The objectives of this study were to inspect how the law effected on hospital employment system and which policy and strategy are needed to cope with the present situation as the law regarding irregular workers law has enacted for a year. To grasp the changes of employment style in hospital, 56 hospitals among 311 general hospitals were questioned in this study. And employment policy and strategy were developed by referencing examples of developed nations and other industries. The survey showed that the wage and welfare level of irregular workers in hospitals was improved compared to that in the other industries. But there were still much discrimination between regular and irregular workers. The policy direction of government is, first of all, to follow the principle of equal treatment to equal value of labour. The first feasible policy is to enforce social security. The second one is an employment promotion policy which reduces or exempts hospitals employing irregular workers from tax and insurance fee. The third one is to extend employment contract period to 3 years. and finally there are policies to permit more dispatched jobs and to expand the social insurance coverage. The strategies to solve the problem of irregular workers are as follows; 1) performance wage system, 2) guaranteeing employment by unlimited contract, 3) creating new category of workers, 4) the wage system of management by object, 5) the method of job classification. This study has a meaning in the point that it was studied on hospital which is special industrial part and analyzed the changes after enacting irregular workers law and presented management strategy for countermeaure program. In this study, it was expected to contribute to decisions-making in hospital management, especially when using human resources.

In spatial data stream management systems, it is needed appropriate load shedding algorithm because real-time input spatial data streams could exceed the limitation of main memory. However previous researches, lack regard for input ratio and spatial utilization rates of spatial data streams, or the characteristics of data source which generates data streams with spatial information efficiently, can lead to decrease the performance and accuracy of spatial data stream query. Therefore, multi-level load shedding scheme for spatial data stream management systems is proposed to increase the spatial query performance and accuracy. This proposed scheme limits overloads in relation to the input rate and the characteristics of data source first, and then, if needed, query data representing low query participation probability based on spatial utilizations are dropped relatively. Our experiments show that the proposed method could decrease load shedding frequency for previous researches by more than 11% despite query results accuracy and query performance are superior at 0.04% and 3%.

The U-health service provides medical services with patients anytime or anywhere and is defined as the service that combines information and communication technology with health and medical service. However, it causes some troubles, such as the disclosure of patients' medical information or data spills (personal information extrusion). Moreover, it has the weak point of the security threats associated with data based on existing wire-wireless systems because it conducts data transmission and reception through the network. Therefore, this paper suggests a safe personal information management system by designing integrated certification schema that will help compensate for the weaknesses of the U-health service. In the proposal, the protocols for user information, certification between medical institution and users, data communication encryption & decryption, and user information disuse were designed by applying the ID-Based Encryption, and analyzed such existing systems and PKI Based-based communication process, securely and safely.

We can easily acknowledge the facts that the e-market is increasingly and quickly changed by the smart phone user's. This research focuses the e-service quality and relationship between the e-service quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intention in the AppShopping Mall. Based on the documentary research, the empirical study was followed by the questionnaire. The 313 usable questionnaires were collected by a self-administered survey. The results reveal that the e-service quality determinants are factors including customer service, app design, security, connectivity and user's convenience, and that the e-service quality is directly or indirectly related to customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The AppShopping mall managers have to try on their best to find out the customer's needs, manage the lists of the e-service quality and develop the app.

Zero client-based cloud storage technology is gaining much interest as a tool to centralized management of organizational documents nowadays. Besides the well-known cloud storage's defects such as security and privacy protection, users of the zero client-based cloud storage point out the difficulty in browsing and selecting the storage category because of its diversity and complexity. To resolve this problem, this study proposes a method of intelligent document archiving by applying an algorithm-based automatic topic identification technology. Without user's direct definition of category to store the working document, the proposed methodology and prototype enable the working documents to be automatically archived into the predefined categories according to the extracted topic. Based on the proposed ideas, more effective and efficient centralized management of electronic documents can be achieved.

This is a descriptive study on visiting caregivers' perception of restraint use. Data were collected from 113 caregivers working at long-term facilities using a structured questionnaire from Feb to March 2016. The caregivers' perception of restraint use was the medium score. The items they considered the most important reasons for the restraints was "Protecting an older person from falling out of bed", which was primarily intended to prevent accidents of the elderly. The score of the knowledge of restraint use was 11.23 points out of 18 and those affected were more than 50 years of age. The attitude score to the use restraints was 9.19, and caregivers thought it should be possible to refrain from using restraints. Work experience of 3 years or less were higher. The perception of using restraints is affected by the knowledge and attitudes of restraint use. This is very important for the elderly in long-term care facilities and is related to health and human rights. Therefore, it is important to provide continuous education related to the use of restraints and regulations on their management.

The Rare Isotope Science Project (RISP) at the Institute for Basic Science (IBS) constructs the rare isotope accelerator facility in South Korea. Since the accelerator control system uses various Ethernet-based devices and equipment, it is essential to build a unified Network-based control system. Because of the complexity of the accelerator facility, it will be a challenge to install a device in a proper location where the device could react quickly and exactly with respect to network security. In this report, we will present early study on Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) that tests various Ethernet-based devices out on an ideal network configuration in order to find an optimal location for each Ethernet-based device. Moreover, we will discuss future plan to integrate SNMP into Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System (EPICS) that is distributed soft real-time control systems for scientific instruments such as a particle accelerators, telescopes and other large scientific experiments.

This paper discusses the modeling and implementation of a worker location system at a shipbuilding site. The importance of worker location in an industrial environment is highlighted as a critical element in the prevention of industrial accidents. The paper presents a worker tracking system that integrates power line and beacon communication to accurately track worker position. Through experiments, the paper demonstrates how to monitor the changes in worker location based on different scenarios and how to access the status of worker location using the manager's web service. The paper can be used for the design of a system that will provide real-time location information to safety managers for the improvement of worker safety management.

Format recognition and OCR techniques are widely used as methods for detecting and protecting personal information from electronic documents. However, due to the poor recognition rate of the OCR engine, personal information cannot be detected or false positives commonly occur. It also takes a long time to analyze a large amount of electronic documents. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the speed of image analysis of electronic documents, character recognition rate of the OCR engine, and detection rate of personal information by improving the existing method. The analysis speed was increased using the format recognition method while the analysis speed and character recognition rate of the OCR engine was improved by image correction. An algorithm for analyzing personal information from images was proposed to increase the reconnaissance rate of personal information. Through the experiments, 1755 image format recognition samples were analyzed in an average time of 0.24 seconds, which was 0.5 seconds higher than the conventional PAID system format recognition method, and the image recognition rate was 99%. The proposed method in this paper can be used in various fields such as public, telecommunications, finance, tourism, and security as a system to protect personal information in electronic documents.

The purpose of the paper is to suggest government policies that are practically helpful to small business owners in pandemic situations such as COVID-19. To this end, keyword frequency analysis and word cloud analysis of text mining analysis were performed by crawling news articles centered on the keywords "COVID-19 Support for Small Businesses", "The Impact of Small Businesses by Response System to COVID-19 Infectious Diseases", and "COVID-19 Small Business Economic Policy", and major issues were identified through LDA topic modeling analysis. As a result of conducting LDA topic modeling, the support policy for small business owners formed a topic label with government cash and financial support, and the impact of small business owners according to the COVID-19 infectious disease response system formed a topic label with a government-led quarantine system and an individual-led quarantine system, and the COVID-19 economic policy formed a topic label with a policy for small business owners to acquire economic crisis and self-sustainability. Focusing on the organized topic label, it was intended to provide basic data for small business owners to understand the damage reduction policy for small business owners and the policy for enhancing market competitiveness in the future pandemic situation.
