Purpose: This study was a descriptive study to investigate on the effect of calling, self-efficacy, workplace bullying on retention intention among nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: The research subjects were 224 nurses selected through convenient sampling from among those who have worked six months or longer in seven small and medium-sized hospitals located in G City. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire from July 17 to 30, 2018. The data was analyzed by descriptive statics, a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and a stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. As a measuring tool, Calling was the Calling & Vocational Questionnaire (CVQ) developed by Dik, Eldrige and Steger (2008). Self-efficacy was developed by Sherer et al. (1982) and modified by Jeong Ae-soon (2007). Workplace bullying was developed by Einarsen, Raknes and Matthiesen (1994) in the Norwegian Negative Behavioral Experience Questionnaire (NAQ), and by Nam Woong et al. (2010). The retention intention was to use NRI (Nurses' Retention Index) developed by Cowin (2002) as a tool for Kim Min-jung (2006). Results: Factors affecting nurses' retention were analyzed. The analysis showed that retention intention was positively affected by self-efficacy (β=.24, p<.001), sense of calling (β=.23, p<.001) and annual wage (β=.21, p=.001) and negatively affected by workplace bullying (β=-.16, p=.008) on a statistically significant level, with an explanatory power of 28.6%.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pre-service early childhood teacher's sense of humor, emotional intelligence on their teacher efficacy. The subjects of this study were 253 pre-service early childhood teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The statistical analysis of this study was analyzed using the SPSS V. 22.0 program. The result of the study is summarized as follows. First, in terms of the result for general trends in sense of humor, emotional intelligence, and teacher efficacy were found to be above normal. Second, the result of the current study reveals that the sense of humor, emotional intelligence, and teacher efficacy was correlated. Also, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the sense of humor, emotional intelligence, and teacher efficacy. Third, it was found that the 'creation of humor', 'humor preference' of sub-factor in the sense of humor, and 'to perceive other people's emotion' of sub-factor in emotional intelligence affected the early childhood pre-service teacher's teacher efficacy. Therefore, it is necessary to promote both sense of humor and emotional intelligence in order to enhance the teacher efficacy in pre-service early childhood teachers.

In this study, Chlorophyll-a (chl-a) prediction model and multiple parameters affecting algae occurrence in Mulgeum site were evaluated by statistical analysis using water quality, hydraulic and climate data at Mulgeum site (1998~2008). Before the analysis, control chart method and effect period of typhoon were adopted for improving reliability of the data. After data preprocessing step two methods were used in this study. In method 1, chl-a prediction model was developed using preprocessed data. Another model was developed by Method 2 using significant parameters affecting chl-a after data preprocessing step. As a result of correlation analysis, water temperature, pH, DO, BOD, COD, T-N, $NO_3-N$, $PO_4-P$, flow rate, flow velocity and water depth were revealed as significant multiple parameters affecting chl-a concentration. Chl-a prediction model from Method 1 and 2 showed high $R^2$ value with 0.799 and 0.790 respectively. Validation for each prediction model was conducted with the data from 2009 to 2010. Training period and validation period of Method 1 showed 20.912 and 24.423 respectively. And Method 2 showed 21.422 and 26.277 in each period. Especially BOD, DO and $PO_4-P$ played important role in both model. So it is considered that analysis of algae occurrence at Mulgeum site need to focus on BOD, DO and $PO_4-P$.
Estimate breeding value can be used as single trait animal model was developed directly using the Fortran language program. The program is based on data computed by using the indirect method repeatedly. The program develops a common algorithm and imprves efficiency. Algorithm efficiency was compared between the two programs. Estimated using the solution is easy to farm and brand the service, pedigree data base was associated with the development of an improved system. The existing program that uses the single trait animal model and the comparative analysis of efficiency is weak because the estimation of the solution and the conventional algorithm programmed through regular formulation involve many repetition; therefore, the newly developed algorithm was conducted to improve speed by reducing the repetition. Single trait animal model was used to analyze Gauss-Seidel iteration method, and the aforesaid two algorithms were compared thorough the mixed model equation which is used the most commonly in estimating the current breeding value by applying the procedures such as the preparation of information necessary for modelling, removal of duplicative data, verifying the parent information of based population in the pedigree data, and assigning sequential numbers, etc. The existing conventional algorithm is the method for reading and recording the data by utilizing the successive repetitive sentences, while new algorithm is the method for directly generating the left hand side for estimation based on effect. Two programs were developed to ensure the accurate evaluation. BLUPF90 and MTDFREML were compared using the estimated solution. In relation to the pearson and spearman correlation, the estimated breeding value correlation coefficients were highest among all traits over 99.5%. Depending on the breeding value of the high correlation in Model I and Model II, accurate evaluation can be found. The number of iteration to convergence was 2,568 in Model I and 1,038 in Model II. The speed of solving was 256.008 seconds in Model I and 235.729 seconds in Model II. Model II had a speed of approximately 10% more than Model I. Therefore, it is considered to be much more effective to analyze large data through the improved algorithm than the existing method. If the corresponding program is systemized and utilized for the consulting of farm and industrial services, it would make contribution to the early selection of individual, shorten the generation, and cultivation of superior groups, and help develop the Hanwoo industry further through the improvement of breeding value based enhancement, ultimately paving the way for the country to evolve into an advanced livestock country.
