The Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System, which is with the object of establishment of an autonomic and collaborative industrial accident prevent system, comes into force on 1995 through the administration provision of the Ministry of Labor, one year after it had legal basis. The purpose of this study is to put forward revitalization of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector System by using the survey(2005.05) of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector in the manufacturing industry. It can be summarized to develop the system as the following: 1) Obligation to the appointment of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector and the Extension to be appointed workplace, 2) Cooperation of the Safety/Health Manager with the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector, 3) Grant the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector to make the round of the workplaces for the providing guidance to workers, 4) Employers' fulfillment of the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector's recommendations, 5) Guarantee the Honorary Industrial Safety Inspector instructions and its hours.

This study aims to analyze an influence of industrial accident on industrial productivity. We analyzed relationship among industrial accident, labor force, and industrial productivity using vector error correction model (VECM). The data used in the analysis were the number of industrial accidents, the number of workers, and index of all industry production from January 2008 to June 2017 in Korea. Finally, the industrial accidents have played a role in reducing labor force and industrial productivity.

This article was carried out to clarify the change in the weaving labor and the status of women from pre-industrial society to industrial society. For the purpose, this study made use of literature review. It was founded that women in pre-industrial society had weaved not only for private use but also for payment taxes and household economy. In this sense the women in pre-industrial society had participated in productive work like the ones of industrial society who participate in labor force market. With this economic activity women had occupied the status not being evaluated low. The major conclusion was as follows. The women in pre-industrial society had maintained their own economic activity with contributed to nation and household economy, but the women in industrial society were deprived of this activity and their status was depreciated.

The most of national industrial complex were developed and supplied not according to the requirements of enterprise but the needs of the government. And it leads to current serious out of balance in demand and supply of industrial complex. Buckpyoung industrial complex started sale from when the industrial complex developed in 1995 however the unsold percentage of it was 67% until in October,2005. And this result was ranked the top in the unsold percentage among the 42 national industrial complex in korea. In this paper we research how to accelerate the sale of Buckpyoung industrial complex and to reinvigorate local economy and present the constitution of building material cluster and physical distribution system as the results of our research.
