This study intends to provide preliminary data for improving dining experience in the restaurants of Bamboo food village and help draw up guidelines for the improvement of these dining venues by surveying customer perception and satisfaction in 15-restaurants of the food village. The restaurants were surveyed mainly for satisfaction of the menu, especially, on the signature dishes of Damyang, "ddeokgalbi" (grilled short rib balls) and "daetongbab"-the grilled short rib balls and bamboo rice. The two dishes were more liked by people in the the 20- to 29-year age group with a score of 3.92 and 4.11, respectively. Although the 30-49 age group showed the highest satisfaction score on the fixed price menu, there was no statistically significant difference. The age group of 20-29 also showed the highest satisfaction on plating and table setting with a score of 4.09 and 4.04, respectively, and there was significant difference among age groups in this regard (p<0.05). All the age groups surveyed answered "time-honored taste" should be captured when working on menus, which suggests it should be the first choice for the restaurants in the food village when they develop their menus. When it comes to the restaurant environment, satisfaction on sanitary conditions was significantly different among the groups with a score of 4.21 given by 30-49 age group and 3.88 by the 50 and over group (p<0.05). In the category of service satisfaction, the two aforementioned age groups again showed significant difference in catering to customer needs with a score of 3.99 and 3.63, respectively (p<0.05), whereas welcoming customers and serving food was scored without statistical difference by age. Being asked what needs to be done to strengthen competitive advantage of the restaurants, all the age groups answered "taste" would matter the most while the 20 to 29 and 30 to 49 age groups picked "hygiene" and the 50 and over selected "table setting and ambience" next, which was statistically different with a p value of <0.05. Regarding the competitive advantage of the Korean restaurants in Damyang Bamboo food village, the first two younger groups (20 to 29 and 30 to 49) chose "table setting and ambience" and the eldest (50 and over) age group answered "location wise advantage," indicating significant difference by age. More than 80 percent of the people surveyed were willing to revisit the venues, which suggests improving restaurant environment in Bamboo food village and offering customers a better experience are very likely to build a image of culinary tourism for Damyang.
This study investigates the voluntary corporate disclosure of environmental information via stand-alone environmental reports or company web-sites. Quality of disclosure was assessed using the content analysis index proposed by Clarkson et al. (2008) based on GRI guidelines. Descriptive statistics on disclosure scores by category suggest that the level of disclosure is low relative to the expectation implied by the GRI reporting guidelines, and points to the need for improvement in the future. Specific areas where improvement is required include the disclosure of environmental performance indicators. Corporate environmental performance was measured in terms of the percentage of toxic wastes that was treated or processed by each firm and economic performance, by industry-adjusted annual return, which was subject to a series of association tests designed to explore the interrelations among environmental disclosure, environmental performance, and economic performance. The individual equation approach based on OLS procedures suggests a positive association between environmental performance and the level of discretionary environmental disclosures, which is not the case between environmental and economic performance. An integrated analysis using simultaneous equations approach does not indicate any significant relationships among three constructs, suggesting the lack of endogeneity, inconsistent with Al-Tuwaijri et al. (2004). Additional analysis assesses the level of environmental disclosure made in footnotes to the audited annual reports, which suggests that the quality of disclosure is very low and that footnote disclosure does not serve as a meaningful channel for the provision of corporate environmental information.
The purpose of this research is to clarify the elements of the function of the role of industrial high schools that its experts perceived. The content of this research is verify the function element required for the performance of the role of specialized education through content validity ratio(CVR). This research adopted the method of literature research and Delphi method, which is to collect and come to an agreement of the opinions of the 26 research panels. The first round is constructed by the semi-constructed questionnaire for the analysis of the opinions of the panels by inductive method. The second round is to categorize the result of the first one into 7 domains, and asked each category by Likert's 5 scale checklists, and statistically analyzed mean, medium, standard deviation, and quartile. The third round is to statistically analyze Mean, standard deviation, medium, and validity ratio(CVR) to reassure the opinions of the panels on the basis of the result of the first one. The categorized contents of the function required for the performance of the specialized education in this research is 'in-service visit and in-service training', 'licence acquiring education', 'employment counseling and job employment information', 'custom-made education connected with industry', 'career education' and 'enhancement of basic career competency'. The panels are divided into professors, teachers, professionals, and policy administrators, and they verified the validity rate of the function role and priority of emphasis. The result showed that the tendency of the education is converting from physical function-centered education to education of emotional attitude and competence of thought.
