In order to achieve sustainable growth in the era of global competitiveness, a speedy and flexible strategy is needed in the fast changing management environment. For this purpose, strengthening the core confidence in the organization along with acquiring competitive advantages that cannot be easily copied by competitors should be done based on dealing with needs from customers and markets positively. In this study, the creative value innovation strategy and creative value design methodology will be presented to improve company competitiveness.

본 연구에서는 중소기업 R&D 투자 지체와 정부지원 보완이라는 문제의식에 기인하여 중소기업 기술지원정책과 기술경쟁력과의 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 종합하면, 다음과 같이 두 가지의 결과를 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 중소기업 기술경쟁력에 영향을 주는 기술지원정책은 기술 자금세제지원, 기술인프라지원 등 직접적인 R&D 지원정책이 기술경쟁력에 높은 영향을 나타냈으며, 기업특성에 따라 1차협력기업 5~49인(소규모 기업) 제조업의 특성을 가진 혁신형 중소기업이 기술지원정책과 기술 경쟁력간 긍정적 영향 관계가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 결국 정책자금, 투자유치, 대출 확대 등으로 기술자금지원을 늘려야 하며 그 가운데서도 고성장 혁신형 중소기업 육성을 위한 전략적 R&D 자원배분과 연구인력지원 강화가 필요하다는 것을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

Recently ('70~'76) the average annual export expansion rate was 31.7% (the foremost rate in the world). In '77 the export amounted to 10 billion dollars, and 12.7 billion dollars in '78. The tendeney has been to increase yearly. In view of the structure of export goods, the major export products have been changed from primary industrial materials (86% of the total export in '76) to industrial products (82% in '75). These trends are due to the remarkable progress in the technology advancement. Only 33.6% of the total export items can compete with those of advanced industrial countries in both of price and non-price competitiveness, therefore ours stand in weak position to that of advanced industrial countries. In order to promote good will and strengthen international competitiveness, the major stress of this paper is first of all on the problems of Quality Control, which covers the present states and derived problems of Quality control. These are investigated and analyzed to insure the rational application of Quality Control to the major export goods with a view of the establishment of the direction and systematic improving means of Quality Control.

Manufacturing enterprises have been doing their best endeavors to obtain competitiveness using various methodologies, such as information technology. In order to achieve competitiveness, they are adopting manufacturing execution system (MES). MES is a total management system that manages from the beginning of the production by product order until the quality inspection of the finished product. And MES is an inter-mediator for supplementation of information gap between ERP and inspection machine and equipment. This paper describes on establishment of effective strategy based on BPR methodology and implementation of MES small and medium PCB manufacturing company with multiple-types of products and mixed process flows. And then we proposed evaluation model based on balanced score card (BSC) for considering non-finance elements as well as finance elements. With evaluation model, we analyzed benefits and effects of MES.

Nowaday the supply chain competitiveness is emphasized more and more than a company's own competitiveness. One of the most important processes in import and export is a publication over the Bill of Loading. In the publication of those bills S/R(shipping request) and check B/L for reviewing are circulated among consignors, forwarders, shipping companies and airlines by fax and e-mail. Or there should be expensive a One to One system, like an EDI. Each party has to re-input S/R data to their own systems and check it several times. The S/R data are converted digital to analog type and analog to digital repeatedly to check in the process. As the process goes by there can be not only input data errors but also waste of time and cost. ECR(electronic character recognition) is a technology can solve the Problem. Considering the data structure of documents in many systems used ECR samples SIR data from documents written in the digital type. But it is not enough with it only. To make N to N composition in reality more efficient we make a documents hub on the web reengineering the existing process to One to One relation. The ECR documents hub system has given us beneficial effects over a year throughout a field test.

Single PPM Quality Innovation activity made a great contribution to strengthening the quality competitiveness and the international competitiveness for the domestic small and medium enterprises. But it doesn't work to companies that deal with the particular products for the difficulties during the promotion and the business management. Then, SQ-Mark, which is currently adopted to domestic automobile companies, was benchmarked and studied for its accessibility and solutions. Quality Innovation activity in the particular industry is requested to conduct the confirmation and the inspection in deeper level caused by the specialty of product itself, product engineering manufacturing processes. This study improved 6 steps of the Single PPM activity so that the Single PPM Quality Innovation activity is progressed well for the Mold industry especially among the particular industries. It shows the improvement to the management of the delivery schedule, which has been problematic, if adopted to the relating industries based on this study, it is anticipated to help the corporate operation much.

세계적으로 산업 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 산업 클러스터의 육성이 다양하게 추진되고 있다. 이 연구는 세계적 경쟁 속에서도 안정적 산업 성장을 보여주고 있는 독일에서 지역기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 연계산업의 지속적인 발전을 이끌고 있는 바이에른주의 지역산업 클러스터의 형성과 발전과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해, 이 연구는 먼저 지역산업 클러스터를 이론적으로 개관하고, 뒤이어 독일 바이에른주를 사례로 지역산업 클러스터 정책의 전개 과정과 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 이 연구는 바이에른주의 지역산업 클러스터의 형성과 구성 체계를 파악하고자 한다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 하여, 이 연구는 독일 바이에른주의 지역산업 클러스터의 주요 특성과 성공 요인을 고찰하고자 한다.

The world's first 5G commercial service started in Korea in April 2019. This makes us proud of our status as an ICT powerhouse, and of the domestic optical network industry ecosystem that has served as a lever to make this significant leap forward in technological and industrial competitiveness. Above all, Japan's trade regulations on core parts and the COVID-19 pandemic have led to new changes across cultures, societies, and economies, and 5G networks have become important. The relevant technology for core material parts is a major concern not only of a few industries, but an entire section of society in terms of national competitiveness. In this article, we discuss the role of industries through the analysis of prospects of optical component technology with regard to the changes in the economic and social paradigm caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and Japan's export regulations.

The introduction of new equipments to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises is one of pretty important factors. Enterprises introducing new equipments strengthen competitiveness through productivity increasing, high quality maintenance, inventory reduction, improved design and production interface, simple scheduling process, low scrap rate, rework reduction, etc. Managers will work out the best equipment-replacing strategy through the appropriate combination of potential cost attributes and qualitative attributes difficult to quantify in accordance with the business purpose. This study is to present a method to select an equipment-replacing alternative through the decision-making model of Analytic Hierarchy Process in consideration of the differences of cost flow of the alternatives, taking into consideration tangible attributes and strategic intangible attributes.

The aim of this research is to devise and grope for the solution to the problems and betterment of both the present tax system facing the country and the present conditions of small businesses in order to develop small businesses and strengthen the competitiveness of them; as a result, this paper lays a strong emphasis on the point that small businesses must take a more tax reduction than big businesses in view of influence on national economy. However, it is important that small businesses try to exert itself to provide competitiveness in the market. It is also necessary that although the administration helps frame the policy of small businesses toward reduction in tax, it must set up strong measures to help the tax reduction of them centering around competitive businesses.
