Resent, requirement of residents is socially increasing for apartment. Apartment housing os developed to reduce the housing shortage caused by urbanism after industrialization in Korea. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of housing satisfaction, living Life-Cycle on all residents of apartment housing. This study develops a theoretical model based on the previous studies, and testifies the hypothesis through analyzing to questionnaires form 643 residents of apartment housing. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS12+ program package in terms of frequency, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study is summarized as the followings: The perceived quality had positive effects on the factor of living Life-Cycle and housing satisfaction. Finding of this study can provide valuable information for a criterion of decision making to consumer and a marketing strategy of housing construction company.

A city development has been focused on solving a housing shortage of city resulted from rapid industrialization and population increase in city. However, such a development has caused many problems in environment, economy, safety, and so on. In recent, therefore, a new paradigm of a city development is required, and thus ubiquitous city (U-City) concept appears. U-City development, which combines construction method and IT technique, creates a new composite space, and help people improve quality of life in terms of solving many problems caused by existing method of a city development. However, there is no guide to build U-City up to date, and most present U-City projects have processed following past method of city development. Therefore, an objective of this paper is to suggest an explicit procedure of enforcement design in U-City system.

The interest in workability and quality control of concrete is increasing as to improve quality of concrete structure according to industrialization. Therefore, it is the aim of this study to evaluate the quality of flowing concrete and systematize quality control by analyzing the data of the quality control of concrete through a basic quality control system for improvement of the concrete in pumping flowing concrete for construction industy.

Rapidly expanding population in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a massive impact to put pressure on the shortage of housing and existing infrastructure. With average population growth rate of 1,9% yearly, the population in Saudi Arabia is projected to increase from 31 million in 2015 to 37 million in 2025. According to the housing ministry, Saudi Arabia needs to provide 3.3 million units to meet the demand in 2025, which is about 300,000 unit a year. In the past 40 years, using the conventional construction method, the Saudi construction industry was only able to build about 150,000 units per year. To meet the demand gap for the housing shortage, a new approach and innovation in construction methods are needed. Industrialized construction as an approach in construction methods has been studied and implemented in some countries that experienced similar corncerns. Industrialized construction can be defined as the implementation of manufacturing methods to construction-related activities to improve quality, reduce cost and project duration. Compared to the conventional construction method, prefabrication as industrialized construction methods has reduced construction labor on-site by 9.5%, construction project duration by 20%, and construction waste by 56%. It improves the quality, durability and cost saving not only for construction project owners, but also construction contractors. This paper discusses the possibility of 'industrialization' of building system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a solution for the housing shortage. It is an initial part of a study aims to develop a framework to develop industrialized building system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The is paper based on extensive literature review and case studies.

Power consumption in Southeast Asia is steadily increasing due to industrialization and the effects of hot and humid climates. However, there are not enough energy generation facilities and infrastructures to meet the growing demand because it is difficult to secure the construction and operation costs of the transmission and distribution systems. This study aims to develop a gas engine driven heat pump system that supplies heating, cooling and electric power to buildings. This system, besides its normal function to produce heat, has the capacity to generate electricity on a household level. This paper investigates similar cases overseas before developing the system. Through the investigation of commercialized similar systems, the level of technology and market trend of development system were identified. Features and specifications of commercial and industrial systems will be used for system development.

The recent paradigm shift in the construction industry has led to a growing demand for industrial construction. In particular, interest in modular housing, one of the areas of industrialization architecture, is soaring. Modular housing is a construction method for completing a building by transporting factory-built modules to the site and assembling them. However, modular housing in Korea has various problems such as errors in design books, lack of factory drawings, and lack of on-site construction plans. BIM is a tool for accumulating, producing and managing various information through 3D models and is a solution to solve various problems of modular housing. In this study, problems of modular housing and BIM utilization of modular housing were presented as ways to ensure the quality of modular housing. Therefore, this study analyzed the problems that are occurring in the construction process of modular housing. And, to address the problem of modular housing, BIM utilization measures were proposed for each modular process step. However, the application of BIM in domestic modular project is currently being carried out in pilot research project. Because of this, the BIM utilize method for modular housing is limited based on the BIM use for general projects and the examples for some modular pilot projects.