The indices to choose the object countries for developing overseas industrial park were developed and applied in this paper. The results are showing as follows. First, the Korean enterprises are branched out into total 128 countries as of the first quarter of 2010, and the 13 asian countries including China, Vietnam, Japan, and Hongkong shows the majority of precedence 20 countries among the reported during 1980-2010. Second, the 3 steps of selecting the principal region to branch out, establishing assessment indices and criteria, and choosing strategical target counties were developed to choose the countries for developing overseas industrial park. The 38 of 128 countries were selected where the GDP per capita is lower than Korea, and the local reports of incorporation during 2007-2010 are more than 10 times. Then, the 10 countries were excluded where the minimum wages during 2008-2009 are similar to Korean ($815/month). Consequently, the 28 countries including China, Vietnam, and Cambodia etc. were selected as the major target regions. Third, the indices to choose countries for developing overseas industrial park are classified into 5 categories-investment condition, labor market flexibility, potential market demand, population, changing rate of the reported number of manufacturing industry, and detailed indices for each category were selected, then the weight were given with the consideration of importance. Finally, Indonesia, Mongolia, and Uzbekistan were selected as the strategical target counties where acquire the high score in labor market flexibility and investment condition, relatively undeveloped, and friendly to Korea.
Purpose - Open source software has high utilization in most of the server market. The utilization of open source software is a global trend. Particularly, Internet infrastructure and platform software open source software development has increased rapidly. Since 2003, the Korean government has published open source software promotion policies and a supply promotion policy. The dynamism of the open source software market, the lack of relevant expertise, and the market transformation due to reasons such as changes in the relevant technology occur slowly in relation to adoption. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment model of services provided in an open source software service company. In this study, the service level of open source software companies is classified into an enterprise-level assessment area, the service level assessment area, and service area. The assessment model is developed from an on-site driven evaluation index and proposed evaluation framework; the evaluation procedures and evaluation methods are used to achieve the research objective, involving an impartial evaluation model implemented after pilot testing and validation. Research Design, data, and methodology - This study adopted an iteration development model to accommodate various requirements, and presented and validated the assessment model to address the situation of the open source software service company. Phase 1 - Theoretical background and literature review Phase 2 - Research on an evaluation index based on the open source software service company Phase 3 - Index improvement through expert validation Phase 4 - Finalizing an evaluation model reflecting additional requirements Based on the open source software adoption case study and latest technology trends, we developed an open source software service concept definition and classification of public service activities for open source software service companies. We also presented open source software service company service level measures by developing a service level factor analysis assessment. The Behavior-Structure-Evolution Evaluation Model (BSEM) proposed in this study consisted of a rating methodology for calculating the level that can be granted through the assessment and evaluation of an enterprise-level data model. An open source software service company's service comprises the service area and service domain, while the technology acceptance model comprises the service area, technical domain, technical sub-domain, and open source software name. Finally, the evaluation index comprises the evaluation group, category, and items. Results - Utilization of an open source software service level evaluation model For the development of an open source software service level evaluation model, common service providers need to standardize the quality of the service, so that surveys and expert workshops performed in open source software service companies can establish the evaluation criteria according to their qualitative differences. Conclusion - Based on this evaluation model's systematic evaluation process and monitoring, an open source software service adoption company can acquire reliable information for open source software adoption. Inducing the growth of open source software service companies will facilitate the development of the open source software industry.

