This article recapitulates the recent changes in trade laws, which may be accentuated due to the intriguing emergence of fortified protectionism and Mega FTAs. It points out the need to formulate not only the corporate strategy for enhancing the product differentiation and architectural capabilities but also the public policy, which comprises the industrial adjustment policy to cope with possible negative impulses caused by the digital trade and foreign direct investment. It is imperative for Korea to facilitate the alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy as an effective means of enhancing industrial structure by nurturing those linkage effects between relevant forward and backward industries. Given the drastically volatile trade norms of multi-track trade policies, it may be a pivotal momentum for Korea to pursue a paradigm shift of its trade policy with a prime objective of achieving such an alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy, which affords increased value-added and the further development of product or generic technology instead of resorting to the misuses and abuses of economies of scale and production technology for the maximization of export amount.

Supply chain management is a practical vision of industrial information systems in the global competitive environments. In these environments, the linkage of business processes between enterprises which compose a supply chain should be constructed. In this study, we designed and developed supply chain management tools to provide collaborations between enterprises. The developed tools are designed to act as a coordinator for the suppliers and consumers in the supply chain.

New Oligothiophene derivatives having liquid crystalline property have been designed, synthesized and characterized. New oligothiophene derivatives were prepared by a palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction via zinc-substituted thiophene. The structures of materials were characterized by various spectroscopies. The new obtained oligothiophene derivatives showed high thermal stability above 300 $^{\circ}C$ and exhibited several transition temperatures, evidence of mesophase. In field-effect transistors, a charge carrier mobility of 1.9 x $10^{-2}$ $cm^2$/Vs was observed.

본 논문에서는 기존 공정 Line중 TG Feed Back방식을 이용한 Control System은 매우 고가(高價)인 외산 TG임에도 불구하고 구동 Motor의 발열로 인하여 전압 검출부 Cabon Brush의 잦은 마모로 인한 오동작으로 작업의 문제점이 표출되어 생산성이 저하되고 품질 불만 및 불량품 발생으로 생산성에 큰 손실을 입고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 새로운 Inverter Control System을 개발하였다. 여기에 따른 파급 효과는 제품의 생산성 향상과 소모성 부품의 수입 대처 및 부분적 제어시스템의 국산화 효과를 확보 할 수 있다.

This paper deals with electromagnetic characteristics of IPMSM (Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor) caused by field weakening current control. In order to extend operation speed, field weakening current control is generally used in IPMSM operation. During field weakening, distorted linkage fluxes are resulted by saturation of core material. Therefore, distorted input voltage waveform is required for sinusoidal current input. As the current vector angle increases for field weakening, distortion of linkage flux and back-emf becomes significant. This situation is analyzed by 2-dimensional finite element analysis and verified by experiment. With the results, it is concluded that motor parameters, such as linkage flux by permanent magnet, phase resistance, d-q axis inductance, are insufficient for estimating required voltage for given speed especially in field weakening and additional considerations for increased harmonics of voltage are required.

In this study, we will investigate the phenomenon of broad convergence security industry and technology including the concept of life safety in relation to the spread of the 4^th industrial revolution, and analyze the possibility of linkage between related knowledge to promote academic-industrial cooperation necessary for the convergence of security. we would like to propose a comprehensive development policy on human resource development, technology development and policy improvement.

Two BC1 group, c108 $\times$ (p50 $\times$ c108) and p50 $\times$ (p50 $\times$ c108), one group of F$_{2}$ progeny, (p50 $\times$ c108) F$_{2}$ ,and 3 SSR markers, F10539, FlO626 and FlO618 were used to test the hereditary properties of SSR markers in silkworm. FI0539, FlO626 were proved to be linkage, and FlO618 was proved to be independent to those two markers. According to Mendel's law, the recombinant value between F10539, FlO626 was calculated in all of these groups, and they were 8.55$\%$ (c108BC1), 8.02$\%$ (p50BC1) and 7.81 $\%$ (F$_{2}$) respectively. There was dominant difference among the crossing-over value using paired-samples tests by SPSS 10.0 software. This research proved that SSR markers were co-dominant in B. mori too, and F 2 progeny could be used to construct SSR linkage map although B. mori lacked of crossing over in females.

PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor) are widely used in industrial and home appliance because of their high torque to inertia ratio, superior power density, and high efficiency For the high control performance, accurate information of rotor position Is essential. In recent, sensorless algorithms are much studied due to high cost problem of position sensor and low reliability in harsh environment. In the proposed method, a differential linkage flux is used for the estimation of rotor position. The differential magnetic field flux is calculated by the voltage equations and measured phase current without any integration and differential calculus. Instead of linkage flux calculation with differential operation, a new mathematical differential method is introduced by a-$\beta$ transformation. The proposed novel position sensorless speed control scheme is verified through experimental results.

In this study, we derived the characteristics of the geo-spatial information industry by using input-output analysis. For this analysis, we classified the geo-spatial information industry and reorganized the input-output table. And we derived the production inducement coefficient, index of the power of dispersion and index of the sensitivity of dispersion in the geo-spatial information industry. We confirmed that geo-spatial information industry has a small production inducement coefficient and a great forward linkage effect. Based on these facts, we suggested the strategy direction as follows: 1) building the industrial eco-system, 2) managing both advance and applicability enhancement, 3) Establishing from a long-term point of view.
