경인지역 일부 5인미만 사업장 근로자의 작업환경실태와 관리대책 (The Current Status and Recommendation of Work Environment Management in Small Scale Industry with less than 5 Workers)

  • This study was performed to identify the current status of work environment management and to provide appropriate recommendations for small scale industry with less than 5 workers from September, 2000 to October, 2000 in Seoul city and Gyoung-gi province. The 211 companies were surveyed by checklist included the elements of management of work environment, hazardous chemicals, MSDS, personal protective equipment, and ventilation system. The proportion of metal products manufacturing and printing industries are 25.6 % and 22.3%, respectively. The daily working hours in printing industry is longer than others. The industries that produce potentially hazardous agents, such as noise, dust, metal, organic solvents, radiation and chemical material are pulp, plating, machinery, and printing, respectively. In above industries, only 2.8 % of those recognised and had MSDS. The proportion of companies providing fire extinguishers, safety showers are found to be 13.3 %, 7.1 %, respectively. Only 24.2 % of companies provided personal protective equipment to the workers. The ventilation system was operated in most of companies. But local exhaust ventilation system is provided to 22.3 % of those, also had not been annually inspected. This study showed that the current status of occupational safety and health was not appropriate for workers in small scale industries. It is suggested that annual physical examination have to be performed, MSDS usage must become widespread, and employer and emplyees in small scale industry should be educated for the treatment and storage of hazardous chemicals to improve the occupational safety and health of the working environment. also, regulatory standard has to be applied to local exhaust ventilation system in small scale industry to improve the working condition.

  • As the uncertainty of technology development and market needs increases due to changes in the global business environment, the interest and demand for R&D activities of individual companies are increasing. To respond to these environmental changes, technology commercialization players are paying great attention to enhancing the qualitative competitiveness of R&D. In particular, R&D companies in the marine and fishery sector face many difficulties compared to other industries. For example, the R&D environment is barren, it is challenging to secure R&D human resources, and it is facing a somewhat more difficult environment compared to other sectors, such as the difficulty in maintaining R&D continuity due to the turnover rate of researchers. In this study, based on the empirical data and patent status of private companies closely related to the R&D technology status, big data analysis, and simulation analysis methods were used to identify the relative position of individual companies' R&D capabilities and industrial perspectives. In this study, based on industrial evidence and patent applications closely related to the R&D technology status, the R&D capabilities of individual companies were evaluated using extensive data analysis and simulation analysis methods, and a statistical test was performed to analyze if there were differences in capabilities from an industrial point of view. At this time, the industries to be analyzed were based on all sectors, the maritime industry, the fisheries industry, and the maritime industry integration sector. In conclusion, it was analyzed that there was a certain level of difference in the R&D capabilities of individual companies in each industry sector, Therefore when developing a future R&D capability system, it was confirmed that it was necessary to separate the population for each industry and establish a strategy.

스마트관광 시대의 관광숙박업 영업 예측 모형: 코로나19 팬더믹을 중심으로 (Predictive Models for the Tourism and Accommodation Industry in the Era of Smart Tourism: Focusing on the COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • 2020년 발생한 코로나19는 전세계적으로 지속적인 피해를 미쳤으며, 특히 하늘길 봉쇄 및 외출 자제로 인해 스마트 관광산업은 경제적 직격탄을 맞았다. 해외여행과 국내여행이 크게 감소된 상황에서 계속되는 적자로 인해 휴업과 폐업을 하는 관광호텔들이 늘어나고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 행정안전부의 인허가 데이터를 수집한 후 시각화하여 관광숙박업의 운영 현황을 파악하였다. 머신러닝 분류 알고리즘을 적용하여 관광호텔의 생존 예측 모델을 구현하였고 앙상블 알고리즘을 활용하여 예측 모델의 성능을 최적화하였으며 5-Fold 교차검증으로 모델의 성능을 평가하였다. 관광호텔의 생존율이 다소 감소할 것으로 예측되었으나 실제 생존율을 코로나19 이전과 큰 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문의 호텔업 영업 상태 예측을 통해 관광숙박업 전체의 운영 가능성 및 발전 동향을 파악할 수 있는 근거로 활용할 수 있다.

