In this study, the experiments for surface enhancement of silver mirror substrates were done, where we checked the characteristics of silver surface made by Tollen's method. The surface enhancement of Methyl orange was analyzed by silver surfaces. We observed the Surface Enhanced Raman Spectra of Methyl orange. The assignments of the vibrational bands shown in SERS spectra are given based on both literature and the semi-empirical calculations at the PM3 methods. We deduced that the adsorption orientation of Methyl orange was little tilted parallel to the silver surfaces by using of the surface selection rules.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current state of e-commerce for corporations in the steel industry and to analyze the factors that led failure in active use of e-commerce. Data from 51 companies are col looted. Factors that affect the e-commerce adoption and use of were analyzed. The influence of e-commerce utilization on corporate performance was also examined. It was found that several factors known to influence e-commerce use in the steel industry such as transact ion methods, preferences, and the level of information-orientation, did not actually have a significant impact. Rather items such as the maturity of e-commerce experience and perceptual compatibility between product characteristics and e-commerce turned out to have a significant influence on the utilization levels of e-commerce. The level of e-commerce utilization in system had a significant impact on each of the three performance dimensions : internal performance, external performance and financial performance.

This study measured the social value of social economy enterprises in Incheon Metropolitan City using the Social Value Index (SVI) developed by the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The results showed that the social value orientation of the business activities of SSEs averaged 9.3 out of 15 points, and their innovation efforts were 8.0 out of 10 points. The average monetary and non-monetary social contribution efforts of SSEs was 5.1 out of 10. When comparing the average sales and social value scores by industry, the manufacturing sector shows that social enterprises have higher average sales and social value orientation of business activities, but lower social return efforts. Social work facility management and business support services have high average sales, but low social value orientation of business activities and efforts to make monetary or non-monetary social contributions. On the other hand, education services; arts, sports, and leisure-related services; and publishing, video, broadcasting, communication, and information services have lower average revenues but higher social value orientation of business activities. These SVI indicators are well utilized by local governments, but not yet by the central government. In the future, governments and public institutions should reflect the differences between sectors when formulating policies for social enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among the emotional labor, service commitment and customer orientation in hotel service context. Moreover, this study was designed to test the moderating effect of supervisor's emotional intelligence to provide fundamental and practical data for hotel industry. In this study, 4 hypotheses based on literature reviews were employed. A questionnaire was also developed based on previous studies. A convenience sample of 318 hotel employees was surveyed and a total of 297 usable questionnaires were analyzed. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows. Firstly, emotional labor was divided into 'emotional dissonance', 'emotional frequency', 'emotional diversity' and 'emotional intensity' according to the literature review. Analysis showed that emotional labor has partial effects on service commitment accordingly. Secondly, service commitment has positive effect on customer orientation. Thirdly, emotional labor has partial effects on customer orientation. Lastly, supervisor's emotional intelligence has partial moderating effects between emotional labor and customer orientation. Continuous and systematic training should be conducted to administer 'emotional labor'.

The aim of this study was to verify the theoretical relationship between sports ability beliefs, achievement goal orientation, exercise flow, and athletic performance in college golf athletes. The results of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 18.0 and Analysis of MOment Structures (AMOS) 18.0 performed on the data collected from 211 participants are as follows. First, hypothesis testing showed that college golf athletes with incremental beliefs set task-oriented goals (C.R.=3.780, p<.001). Second, the task-oriented goals (C.R.=4,082, p<.001) and ego-oriented goals (C.R.=3.819, p<.001) in achievement goal orientation raised the level of flow during golf. Third, in achieving goal orientation, only task orientation led to a higher perceived level of golf performance (C.R.=3.020, p<.01). Fourth, a higher level of flow led to higher levels of golf performance (C.R.=4.642, p<.001). Other sub-factors were not statistically significant in the current study. These results could be applied in the field of sports as they show what results can be achieved depending on the athlete's belief in their sports ability.

