  • The pallet loading pattern and efficiency were analyzed on the packaging boxes for agricultural products. Also, the pallet layout chart was proposed as a convenient tool in selecting the suitable packaging dimensions for them. By researching the layout pattern and maximum number of agricultural products in the packaging box, we can choose the efficient box dimension.

  • This study aims to increase effectiveness of human resources management of food service industry by identifying relationships if influence among self-efficacy, self-esteem and burnout of employee in food service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, documentary study and empirical study using a structural equation model analysis was conducted. Based upon the relationships among leadership, empowerment and organizational effectiveness in food service industry, comprehensive methods for human resources management can be presented.

  • 의료관광은 전 세계적으로 고부가가치 산업으로 각광 받고 있으며, 우리나라 지자체들도 의료관광 활성화를 위해 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 안동시 의료관광 활성화에 중요한 평가항목 요인들의 구성요소들의 우선순위를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과 상위계층에서는 인프라, 중위계층에서는 의료서비스에 대한 신뢰성이 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었다.

Partial Equilibrium Analysis and Long-run Equilibrium: Full Industry Equilibrium (부분균형분석과 장기균형: 산업완결균형)

  • The long-run equilibrium of an economy is a situation where all firms in the economy realize the condition of 'extra profits = 0'. The conventional partial equilibrium (PE) analysis, which is based on the assumption of 'ceteris paribus', conflicts logically with the long run equilibrium. 'Full industry equilibrium' (FIE) deals with long-run equilibrium in the framework of partial equilibrium; FIE requires the adjustment of more variables than PE. The comparative statics analysis of FIE shows that many results of the conventional PE does not hold. The present paper intends to introduce the background and significance of FIE. In its course, the paper discusses similarities and differences between FIE and the Capital Controversies of the 1960s and 1970s, and highlights the critical and constructive significances of FIE.