The 'Quality Competitiveness Index' (QCI) is defined as an quantitative and disinterested indicator that measures and compares the quality of products across the world. The purpose of this study is to suggest the 'Quality Competitiveness Assessment Model' (QCAM) and calculate QCI of a popular UHF RFID Label tag (Global ISO 18000-3C supported) available these days in a global apparel market. The model was based on KS-QEI(Korean Standard-Quality Excellence Index), and was composed with the following 4 evaluation categories, a process capability test, an environmental reliability test, a durability test and a design margin test. The QCI score can be calculated with the following formula, using the weighted arithmetic mean between a score of each evaluation category ($X_1$, $X_2$, $X_3$, $X_4$) and each weight($w_1$, $w_2$, $w_3$, $w_4$). The actual weights was determined by an result of AHP survey to which was conducted for the related Industry-University-Institute experts. The proposed index shows the results of comparisons with global competitor's products as well as the high-quality domestic RFID label tags. In addition, it will play an important role for manufacturers when developing their future products.
The problem is that even though the cost of apartment buildings and general expenses are the same and similar tasks, there is a significant gap between them in quantity and quality. The apartment security guard needs more professional management in education and various reporting obligations. In particular, the reality of being away from the management and supervision of the National Police Agency, which is in charge of crime prevention and policing resources throughout the nation, is a task that needs to be improved quickly. Although the "security service" is a specialized area for protecting the lives and property of the people, it is managed and operated only in the category of apartment management, just because it is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. This should be integrated into one cost-related law, such as the "Cost Business Act," for management and operation. Although the regulations concerning security guards under the "Joint Housing Management Act" are very limited, they should start discussing the integrated management of apartment security guards and general security guards in view of improvement of their treatment. The most realistic method would be to hire a new general security officer with a security law as a security guard in an apartment building.
This study organizes policy tasks currently being promoted by the government to revitalize the domestic VR and AR industries, which are evaluated to be stagnant compared to major overseas countries, and aims to derive priorities through analysis of an AHP survey for experts in the VR/AR field, and to seek countermeasures based on the analysis results. As a result of classification based on various previous studies, press releases, and policy data, it was divided into 5 major categories and 16 sub-categories: technical issues, awareness improvement, legal/institutional improvement, government support, and manpower development. As a result of the AHP analysis, in the major category, the "government support" appeared as the top priority policy task, followed by the "manpower development". In the sub-categories, "training new manpower" was the most important policy implementation task, followed by "enhancing technological competitiveness". This study is meaningful in that it selects and presents prioritized policy tasks that clearly reflect the position and perspective of the industry on the policy-making situation exposed to the limitations of time and resources, while also presenting practical improvement plans.

From natural disasters such as floods, heavy rains, and strong winds and social disasters such as 911 U.S. terrorism and cyber attacks that could have a fatal impact on corporate continuity, it is necessary to introduce and implement a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) within a firm to maintain continuity of business and to change the organizational structure for an emergency state in order to operate and manage it systematically and efficiently. therefore, this study analyzed and verified the impact of introducing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) on the change in the recognition structure of an organization in four categories, including personal recognition, organizational culture, organizational structure, and organizational strategy, in order to analyse the impact and effect of introducing a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) on the change in the recognition structure of each category. through this study, we believe that the introduction of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) within a firm could effectively change the organization's perception of an emergency state and help it maintain its continuity as well as improve its value.

The aim of this study was determine to effect of shaft length and physical condition on golf driving performance(head speed, distance and direction). A range of drivers with length between 44 inch, 45 inch and 46 inch limit imposed by R&A rules limited were assembled and evaluated. Club head speed and drive distance and accuracy were determined three category 27 PGA pro golfer (handicaps 0, and height $170cm{\geq}171-175{\geq}175-180cm$) who golf performance. As a results follow : Head speed was significantly difference with 44, 45 between 46inch(p<.01). Distance was significantly difference with 44 between 46inch(p<.05). And direction was significantly difference with 44, 45inch between 46inch(p<.05). Head speed according to height was general similarity among shaft length in 170cm, 171-175cm. Distance were general similarity among shaft length in 170cm, and significantly difference with 44inch between 46inch in 171-175cm(p<.01), and significantly difference with 45inch between 46inch in 176-180cm(p<.05). Direction were significantly difference with 44inch between 46inch in 170cm(p<.05), but do not significantly difference with 44inch between 46inch in 176-180cm, 176-180cm. These results show that shaft length and height can affect head speed, distance and direction.