The purpose of this descriptive study was to assess sexual orientation and Knowledge and attitudes with regards to AIDS in military personnel, and to provide basic data for developing a further sex education program for them. The data were collected in June 2002 on 242 service members of A Branch of the Ground Army located in Chung-Chung Do Region. They responded to a survey questionnaire that consisted of 68 items: 14 items on sexual orientation. 39 items on knowledge about AIDS, and 15 items on attitudes toward AIDS. The data were analyzed using SAS program. The study results are as follows: 1. Sexual orientation of the military personnel 1) In terms of sexual orientaion, harassment and assault, only $26.4\%$ of the subjects responded as, 'know well'. Appropriate awareness of the legal liability was reported by $21.6\%$ of the subjects regarding sexual harassment and $78.1\%$ of the subjects regarding sexual assault. 2) Pre-marital cohabitant was supported by $89.2\%$ of the subjects. 3) The Korean military personnel showed liberal attitudes toward sexuality as $46.4\%$ of them reported having sexual-relationship with the dating partner is acceptable. 4) The attitudes of the most subjects toward homosexuality was found to be unfavorable. 5) Subjects were m the need of appropriate sex education. of which substantial knowledge on sexual intercourse was the most needy area. 2. Knowledge and attitudes toward AIDS of the military personnel 1) The subjects' level of knowledge on AIDS was relatively low, showing the average score of $22.31\pm7.23$ points (range: 0-39 points). The higher level of knowledge was reported by those who had high level of education, father alive. and less number of brothers in their family. 2) The subjects' attitudes toward AIDS was relatively positive. The attitude toward AIDS was also found to be more positive in those who had high level of education and less number of brothers. 3) There was a positive but weak correlation between knowledge and attitude toward AIDS. The study finding showed that the sexual orientaion of the Korean military personnel was moderately positive and liberal. However, their awareness of sexual harassment and assault and AIDS was still found to be low. As Korean enlisted military service men are likely to be in the ages with strong sexual desire, it may be important for them to have appropriate sexual orientation and attitudes toward AIDS. Therefore, it is recommended to develop further practical and sound sex education programs within the military unit in order to meet their education needs as well as to utilize sex education specialists as the instructors of those programs.

The importance of university technology transfer has widely been brought to the center of attention over the last decades. Research and practice thereby often concentrate on issues related to patenting and licensing or entrepreneurship but abstract away from relationship- and network-focused initiatives. In this paper, we argue that efforts to systematically develop close, long-term collaboration partnerships - although complex and resource intensive - are likely to be more beneficial for both universities and industry in the long run. Drawing on data derived from interviews with technology transfer executives of 22 leading European and U.S. universities, we analyze and discuss well-established practices of network and relationship management and their possible impact on technology transfer success. Our findings indicate that dedicated relationship management approaches can yield a sustainable competitive advantage for universities. We thereby shift the focus away from transaction-orientation towards more forward-looking relationship-centric approaches and discuss their institutionalization in great detail.

This study describe a new method to control posture and velocity for a wheeled mobile robot using visual feedback control method with a position based visual feedback. To slove the problem of vibration phenomena which were shown in the previous researches using a simple switching function based on a threshold, the proposed visual servo control law introduces the fusion function based on a blending function. The chattering problem and rapid motion of the mobile robot can be eliminated. And we consider the nonlinearity of the wheeled mobile robot unlike the previous visual servo control laws using linear control methods to improve the performances of the visual servo control law. The proposed posture control law using visual servoing is verified by a theoretical analysis and simulation and experimental results.

We consider the problem of autonomously flying a quadcopter in indoor environments. Navigation in indoor settings poses two major issues. First, real time recognition of the marker captured by the camera. Second, The combination of the distributed images is used to determine the position and orientation of the quadcopter in an indoor environment. We autonomously fly a miniature RC quadcopter in small known environments using an on-board camera as the only sensor. We use an algorithm that combines data-driven image classification with image-combine techniques on the images captured by the camera to achieve real 3D localization and navigation.
