The purpose of industry-education cooperation field training is improving students' abilities & skills by working at industrial companies and experiencing how to apply their school knowledge to a real work for some period of time. The followings are recommendable ways of industry-education cooperation field training management to improve the students' adaptability of industrial companies with the most effectiveness (1) Prior to everything, setting the industry-education cooperation field training program to have extreme efficient and managing it with exhaustiveness & intensiveness is necessary. (2) Before sending students to industrial companies for education, the committee must make an inspection of industrial companies to decide whether they have the fine educational value. (3) To assign eve student to proper industrial companies, school authorities must survey the aptitude, desire and ability of each students and peculiarities of each industrial companies. (4) Figure out a way to increase the students' adaptability with a highest degree. (5) To help the employment of students who finished the industry-education cooperation field training with on admirable record, the committee must discuss that matter with industrial companies & students.

Recently, the animation industry in China is rapidly developing drawing the government and the whole society's attention. To cope with a large-scale animation market by each region, they busily seek revitalization program of animation industry and are producing lots of animations that maximized their creative ability with its own competence and breaking the existing OEM production method. Up to now, when the scale of sales related with animation in China exceeds 10 times than that in Korea, the concrete studies on current state of animation education AS the basis of development of animation industry of China and the way of academic-industrial cooperation through that education are proved to be insufficient. Therefore, this study has surveyed and analyzed the current state of animation education by directly visiting 6 local universities related with animation. Equivocally, it has also examined current state of academic-industrial cooperation in industrial field related with animation in China by directly visiting around 10 main companies related with animation in China. Through this study, it has been possible to grasp the current state and problems of academic-industrial cooperation in China and various programs of academic-industrial cooperation system that can be implemented in universities and businesses which are intended to be suggested to them as based on this analysis. The touchstone of intensive studies on academic-industrial cooperation system in China could be suggested through this study, which has been previously unsatisfactory and it is considered to be worthy of application as many preceding studies that engraft on reality of education in the country today.

The purpose of the NCS-based curriculum is to prepare students for practical competencies to perform tasks demanded by industries by applying nationally and industrially developed and certified NCS to the currently held curriculum. In order to achieve this academic goal, education institutions must dedicate their utmost efforts to train trainees to attain flexibility in rapidly changing industry environments and competitiveness to perform the various tasks demanded by industries. The 47th article of the Higher Education Law explains that the purpose of the College corresponds with that of the NCS-based curriculum because the contribution of national and social development is related to the development of an industry. The college purpose and the NCS-based curriculum require close collaboration and cooperation between industries and colleges. This thesis analyzes cases of industry and college cooperation, researches adequate cases that suit the purpose of the NCS-based curriculum and proposes an appropriate industrial-education cooperation model that suits college and NCS-based curriculum by analyzing the cooperation model held by highly acknowledged universities oversea. In addition, this paper proposes a process and guideline to establish the industrial-education cooperation model. The industrial-education cooperation model proposed herein not only practically aligns the NCS-based curriculum to fit the industry environments, but also supports each party in pursuing and achieving its goals through an effective cooperative structure. The NCS-based industrial education model is anticipated to improve colleges' employment rates, allow industries' procurement of brilliant human resources, and contribute to the development of domestic industries through effective college education and training competent professionals for society.

This study is aimed to provide the basic data for improve plan of industrial safety and health education for industrial disaster prevention. The self-administered questionnaire were given to 167 manufacturing industry workers of 5 manufactural workplace in Kangwon province during the period from March 15th to April 15th, 2010. As a results, The rate of 76.6% in manufacturing industry workers have educational place for industrial safety and health education, but their industrial safety and health education was established in the workplace office, about 44.3%. Industrial safety and health education almost was done by means of lecture. Industrial safety and health education for manufacturing industry worker was done without thinking about general characteristics and kinds of work of manufacturing industry workers. The results of this study indicate that industrial safety and health education are needed to improve the problems. To improve the industrial safety and health education, it is necessary to be established industrial safety and health education thinking about general characteristics and kinds of work of workers.

Education is important in Korea and English education takes a huge part of it. Korean Education can be divided into public and private. A number of households expend money on private education. Therefore this study examines the relationship between private education expense and the grade of college entrance examination. As results, there is a positive effect between them and also a positive effect between the total mount of time of private education and the grade of college entrance examination.

This paper designed 3D animation in consideration of young children's characteristics to stimulate their interest and to be more understandable to them. It was also confirmed that, using the 3D animation software, young children came to recognize the problem of environment pollution and developed desirable attitude and behavior fur protecting the environment. Furthermore, this paper suggested the derection of systematic environmental education at kindergartens and other early childhood education institutions using the developed 3D animation software as a leaching material.

This study suggests about industrial-educational cooperation model through a case study by practical training by industrial-educational cooperation. Practical training of game development process is organized as industrial-educational cooperation pipe-line to represent whole process model, and step-cases about this are described. The purpose of this study is to reinforce employment improvement of engineering college students and the industry-university collaboration of regional industries. In order to achieve the object of this study, we inquire and analyze the general requirements for engineering college students and specific requirements for each major of engineering college. In addition, we survey and analyze the industry-university collaboration programs and awareness of them. When regional companies hire new workers affiliated engineering students, they significantly consider executive ability related to their majors and self-confidence. The education and research area by each department and the status and the intention of industry-university cooperation are also investigated. Eventually, we propose the education plan to meet the industrial requirements and industry-university cooperation strategy.
