Development of Automation System for Component Inserting of Industrial PCB (산업용 PCB 부품삽입 자동화 시스템 개발)

  • A automatic component inserting system for industrial PCB is developed in this paper. This system has not been developed in Korea. Most domestic companies produce PCB manually. This process requires highly-skilled staff. Therefor, we developed a PCB inserting system for automation of the process and improved productivity. There are low parts in this system; press, table, tool change and control part. A hybrid press cylinder with pneumatic and hydraulic is used in the press part. The table part consists of pneumatic actuators, stepping motors and ball-screw mechanism. In the tool change part, upper tools can be exchanged automatically for the inserting of various components. The control part consists of motor drivers, PLCs and power supply.

  • 자동차 개발 단계는, 본질적으로, 수차례의 개발 단계를 거치면서 설계 그룹들 간의 정보 전달과 교환이 여러 차례 반복적으로 발생하게 된다. 이러한 복잡한 상호 정보 교환 과정을 정확하게 이해하여 업무가 수행되지 못하면 불필요한 재작업을 야기시킬 수 있으며, 이는 비용 낭비 및 계획에 차질이 발생할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹 모델을 개발하여 빈번한 design-built-test 싸이클이 자동차 개발 단계에 미치는 영향 및 이점들을 고찰하였다.

  • Speed and torque controls of permanent magnet synchronous motors are usually attained by the application of position and speed sensors. However, speed and position sensors require the additional mounting space, reduce the reliability in harsh environments and increase the cost of a motor. Therefore, many studies have been performed for the elimination of speed and position sensors. This paper investigates an Improved sliding mode observer for the speed sensorless control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The proposed control strategy is the sliding mode observer with a variable boundary layer for a low-chattering and fast-reponse control. The proposed algorithm is verified through the simulation and experimentation.

  • The driver model based on the ACT-R cognitive architecture was developed in order to predict the performance and cognitive workload of a driver operating HVI devices. In the 10 HVI tasks, the predicted performance time and cognitive workload by the ACT-R driver model was well matched and highly correlated with the mean of performance times and subjective workload ratings from 15 participants, respectively. It is strongly proposed that the ACT-R driver model in this study can be applied to evaluate the usability of a new HVI design with less cost in the early stage of system development.

  • To control IWR-III Biped Waking Robot, those complex modules are necessary that concurrent control multi-axes servo motors, PID & Feedforward gain tuning, initial value calibration, display current status of system, user interface for emergency safety and three-dimensional rendering graphic visualization. It is developed for various-type gait $data^{[1]}$ and for control modes (i.e open/closed loop and pulse/velocity/torque control) that Integrated Control Enviroment with GUI( Graphic User Interface) consist of time-buffered control part using MMC (Multi-Motion Controller) and 3D simulation part using DirectX graphic library.

  • BLDC(Brushless Direct Current) motor is a powerful device to control the automotive electronic components used in green cars such as HEV/EVs(Hybrid Electric Vehicle and Electric Vehicle). This study is to propose reliability test items derived through pretesting, suitability analysis abd classification of previous BLDC motor tests. For environmental stress tests are determined by analysing environmental conditions and relevant failure mechanisms induced by climate loads, mechanical loads, chemical loads, etc. ATL and HALT are also considered for life testing and screening.

  • This paper describes the method to control the multimotor drive system with network. The LonWorks network which is a leading industrial control network is applied to the yard crane position control system driven by three motors. The host computer is able to control and monitor three motor drive systems in a yard crane through network. The performance of proposed method is verified on experiments with simulator of yard crane.

  • In this paper, we calculate the premium rate of reliability insurance policy for T11 composite metreial under the assumption of Weibull physics of failure and Arrhenius law. We also describe the performance factors which have an effect on failure characteristics of wiper motors. The maximum likelihood estimates of shape parameter and scale parameter are obtained by using interval censored real data of sample sizes 6 using MINITAB.

  • 본 논문은 스파스 매트릭스 컨버터로 구동되는 유도전동기에 과도응답특성 개선을 위한 모델예측제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 유도전동기의 파라미터를 이용하여 구한 예측 토크와 자속을 통하여 비용함수를 최소화하는 최적의 스위칭 상태를 결정한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 제어 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • In this paper, a simulation model is proposed to evaluate the system effectiveness of underwater battery propulsion systems which consist of motors, main switchboard, generators and batteries. The various operating environments such as emergency situations, equipment's failure and repair, and system performance degradation due to equipment's failures affect the system effectiveness and the environment elements are considered as the input parameters in the simulation model. Some simulation results with estimated data are studied.
