. Conclusion : The results of this study indicated that environment and facility, cost is the most important influencing factor in determining whether or not the patient will visit a dental clinic repeatedly. In the future, more precise and in-depth questionnaires should be developed to analyze dental consumers.

치과위생사의 심리적 임파워먼트 및 리더-구성원 간 교환관계(LMX)와 직무 만족도의 관련성 (The correlations between psychological empowerment, leader-member exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives:This study aimed to identify the influences of leader-member exchange (LMX) and psychological empowerment of the dental hygienists on their job satisfaction. Methods: A self-administrated questionnaire survey was conducted from July 7 to August 2014 targeting 196 dental hygienists in Busan and Gyeongsangnamdo. Leader-member relationship, psychological empowerment and job satisfaction were evaluated by LMX scale, psychological empowerment scale and job descriptive index (JDI), respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple Linear regression analysis. Results: Overall LMX, psychological empowerment on job satisfaction level of subjects were $3.43{\pm}0.61$, $3.38{\pm}0.66$ and $3.20{\pm}0.42$, respectively. The influential factors of LMX, psychological empowerment and job satisfaction were professional respect (subcategory of LMX), affect (subcategory of LMX), meaning (subcategory of psychological empowerment) and impact (subcategory of psychological empowerment). Conclusions: Job satisfaction of dental hygienist is closely related to professional respect, affect, meaning and impact.

치과위생사의 코칭리더십 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 상사신뢰 및 팔로워십의 조절효과 (Effects of Coaching Leadership and Moderating Effects of Trust in Leader and Followership on Job Satisfaction among Dental Hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient human-resources direction for the management of dental hygienists, the study analyzes the influential relationship between superior's coaching leadership as perceived by dental hygienists and their on the job satisfaction, and proves the moderating effects of leader trust and of followership in the process. Methods : To test the empirical model, data were collected by survey using structural self-administered questionnaires that were distributed to 300 dental hygienists working at dental clinics in the Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Gyeonggi areas, from 27 March to 10 April, 2015, 286 cases were used in final analysis. Results : Coaching leadership is found to have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Trust in a leader showed a significant main moderating effect on job satisfaction, on the other hand, followership showed a significant main effect, but no significant moderating effect, on job satisfaction. Conclusions : The results of this study imply that leadership factors such as coaching leadership and leader trust are crucial for improving the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, therefore, a program for enhancing the leadership skills of dental managers is needed in dental health organizations.

우리나라 사립 대학도서관 사서의 개인간 갈등에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing Interpersonal Conflict of the Private University Librarians)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 갈등 이론을 바탕으로 한 실증적 연구를 통하여 대학도서관 사서의 개인간 갈등의 요인을 파악하여 대학도서관 경영활동에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 우선 갈등요인과 갈등수준 정도를 파악하고 이들간의 상관관계를 분석한다. 이를 통해 설정된 가설을 검증한다. 또한 갈등요인들 중 갈등수준에 실질적으로 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히기 위해 단계적 회귀분석을 실시한다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 데이터를 수집하기 위해서 서울 시내 소재 27개 사립 대학도서관 중 $66.67\%$ 에 해당하는 18개 대학도서관을 조사 대상으로 하였다. 18개관의 조사 대상 총 사서 342명 중 336명에게 배부하였으며, 그 중 280부가 회수되었다. 회수된 설문지 중에서 응답 내용이 성실하지 않은 7부를 제외한 273부(회수율 $81.25\%$)를 분석 대상으로 하였다.

우정 사업 본부 내 PDA 사용자 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Satisfaction of PDA in Postal Service)

  • 본 연구는 우정 사업 본부에서 PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)를 사용하는 집배원을 대상으로 하여 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 연구하였다. 일반적으로 자발적 사용을 가정하는 IS(Information System) 수용 모델이나 성공 모델과는 달리 본 연구에서는 조직이 구성원의 생산성 향상을 위하여 강제적으로 IT(Information Technology)를 도입할 경우를 상정하였다. 관리층에 의해 결정되어 비자발적으로 IT가 도입될 경우 사용자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 시스템 품질, 정보 품질, 인지된 유용성 이외에 직무 적합성라는 요인을 추가하여 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 모든 요인들이 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 비자발적 사용에 있어서 직무 적합성이 인지된 유용성과 사용자 만족에 밀접한 관계가 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 비자발적인 IT 도입의 경우 조직은 우선적으로 직무 적합성을 고려하여야 한다는 점을 제시하였다.