This study was conducted to provide basic data on the structure of the Carpinus turczaninowii community and the characteristics of the habitat environment for ex situ conservation. To identify the current ecological environment, 27 plots (each measuring 100m2) were selected for analyzing the detailed structure of plant communities in Anmyondo Isl.(Jungjangri San 14-217), Hwanggumsan Mt., Gayasan Mt.(Wonhyobong) and Palbongsan Mt.. The research methodology employed in this study was qualitative analysis. The TWINSPAN classification yielded a total of seven distinct communities. Group I represents the C. turczaninowii - Quercus mongolica community, Group II represents the C. turczaninowii - Pinus densiflora community, Group III represents the C. turczaninowii - P. densiflora community, Group IV represents the C. turczaninowii - Q. mongolica community, Group V represents the C. turczaninowii - Q. variabilis community, Group VI represents the C. turczaninowii - Prunus serrulata Lindl. var. pubescens community, and Group VII represents the C. turczaninowii - Styrax japonicus community. The species diversity ranged from 0.8056 to 1.1568, the importance value ranged from 0.1214 to 0.3024, and the similarity index ranged from 9.37% to 36.36%. Based on the correlation analysis of six environmental factors for the seven communities using RDA ordination, the results indicate that on the first axis, Altitude, Crown density, Bare rock, and Slope exhibited a positive correlation. In the C. turczaninowii - P. densiflora community (Group III) and C. turczaninowii - Q. mongolica community (Group IV), altitude, bare rock, and slope were analyzed as factors influencing vegetation distribution. In the C. turczaninowii - Q. variabilis community (Group V), C. turczaninowii - P. serrulata Lindl. var. pubescens community (Group VI), and C. turczaninowii - S. japonicus community (Group VII), crown density was analyzed as a factor influencing vegetation distribution.
The purpose of this study was aimed to identify the relationship between pursuit benefit and behavior by spectators participating security exhibition. The result of study is significant because it may provide more effective and aggressive marketing strategies to the future companies participating security exhibition, and suggest developmental direction by actively responding spectators' needs. The subject for this study was spectators who participating World Security Expo 2014 held three days from March 12 to 14 in 2014. 300 samples were selected by convenience sampling for subject of this study. 283 out of 300 surveys, excluded 17 unfaithful and defected surveys, were used for data analysis. Research tool was questionnaire which was based on and recomposed by previous researches home and abroad. The collected data were treated for analysis of frequency, reliability, factor analysis, correlation, and regression by using SPSS statistic package version of 18.0. Through the above research method and procedure, the results were as followings. First, the relationship between pursuit benefit and behavior after participating exhibition appeared positively. It was found that there was high relationship between pursuit benefit and behavior. Second, analyzing relationship of factors between pursuit benefit and behaviors resulted to effect information exploration, good use of spare time, and product purchase on word of mouth. Third, analyzing relationship of factors between pursuit benefit and behaviors resulted to effect good use of spare time, information exploration, and product purchase on re-participation.
