This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of parents' perception of their children's forest experience activities on educational effectiveness. The results were as follows. First, parents' perception of forest experience operation activities had a significant effect on educational effectiveness according to the period of participation in forest experience education. And their perception of the appropriate number of teachers to support forest experience had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. Second, parents' perception - which it is appropriate for the current daycare centers to participate in forest experience every day except a day with a lot of fine dust and a day with bad weather- had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. And their perception of appropriate forest experience places had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. Third, parents' perception of appropriate time in the day for forest experience activities had a significant effect on educational effectiveness. Fourth, parents' perception of their children's forest experience activities had a significant effect on communication. As for the above-stated findings, there was a significant difference in educational effectiveness and communication according to parents' perception of their children's overall forest experience activities. Consequently, there is the differences in their perception of educational effectiveness in the number of teachers in charge due to outdoor activities, the relationship with weather due to fine dust, forest experience places, education time, etc, indicating that these common concerns are related to the safe educational activities of children.
This study is a descriptive survey study to identify the relationship between nurse-nurse cooperation, nurse-doctor cooperation, and professional self-concept perceived by nursing students among nursing students with clinical practice experience. The subjects of the study were 140 nursing students, and the collected data were descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis of the factors influencing professional self-concept. As a result of the study, professional self-concept was positively correlated with nurse-nurse cooperation and nurse-doctor cooperation, and the influencing factor of professional self-concept was nurse-nurse cooperation, with explanatory power of 48.0%. Therefore, in order to improve the nursing professional self-concept of nursing students, it is necessary to develop an educational program to enhance cooperation between professionals to promote the cooperative relationship between nurses and nurses, and to develop a curriculum for the development and application of simulation scenarios for cooperation between professionals based on clinical field cases.

This study determined effective educational strategies by investigating and analyzing the related educational demands for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) in the 4th Industrial Revolution based area of smart farms. In order to derive the approprate educational strategies, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Borich's Needs Assessment Model were conducted based on the smart farm technological field. As a result, the education demand survey showed high demand for production systems and intelligent farm machinery. In detail, Borich's analysis showed the need for pest prevention and diagnosis technology (8.03), network and analysis SW linkage technology (7.83), and intelligent farm worker-agricultural power system-electric energy hybrid technology (7.43). In contrast, smart plant factories (4.09), lighting technology for growth control (4.46) and structure construction technology (4.62) showed low demands. Based on this, the IPA portfolio shows that the network and analysis SW linkage technology and the CAN-based complex center are urgently needed. However, the technology that has already been developed, such as smart factory platform development, growth control lighting technology and structure construction technology, was oversized. Based on these results, it is possible to strategically suggest the customized training programs for industrial sectors of SMEs that reflect the needs for efficiently operating smart farms. This study also provides effective ways to operate the relevant training programs.

The purpose of this study is to confirm how keeping a educational diary in which no feedback is given in the teaching practice in kindergartens affects a teacher efficacy and the educational belief of preschool teachers-to-be as well as the organizational health of kindergartens to practice according to the way teachers feel. With this aim, the study aimed at 34 seniors at the Department of Early Childhood Education in the four-year college in Chungnam. The study conducted this experiment using the nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design, and carried out a $x^2$ analysis and a t-test according to the data. Concerning the research results, first, keeping a educational diary of teaching practice affirmatively affected a teacher efficacy. Second, it did not significantly affect a teacher's educational belief. Third, it did not significantly affect the organizational health of the kindergarten to practice according to the ways teachers-to-be feel. This study is meaningful in that keeping a reflective journal in which feedback by a guidance teacher for practice becomes the basic proposition may be replaced with the keeping of a diary of practice at the level of practicality. This means that a teacher's sense of efficacy may improve simply by keeping a educational diary of teaching practice without feedback by a guidance teacher.

