This paper is to estimate the total factor productivity(TFP) in the Korean manufacturing and service industries during the period 1975:1-2016:4 using the stochastic frontier analysis model. In order to analyze the determinants for the total factor productivity the paper estimates the industry-specific determinant elasticities of TFP using the autoregressive distributed model. The industry-specific determinants, which reflect the industrial structure and properties include markup, the ratio of capital to labor(KL), and the ratio of foreign intermediate goods (FIG) to industrial output. The average value for total factor productivity growth was estimated to be 0.0199 in manufacturing and 0.0063 in the service industry. The markup and KL elasticities of TFP were estimated to be 2.481 and 0.651 in manufacturing respectively and -1.403 and 0.042 in the service industry respectively. The empirical results suggest that the industrial markup and the ratio of capital to labor have had decisive effects on the changes in the total factor productivity in the Korean manufacturing and service industries during the period 1975:1-2016:4.
An investigation was conducted to determine whether the rumen modifiers lasalocid and avoparcin, when included in molasses/urea based supplements, enhanced liveweight performance, in early weaned calves. As part of the study the broad-spectrum parasiticle Avermectin B1 was given to the calves to assess any undesirable side effects on animals of less than four months of age. There were no significant (p>0.05) liveweight responses to supplementation when the rumen modifiers lasalocid and avoparcin were included in supplement rations. Lasalocid reduced supplement intake, however, it had no adverse effect on liveweight gain. Avoparcin substantially improved growth when cottonseed meal was included in the ration. Weaners treated with Avermectin B1 tended to show a greater liveweight gain than untreated weaners during the experiment (p<0.10) and no adverse side effects were noted.

Using the inter-industry tables over the period 2010-2013 published by the Bank of Korea, this paper attempts to uncover the national economic role of the marine environmental industries through the estimation of their market size and value-added, and to analyze their economic effects through inter-industry analysis. The results show that the market size of the marine environmental industries has increased from 1.34 trillion won in 2010 to 1.97 trillion won in 2013 and their share in total national output went up from 0.04 % in 2010 to 0.05 % in 2013. Moreover, the value-added of the marine environmental industries, 618.5 billion won in 2010, amounted to 841.5 billion won in 2013 and their proportion in total national value-added has grown from 0.05 % in 2010 to 0.06 % in 2013. Three findings emerge to be used demand-driven model from the inter-industry analysis. First, the production-inducing effect of 1.0 won production or investment in the marine environmental industries has decreased from 1.8845 won in 2010 to 1.8115 won in 2013. Second, the value-added creation effect of that has declined from 0.7680 won in 2010 to 0.7063 in 2013. Third, the employment-inducing effect of 1.0 billion won production or investment in the marine environmental industries has went down from 10.17 people in 2010 to 9.18 people in 2013. In short, the market size and value-added of the marine environmental industries show an increasing trend, but their economic effects reveal a diminishing trend.

Cyberloafing is activity deviation at the workplace where employees intentionally avoid doing their job during working hours that results in a decrease in productivity. Particularly in the context of this study, cyberloafing activity is the usage of the Internet while working. Yet, studies on the antecedents and consequences of cyberloafing in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 have not been conducted. This research used a purposive convenient sampling of 280 employees in the business services branches in Indonesia, particularly the representative business service branches located in some cities and regencies, including Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, and Bantul Regency (Special Region of Yogyakarta) and its surroundings. The results show 3 antecedents of cyberloafing and 1 consequence of cyberloafing which influence each other. Furthermore, these findings have filled the existing gaps regarding the antecedents and consequences of cyberloafing in service provider industries in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the five hypotheses proposed in this study are supported. The antecedents and consequences of cyberloafing have been tested and proven in this study as a contribution to science and technology.

We have developed a novel bipolar host material with both electron and hole transporting characteristics. Since CGH(Cheil Green Host) has some electron transporting characteristics, it shows increased luminance efficiency in device including TCTA and without HBL(hole blocking layer:BAlq). Maximum power efficency of CGH was 27.4lm/W at the device structure ITO/DNTPD(60)/NPB(20)/TCTA(10)/EML(30)/Alq3(20)/LIF(1)/Al. We measured device performance again without HBL. The result of CGH showing 26.0lm/W is outstanding compared to that of CBP showing 19.1lm/W without holeblocking layer. We also measured lifetime and found to be 205hr at 3000nit, that is significant result compared to the life time of CBP device showing 82hr. CGH shows high device performance with holeblocking layer. Moreover, it shows better device performance and life time than those of CBP without holeblocking.

Background: It is necessary to assess radiation dose to workers due to inhalation of airborne particulates containing naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM) to ensure radiological safety required by the Natural Radiation Safety Management Act. The objective of this study is to develop an internal dose assessment procedure for workers at industries using raw materials containing natural radionuclides. Materials and Methods: The dose assessment procedure was developed based on harmonization, accuracy, and proportionality. The procedure includes determination of dose assessment necessity, preliminary dose estimation, airborne particulate sampling and characterization, and detailed assessment of radiation dose. Results and Discussion: The developed dose assessment procedure is as follows. Radioactivity concentration criteria to determine dose assessment necessity are $10Bq{\cdot}g^{-1}$ for $^{40}K$ and $1Bq{\cdot}g^{-1}$ for the other natural radionuclides. The preliminary dose estimation is performed using annual limit on intake (ALI). The estimated doses are classified into 3 groups ( < 0.1 mSv, 0.1-0.3 mSv, and > 0.3 mSv). Air sampling methods are determined based on the dose estimates. Detailed dose assessment is performed using air sampling and particulate characterization. The final dose results are classified into 4 different levels ( < 0.1 mSv, 0.1-0.3 mSv, 0.3-1 mSv, and > 1 mSv). Proper radiation protection measures are suggested according to the dose level. The developed dose assessment procedure was applied for NORM industries in Korea, including coal combustion, phosphate processing, and monazite handing facilities. Conclusion: The developed procedure provides consistent dose assessment results and contributes to the establishment of optimization of radiological protection in NORM industries.