Recently, Korean health care industry managers are paying more attention to customer oriented service, the rationalization of business administration, and quality control of service to adjust their business to outer environment since IMF bailout program. They are focusing on the cost reduction through remodeling the size and structure of man power, viz. labor flexibility. Nurses are not free from this juncture and contingent nurses are increasing fast. This article intends to verify the actual condition of two types of contingent nurses -part-time nurses and internship nurses-and to compare their job satisfaction to provide basic resource for efficient management of nurse man power. The concrete goals of this article are; Firstly, to verify the actual condition of their employment. Secondly, to compare their job satisfaction. And Thirdly, to the relation between employment condition and job satisfaction. To accomplish these research goals, a statistical survey was executed, in which 384 questionnaires - 66 for manager nurses, 318 for contingent nurses-were given to nurses working at 66 general hospitals-which have at least 100 beds-in Seoul. Among them, 121 questionnaires-of 28 general hospitals-were returned. Then, the data coded and submitted to mean, standard deviation, T-test, variance analysis (ANOVA), correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis with SAS program. The research results of the contingent nurses are followings: 1. Two types of contingent nurses shows similar age spans: they are mostly 21 - 30 years old and unmarried. But internship nurses have high level of educational career. Part - time nurses spread at general beds, out -patient part, intensive care part, operation part, etc, but internship nurses work mostly at general beds. 2. Two groups shows difference in actual employment condition: average employment career of part -time nurses is 7.0 months but internship nurses' is 2.0 months: average duty-on days per month of part - time nurses are 23.7 days but internship nurses' are 24.8 days. But there are little difference in average working time per day: 7.7 hours for part -time nurses and 0 hours for internship nurses. 3. The average wage per month for part -time nurses is 836,026 won but for internship nurses is 557,428 won-66.7% of part-time nurses'. Both groups are enjoying little additional pay. 4. Both groups are getting job not so much through advertisement of newspaper or hospitals as through acquainted person or college. 5. Both groups show very high level of job satisfaction: 3.2195 for part -time nurses and 3.2881 for internship nurses. But they show very low satisfaction on payment level compared with other categories and two groups show meaningful difference(P<.0001). 6. The multiple regression test reveals the factors related with job satisfaction: wage level, working part(OR or ICU), age, job career, and motive of contingent job-taking('because I can take care of family duties at the same time') influence positively: motive of contingent job-taking('because I can work regularly without alternation') influences negatively.
Recently, development paradigm of information system is turning into object oriented and component based, and this methodology is leading the software industry. To acclimatize aptly to this trend, users demand the assessment of software expenses to change with the appropriate model of computing costs of the environment, and some people are actually studying the concept of Object Oriented Function Point and UCP method. Especially, Object Oriented Function Point Measurement Process has good points in overcoming the bound of LOC and the existing the Function Point Measurement Process because Object Oriented Function Point Measurement Process is applicable to the early stage of development project mainly with the used cases, and valid to the life long period as the each stage of software products develops, and always understandable to communicate with users by the UML mark rules. Accordingly, this research is to measure Functional Point at ROFP and AOFP in accordance with the development project of information system by the national defense CBD methodology procedures and UML Interrelation Analysis that are recently and widely used in the developmental environment of object oriented information system. Furthermore, this study suggests the measurement method to obtain Functional Point, and identifies service function and object/class function in the correlation analysis of use case and class based on the products and UML modeling via traditional FPA model and object oriented FPA model. Above all, this study is to demonstrate the improvement of traditional Function Point Measurement Process, IFPUG-CPM and software cost basis, and reveal Function Point Measurement Process, which is appropriate to the development of object oriented information system, and suggest the evaluation results of the compatibility through case studies.
This study aimed to assess the influence of burnout with satisfaction of basic psychological needs among nurses. From oct, 25, 2013 to nov, 25, 2013, participants included 160 nurses from 6 major general hospital located in urban areas in Korea. Data for basic psychological needs and burnout were collected through a self-reported questionnaire and were analyzed with independent t-test and analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. This study shows negative correlations between burnout and autonomy(r=-.45, P<.001), competency(r=-.52, P<.001), relatedness(r=-.49, P<.001). The variables predicting burnout were autonomy(${\beta}=-.26$), competency(${\beta}=-.30$), relatedness(${\beta}=-.12$), age(${\beta}=-.17$), number of service years(${\beta}=.09$). These variables accounted for 34.3% of the variance of burnout in nurses. Our results indicated that it is necessary to increase basic psycological needs to decrease burnout. Therefore nursing managers should develop programs in order to increase autonomy, relatedness and competency.
This study attempted to derive the sub-factors for the perception of cosmetology education affecting satisfaction of students with the cosmetology education and analyze their effects on career choice through a questionnaire survey against a total of a total of 120 people who had taken the cyber university cosmology lecture previously. For cosmetology education perception factors, four predictive variables (educational environment, operating system, curriculum and lecture management) and one variable regarding educational satisfaction were derived and used as analysis tools. The purpose of education by academic major was the acquisition of license and theory & practice education in hairdressing and skin care, respectively. Students showed more interest in hairdressing lectures as they had little work experience and in skin care lectures when they had extensive work experience (p<0.01). Correlation was found between the four education perception-related sub-regions and satisfaction with education (p<0.01). In particular, curriculum and lecture management had a positive effect on satisfaction with education with statistical significance. As the perception of lectures increased, students were more satisfied with cosmetology education (p<0.001). In addition, academia-industry cooperation, career analysis, cosmetology lectures and school had influence on career choice. This study found several issues such as difficult curriculum and poor communication, and it appears that it is necessary to develop a better communication plan and new educational lectures by career and stage.