This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of acidity in the precipitation and weather patterns that were influenced it at Kimhae area from March, 1992 to June, 1994. The range of pH value in the precipitation at Kimhae is 3.45 to 6.80 and the average is pH 4.62, and the major anion components associated with acidity in the precipitation are $Cl^-, SO_4^{-2}, NO_3^-$. These distributions are to be expected the influence of industrialization such as, urbanization and construction of industrial complex at Kimhae area and the long range trasporting of air pollutants from China. The weather patterns governing the acid rain at Kimhae were classified broadly into four types(Cyclone(type I-a, type I-b), Migratory Anticyclone(type II), Tropical Cyclone(type III), Siberia High(type IV) and weather pattern which had the most occurrence frequency of acid rain was type I-a and the average pH value of precipitation in this pattern was 4.45, and we are found that the source area of air mass which was accompanied with high acidic precipitation in Kimhae was the central China include with Peking through the analysis of surface weather maps, 850 hPa wind fields, and the streamline analyses.

Marine environment is subject serious destruction because of frequent accidents during exploration of marine resources and overseas transport. Also, as many industrial enterprises discharge high volume of wastes and contamination, marine pollution has become a serious threat to people (especially in China). China is quickly becoming a world economic leader of the 21st century. Rapid industrialization and social changes have raised the standard of living of millions of the Chinese, mainly in the areas of East and South East coast. The process of industrialization, however, is often followed by deterioration of the marine environment and rarely turned around until a country has increased its standard of living. Solving these array of problems will take decades and currently the government is addressing minor specific issues only. Fortunately, the Chinese government has enacted a number of marine pollution control laws. On 25 December 1999, the 13th Session of the Ninth Standing Commettee of the National People's Congress passed the amended the Marine Environment Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. This Law establishes rights and responsibilities of the relevant departments concerning marine environment management and provides for two new chapters on "Marine Environment Supervision" and "Marine Ecological Protection", along with "Supervision of Pollution Prevention for Marine Construction Projects", "Marine Ecological Protection" and "Marine Environment Pollution Prevention for Marine Construction Projects". Also, the Law was amended with provisions for integrated pollution discharge control system and oil spillage emergency response plan and enhanced legal responsibilities. Chinese government recognizes that international and national experience can be useful for China to prevent further ecological degradation of the marine environment.

It pollute the earth environment with systematic industrialization. Also the congestion of cities that ignore ecosystem threaten habitation environment of human. For ESSD make progress to many researches internal and external. However we don't develop model for internal environment, research evaluation of ecological polis for this. The present research put in operation that make up question experts. In the event many people know necessity of ecological development. But It point out reality with many phases. One side we need to educate, publicize about environment. make good model and cultivate process.

The quantity of waste has been increased due to the increase in population and consumption after industrialization. Accordingly it caused the urban environmental problems, the lack of landfill and the pollution around the landfill. Thus, it is necessary to research the adequate alternative in the long-term. In case of Japan, areas and quantities of landfills at sea are more great than those of landfills in land. And investigating our condition, landfills of the metropolitan area in land are to be fully filled with wastes up to 2020 and be closed. In this research, construction of landfill sites at sea is suggested as the alternative waste disposal method and it is suggested that in our country, the suitable landfill sites of the metropolitan area are the regions around Jangbong-do Island and Muei-do Island. It is expected that the best way to transport wastes is to transport through Kyungin canal from the middle collection center to the lower Han River. Rough cost for construction of landfill at sea, if it is used for 50 years, is expected to be 2 trillion won and total time to construct the landfill is expected to be 10 years. Many studies concerning to this research proposal are to be performed so that construction of landfills familiar to environment are to be accomplished.