This research aimed at investigating the implications of the view of human beings of Heidegger's 'Da-Sein' on the establishment of the school educational objective. The traditional western view of human beings is a rational human one. Hume criticized such a rational human view already through his unique (naturalistic) view, which is a treatise of passion. However, Hume's emotional human view still remained a functional human view, which is essentially the same as the rational human view. Nevertheless, Heidegger intended to depart from the functional human view through his existential human view, suggesting a new concept of 'Da-Sein'. 'Da-Sein' is an alternative term that Heidegger created to replace the term, human, in order to dissolve the prejudice, 'animal rationale', inherent in this term. 'Da-Sein' has three characteristics, i.e. Existenzialit, Jemeinigkeit, and 'In-der-Welt-sein'. These three characteristics of 'Da-Sein' have the following implications for the establishment of the school educational objective First, the school educational objective should be stated in terms that have significance for the students and help them to continuously develop their self. Second, the school educational objective should be realized by the students in various ways. Third, the school educational objective should include a sense of universality that can be shared by the students. The current change of the school educational objective in some schools which is based on the students' happiness has an aspect related to the significance of 'Da-Sein'. The establishment of the school educational objective based on Heidegger's 'Da-Sein' could open the way to education that considers the true existence characteristics of human beings.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate nursing educational objectives achievement, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence and their relationships in nurses within five years after graduation. Subjects were 82 nurses who graduated one nursing college within five years and 68 managers in nursing unit of hospital. Questions were given to nurses. They reported their achievement of educational objectives of the nursing college, critical thinking disposition and clinical competence. Nursing unit managers received the same questions to evaluate nurses working at their unit. Data were collected from January to march 2014 and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Mean scores for achievement of educational objectives, critical thinking disposition, and clinical competence were $3.60{\pm}0.60$, $3.46{\pm}0.28$, and $4.17{\pm}0.56$, respectively. Educational objectives achievement showed significant correlations with critical thinking disposition (r = 0.52, p <. 001) and clinical competence (r = 0.52, p < .001). Regression analysis showed that critical thinking disposition (${\beta}=.30$, p = .018) and clinical competence (${\beta}=.26$, p = .029) were significant factors for predicting educational objectives achievement. Manager's evaluation score for educational objectives achievement and clinical competence was higher than graduated nurses' report (p < .001). This could be used as a feed- back to reset educational objectives and upgrade the curriculum. These study results could be used to, establish strategies to improve educational objectives achievement.

This study was aimed to propose a safety management scheme for industrial accident prevention, which has been increasingly embossed by industrialists and authorities concerned. A particular attention has been paid to the integrated ideas and practices to be needed in the field supervision. For this, a primary perspective of the study was drawn from the significant analysis of the current industrial accidents. From this observation, the researcher assumed that the integrated scheme should be an extension to the scientific approach in order to overcome various industrial accidents. The researcher also tried to provide more detailed information in each divisions. i.e., an essential safety device, an occupational disease, an educational practice. In this paper, the researcher will show in a first step how industrial accident prevention can contribute to progress of industrial peace and safety. Finally, the researcher emphasized that more investments would be highly profitable to industrial accident prevention and we should be in realization that all of activities in safety management are to be the main key in labour-management cooperation.

This study reviews the current status of entrepreneurship education programs in elementary and secondary schools, and analyzes the following educational needs among teachers. We have made the following conclusions from the study. First, career development teachers shared a strong need for entrepreneurship education programs. Second, the programs provided by these teachers were substandard despite the strong need expressed. In particular, insufficient training period and incentives were provided to teachers involved in the programs, and the teachers exhibited low standards in job specialization and class evaluation abilities. Third, the awareness of people involved in the education scheme was most critical in the cultivation and activation of entrepreneurship educations-according to the Borich educational demand calculations comparing the required and actual entrepreneurship education standards. In summary, the general educational conditions, such as the teachers' job specialization, educational support and environment, and partakers' awareness, were lacking in entrepreneurship education programs aimed at the youth. To stimulate the programs' effectiveness, teachers must be better trained; the programs should be better advertised; and specialization should be cultivated during training. Furthermore, the government's support towards program development and diversification through appropriate policies should aim to help the education's recipients in their proactive career development during the current 4th industrial revolution.

The purpose of this study is to explore the structural relationships among parents' educational involvement and parental efficacy on students' school life satisfaction and school achievement and to determine whether there are any differences depending on family type and school level. Using data from 2,497 families that participated in the 2018 National Survey on Children's Life, t-tests and structural equation modeling were conducted. The results of this study demonstrated that two-parent families reported higher levels of educational involvement than single-parent families and custodial grandparent families. Also, two-parent families raising children in elementary schools showed higher educational involvement than two-parent families raising children attending middle schools. Second, parental efficacy was found to mediate the effects of parents' educational involvement on students' school life satisfaction and school achievement. Third, the path coefficients between parents' educational involvement, students' school life satisfaction, and school achievement showed statistically significant differences depending on family type, with two-parent families having greater involvement than single-parent families and custodial grandparent families. Fourth, multiple group analysis reported a statistically significant difference in the relationship between parents' educational involvement and school achievement as well as parental efficacy and school achievement depending on the school level.