외식 건강증진사업에 대한 소비자의 요구도 및 실행의지 분석: 서울지역 거주자를 중심으로 (An Analysis of Consumers' Needs and Practice Willingness for the Health Promotion Program in Restaurant Industry among Seoul Residents)

  • This study examined the needs and practice willingness for the health promotion program of restaurant industry among Seoul residents. Using structured self-administered questionnaires, data on subjects' general characteristics, health status, and eating out behavior characteristics, the needs and practice willingness of the health promotion program for restaurant industry were collected from 765 adults above the age of 19. The needs for nutrition labeling such as fat, calorie, sodium, fiber, and the practice willingness for consuming nutrition labeled food were high. Results showed that gender, restaurant's management status, and food quality status were significant indicators for needs for health promotion program. Education duration, food quality status, and the frequency of eating out were significant variables for practice willingness. The results imply that health promotion program for the restaurant industry should be based on the consumer's characteristics. Also, the results imply the necessity of several activities such as social marketing to inform the benefit of participation in the health promotion program for consumers, guidance to maintain the food quality and improve the ambiance of restaurant for suppliers, and the new establishment of research centers to validate the labeled information on meals and analyze the nutrients of the meals for agencies.

  • The paper is to study and analyze the civil aviation industry of China and to present some cooperative and developing models between Korea and China in the fields of civil aviation on the basis of mutul benefit. In this study, civil aviation includes both the air transport industry and aircraft manufacturing industry. As it is not easy and realistic for us to conduct field survey on the civil aviation of China so far, this study has havily depended upon the literature data gathered from the ICAO and other published materials. 국내 패션업체 디스플레이어의 지위와 교육적 배경 (The Status and Educational Background of Displayers in Domestic Fashion Industry)

  • In viewpoint of visual merchandising, display is recognized as important means of expressing fashion as well as essential factor of stimulating customers' interest in purchase. However, visual merchandising is relatively new area and the studies on specialized display personnels are limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the status and educational background of displayers in domestic fashion industry. For this study, 72 display personnels working in 51 fashion brands were interviewed. As results, it was found that most of displayers were consisted of single women in the late twenties. And the main part of display work was performed outside office hours which brought out extension of working time. The displayers had relatively high educational background graduated mostly from the majors related to display such as clothing and applied arts. However, it was noted that new curriculum of these majors needs to be developed in order to provide the courses with more on-hand practices. In general, optimistic attitudes were significantly shown by the interviewees that the importance of display is increasingly recognized in the domestic fashion industry and therefore the prospect of display found to be expected as prosperous.

An Empirical Research on Current Status and Developmental Countermeasures of Language Services Industry in China

  • This paper uses Delphi Method and statistics provided by the State Administration of Market Regulation of China, attempts to develop the scale index of language service industry in China. Coupled with practical investigation and theoretical framework of SCP paradigm, a deep analysis on market behavior, market structure, and market performance of the industry have been explored. First, the study indicates that the scale index of Chinese language services industry has experienced an upward trend from 10.481million RMB in 2008 to 351.403 million RMB in 2017. Second, majority of language services enterprises are situated in Chinese coastal provinces and there are variations in demand for language services. Third, the standardization of language services are minimal while most of the talents involve a single discipline background. Fourth, most enterprises utilize language tools while there is lack of technological innovation for utilization of language resources and enhancement of service quality. The author mainly suggests four strategies which include: cultivating multilingual services, strengthening the development of industrial informatization and technical innovation, and optimizing the industrial talents structure while also adjusting for industrial distribution and regional coordination, which propose the meaningful implications for the development of language service industry in China.

  • 우리는 벤처 캐피털리스트의 전략적 포지션과 이에 따른 성과와의 관계를 연구하고자 한다. 벤처 캐피털리스트는 시장에서 좁은 니치에 집중할 때 풍부한 지식을 획득하고 스페셜리스트로서의 명확한 정체성을 유지할 수 있는 반면, 제너럴리스트로서 다양한 산업에 진출하여 더욱 많은 정보와 기회를 접하는 동시에 한 산업에 집중함으로써 발생하는 위험 요인을 분산시킬 때 좋은 성과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문은 정보와 기회에 대한 접근이 매우 중요한 벤처캐피탈의 특성상 제너럴리스트가 스페셜리스트에 비해 더욱 높은 성과를 보일 것이라는 가설을 세우고 미국 벤처 캐피탈 산업의 26년간의 방대한 데이터를 기반으로 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 벤처 캐피털리스트들은 넓은 니치를 지니는 제너럴리스트일 때 성장할 가능성이 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수직적 위치로 일컬어지는 시장 지위가 낮을 때 이러한 제너럴리스트 전략이 더욱 성공적인 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 낮은 지위일수록 제너럴리스트로서 포지셔닝 하는 활용적 노력이 더욱 효과적으로 나타난다는 점을 시사한다.
