산업보안관리사 자격제도 발전 방안에 대한 고찰 (The Study of a Development Plan of the Industrial Security Expert System)

  • 산업보안관리사는 현재 민간자격이지만 향후 국가자격화 되어 현장에서 적절하게 활용 가능한 인력인지 여부에 대하여 국가적으로 공신력이 부여될 필요가 있다. 공신력 확보를 위한 운용방안 중 고려할 수 있는 것이 등급제이다. 현재와 같이 단일등급제로 운용할 경우 양적 확산에 초점을 두게 될 가능성이 있다. 따라서 질적 혁신 차원에서 산업보안관리사의 등급제도 활용도를 장기적인 관점에서 검토하여 등급을 구분할 필요가 있다. 한편, 산업보안 현장 실무자의 산업보안관리사 자격시험에 응시할 수 있는 요건, 산업보안 실무연수 과정 이수, 민간자격을 이미 취득한 인력의 경우 국가자격 승계문제도 중요한 고려 사항중 하나이다. 산업보안관리사제도가 활성화 되기 위해서는 국가자격화를 통한 공신력 확보뿐만 아니라 산업보안관리사의 인력의 수요창출이 필요하다. 현재 증가하는 산업기술유출에 대한 우려에도 불구하고 우리기업 등의 보안관리체계의 미비 등 산업보안대응 역량이 상당히 취약한 실정임을 고려할 때, 산업기술 보호에 특화된 산업보안관리체계에 대한 인증을 기존의 정보보호관리체계인증과 별개로 도입할 필요성이 있다. 산업보안 관리체제 인증제도와 산업보안관리사 자격제도가 연동될 때 국가핵심기술 등을 다루는 기업체, 연구기관 등의 산업보안이 실질적으로 이루어져 시너지 효과가 발생할 것이다.

  • Until now, Industrial robotic sa(ety problems are not considered as a indust rial safety problems. In order to reduce industrial robotic safety problem, analyzing problem, risk control, and developing industrial robotic standard s are necessary. In this study, SAFEMIR(Safety Management for Industrial Robotic) is developed for preventing mul-function in industrial robotics. This system is consisted of Da ta Base Management System Module and Expert System Module which Is a part of Articial In telligence. Borland C++ and Foxpro 2.0 are used for implementing this system.

PSM 기법을 적용한 학교급식 공동구매 공산품의 가격민감도 분석 연구 (The Price Sensitivity for Industrial Products from A Group Buying System at School Foodservices : An Application of Price Sensitivity Measurement Technique)

  • The aim of this study was to examine price sensitivity of industrial products purchased via a group buying system and how industrial products for a group buying system differ from general industrial products, and then identify the major factors in selecting products and the important determinants in purchasing industrial products for school foodservices. The survey was conducted with 250 dietitians (teachers) in Gyeonggi-do Province, who were using industrial products for a group buying system and general industrial products. A paired t-test showed a difference in satisfaction between industrial products for a group buying system and general industrial products by factors, while statistically significant differences were found for red pepper paste, fermented soybean paste and soy sauce in all nine satisfaction factors, including product quality, packaging state, labeling, hygiene, item diversity, specification diversity, price appropriateness and supply. Moreover, analyzing price sensitivity for industrial products for a group buying system, using the PSM method with respect to the issue of high price, showed that the respondents considered that the current unit purchase prices were high for all items investigated. This study suggests that schools would purchase more industrial products for a group buying system, when the pricing of the products are considered with the purchase intention of dietitians (teachers).

  • The Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System, which is with the object of establishment of an autonomic and collaborative industrial accident prevent system, comes into force on 1995 through the administration provision of the Ministry of Labor, one year after it had legal basis. The purpose of this study is to put forward revitalization of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System by using the survey(2005.05) of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector in the manufacturing industry. It can be summarized to develop the system as the following: 1) Obligation to the appointment of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector and the Extension to be appointed workplace, 2) Cooperation of the Safety/Health Manager with the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector, 3) Grant the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector to make the round of the workplaces for the providing guidance to workers, 4) Employers' fulfillment of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector's recommendations, 5) Guarantee the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector instructions and its hours.

  • Elevator stops emergently when power failures happen during operation. In that case, the passenger should wait with frightened in the car untill they are rescued by repair man or power resumes. This paper describes an automatic landing device for power-failure(ALP) that consists of UPS and battery charge control system. The excellence of the ALP operation is verified by experiments in elevator test tower.

Control of Industrial Safety Based on Dynamic Characteristics of a Safety Budget-Industrial Accident Rate Model in Republic of Korea

  • Background: Despite the recent efforts to prevent industrial accidents in the Republic of Korea, the industrial accident rate has not improved much. Industrial safety policies and safety management are also known to be inefficient. This study focused on dynamic characteristics of industrial safety systems and their effects on safety performance in the Republic of Korea. Such dynamic characteristics are particularly important for restructuring of the industrial safety system. Methods: The effects of damping and elastic characteristics of the industrial safety system model on safety performance were examined and feedback control performance was explained in view of cost and benefit. The implications on safety policies of restructuring the industrial safety system were also explored. Results: A strong correlation between the safety budget and the industrial accident rate enabled modeling of an industrial safety system with these variables as the input and the output, respectively. A more effective and efficient industrial safety system could be realized by having weaker elastic characteristics and stronger damping characteristics in it. A substantial decrease in total social cost is expected as the industrial safety system is restructured accordingly. Conclusion: A simple feedback control with proportional-integral action is effective in prevention of industrial accidents. Securing a lower level of elastic industrial accident-driving energy appears to have dominant effects on the control performance compared with the damping effort to dissipate such energy. More attention needs to be directed towards physical and social feedbacks that have prolonged cumulative effects. Suggestions for further improvement of the safety system including physical and social feedbacks are also made.

  • 본 논문에서는 미국의 분산전원 연계용 PCS에 적용되는 Grid Code인 IEEE1547 Amendment의 fault ride-through에 대해 기술한다. IEEE 1547은 2014년 Amendment가 발행되었으며, 전압/주파수에 대한 사고판단 능력이 업데이트 되어 fault ride-through의 범위가 변경되었다. 개정된 IEEE1547a의 기준을 분석하고, 이를 적용한 fault ride-through 기능을 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • The lightning arrester is a very important overvoltage protection device in the electric power system. Therefore, the inspection of lightning arrester whether it keeps its performance or not properly has close related to verifying the safety confidence of the electric power system. But the development of the deterioration measuring method and on-line detecting system, is necessary to monitor the deterioration of the lightening arrestor. In this paper, we developed the lightning arrester degradation monitoring system. This system detected leakage current of lightning arrester by using the ZCT, and analyze the third harmonics ingredient of leakage current using DFT method in the Data Acquisition Unit(DAU). The analyzed current signal is transmit to the Human-Machine Interface(HMI), and HMI alarmed when accident are occurred and informed with the amplitude of leakage current to the operator.
