It is necessary to collect the coastal zone data, to prepare the objective analysis methods, and to build the scientific and technical support system for the efficient management of coastal zone in local aspect. This study analyzes the coastal zoning methods and the integrated methods of different kind data by case study of U.S.A coastal zone. The characteristics of coastal zone management methods in U.S.A are as follows; the concrete indices and methods of establishing coastal zone which can respond to the local values and land use, related data analysis methods for supporting spatial decision making, and establishment and administration of bureau for the spatial information construction and integration of coastal zone. This study suggest the technical implications which can build the domestic coastal zone management in local level on the basis of the common values of the coastal zoning methods and integrated methods of heterogeneous data in U.S.A.

Discovering zones which a1re sets of geographically adjacent regions are essential in sophisticated urban developments and people's movement improvements. While there are some studies that separately focus on movements between particular regions and zone discovery, they show limitations to understand people's movements from a wider viewpoint. Therefore, in this research, we propose a clustering based analysis method that aims at discovering movement patterns, which involves zones and their relations, based on a big data of smart card transaction systems. Moreover, the effectiveness of discovered movement patterns is quantitatively evaluated by using the proposed metrics. By using a real-world dataset obtained in Seoul metropolitan subway networks, we investigate and visualize hidden movement patterns in Seoul.

It is the basic requirement of design process of parts assembly to specify geometric dimensions and tolerances of product characteristics. Among them, tolerance stack analysis is one of the important methods to specify tolerance zone. Tolerance stack analysis is to calculate gap using tolerances which includes geometric and coordinate dimensions. In this study, we suggested more general method called the virtual method to analyze tolerance stack. In virtual method, tolerance zone is formed by combination of dimensional tolerance, geometric tolerance and bonus tolerance. Also tolerance zone is classified by virtual boundary condition and resultant boundary condition. So gap can be defined by combination of virtual boundary and/or resultant boundary. Several examples are used to show the effectiveness of new method comparing to other methods.

원자력발전소의 안전과 관련된 기기는 원전의 정상상태 운전조건뿐만 아니라 원전의 설계기준사고 조건에서도 기기의 안전관련 기능을 충분하게 수행할 수 있음이 입증되어야만 한다. 아울러 기기의 설치 환경은 원전의 설계기준사고조건(DBE))으로서 지진만이 고려되는 온화한 환경(mild zone)과 냉각재상실사고(LOCA) 주증기관파단사고(MSLB) 등과 같이 고온, 고압 등의 환경요건이 급격히 변화하는 가혹한 환경(harsh zone)으로 구별되므로 안전관련 기기의 검증 또한 이러한 환경요건에 따라 수행되어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 당사가 개발한 가혹환경용 안전관련 고압전동기의 개발사례를 중심으로 가혹환경요건에 대한 기기의 검증절차와 방법을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this Study is to analyze the economic effect of the project for the establishment of the Convergence Zone of the Gyeongbuk Industry-University Convergence Area aimed at activation of R&D of companies within the Kumoh Technology Valley. As the result of the analysis, the investment of 56.837 Billion Won in the establishment of the Convergence Zone of the Gyeongbuk Industry-University Convergence Area had the effect on production inducement valued at 133.582 Billion Won, effect on added value inducement valued at 41.764 Billion Won, effect on import inducement valued at 16.794 Billion Won and the effect on employment inducement numbered at 4,992 persons.try.

In this paper, research was the variation of microstructure and mechanical properties of clad(A4045/A3003) Al alloy sheet by gas tungsten arc welding. Tensile properties of the gas tungsten arc welding joint decreased because of the softened heat affected zone(HAZ). The hardness of HAZ was lower than that of base metal, because relieved the work hardening effect of the welding heat. Hardness distribution of the weld zone with the base metal appears similarly, but the hardness of HAZ decreased remarkably. The microstructure in the weld zone of A4045 clad layer was formed a coarse columner grains of Si-rich. In the case of large weld heat input, the Si of the A4045 were diffused and until A3003 weld zone they decreased the strength.

Generation and physico-chemical characteristics of municipal solid wastes are very important for sanitary management. However, that has not been investigated so far especially in chunchon. And so, we tried to examine many things in detail. It was resulted that density was $90{\sim}94kg/m^3$ in school and office zone and $290{\sim}298kg/m^3$ in apartment and market place. The compositional weight fraction was food, 40~54%, paper, 14~18%, vinyl and prastic, 14~20% in house zone and market place and paper, 42~70% in school and office zone. Moisture was estimated to be 54~57% in independent house zone, apartment and market place and 11~23% in school and office zone. And three composition was water content, 44.1%, incineration particle, 11.2%, volatile parts, 44.7% in respectively. That is because of seasonal effects and regional chracteristics. In the results of chemical composition and caloric value analysis, carbon(C) was 80% in vinyl and plastic and oxygen(O) was 54.4% in paper.

Coastal Zone is a integrated space including both coastal waters and inland. C.Z.M is a strategic practice system which can integrate and coordinate the coastal zone for preserving and making use of coastal resources. Through foreign and domestic C.Z.M Cases, this study analyzes the operating mechanism in the three aspects: role sharing among the administrative agencies, mediation and cooperation among the interested parties, and inducements of voluntary participation. And it achieves the common characteristics of C.Z.M: building the assessment system for establishing desirable policy directions, the stable support system for sustainable coastal management, the mediation system for cooperation of stakeholder, and the education system for reinforcing the management ability and inducing the voluntary participation. Finally it suggests the implications to build the coastal zone management system properly on the basis of common values in this mechanism.

Comparison of the classical mobile-immobile zone (MIM) model to the derived model led to several conclusions. If the MIM model is to be applied, the initial concentration in the immobile zone has to be down-scaled by a correction factor that is a function of pore geometry. The MIM model was valid only after sufficiently long time has passed, i.e., only after the diffusion front reaches the deepest pore wall in the immobile zone. The MIM mass-transfer coefficient $\alpha$, was inversely proportional to the square of the pore depth. Also it did not depend on the mobile-zone flow velocity, contrary to the number of laboratory and field observations. The classical MIM model displayed a rapid exponential decay of immobile-zone concentration. Meanwhile at large times, the newly derived model displayed similar exponential decay. This was contrary to the mounting evidence of power-law BTC tails observed in laboratory and field settings.
