  • This thesis investigated and studied the effect of CEO's values, consultant's competency, and value alignment with workers on the success and performance of strategic consulting. With 180 copies of data from the questionnaire, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis were performed, and structural equations for the final research model were performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that innovation performance and management capability had a significant effect on value consistency. It was confirmed that the value consistency had a significant effect on the degree of completion and utilization, and the degree of completion and utilization had a significant effect on satisfaction and contribution to management performance.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and the operational strategies of such journals and compare them with the operational strategies of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the contents analysis of convergence journals after summarizing the development history from IJIDB's past and its external situation. In addition, we analyzed other strategies such as the number of publication journals, the number of publications, the academic scope, and the impact factor that other convergence journals operate on. Results - As a result of the analysis, the convergent journals showed to have several related journals, and some journals managed their impact factor well at 5.8. Also, some journals loaded 25 papers in one volume. Also, the managerial functions in IJIDB should be developed further to increase its stability. Finally, opportunities for articles by Candidates of Ph.D. and Masters degree students should be more open to in this field. Conclusions - If IJIDB finds its competitiveness in comparison with the operational strategies of other convergence journals, it will be the best journal in the Korea Citation Index to receive the most research papers and hospitality from scholars in the Korean journals.

  • For workers, industrial accidents exert a bad effect on the productivity, quality of life, and depress the morale. This study aimed to examine the overall influence on job performance of employees who returned to work after industrial accidents. This was a cross-sectional study using the data of 2013 and 2014 Panel Study of Worker's Compensation Insurance (PSWCI), and we performed logistic-regression analysis to analyze an affinity between general characteristics and job performance as independent variable and outcome variable, respectively. As a result, the major factor depressed the job performance were the 1 - 7 degree of disabilities and injuries with convalescence period for 6 to 9month or more than 12 months. In other words, this study shown that job performance was decreased as higher degree of disability and longer convalescence period. Job performance is the factor to identify indirectly worker's successful return to work, and it is important in follow-up of workers who returned to work after industrial accidents. Stable job performance of an industrial disaster victim is the key factor to maintain worker's comfortable and qualitative life as well as increase of productive capacity.

Topology Characteristics and Generation Models of Scale-Free Networks

  • The properties of a scale-free network are little known; its node degree following a power-law distribution is among its few known properties. By selecting real-field scale-free networks from a network dataset and comparing them to other networks, such as random and non-scale-free networks, the topology characteristics of scale-free networks are identified. The assortative coefficient is identified as a key metric of a scale-free network. It is also identified that most scale-free networks have negative assortative coefficients. Traditional generation models of scale-free networks are evaluated based on the identified topology characteristics. Most representative models, such as BA and Holme&Kim, are not effective in generating real-field scale-free networks. A link-rewiring method is suggested that can control the assortative coefficient while preserving the node degree sequence. Our analysis reveals that it is possible to effectively reproduce the assortative coefficients of real-field scale-free networks through link-rewiring.

  • Many countries around the world using ICT technologies have various technologies to keep pace with the 4th industrial revolution, and various algorithms and systems have been developed accordingly. Among them, many industries and researchers are investing in unmanned automation systems based on AI. At the time when new technology development and algorithms are developed, decision-making by big data analysis applied to AI systems must be equipped with more sophistication. We apply, Pearson's correlation analysis is applied to six independent variables to find out the job satisfaction that office workers feel according to their job characteristics. First, a correlation coefficient is obtained to find out the degree of correlation for each variable. Second, the presence or absence of correlation for each data is verified through hypothesis testing. Third, after visualization processing using the size of the correlation coefficient, the degree of correlation between data is investigated. Fourth, the degree of correlation between variables will be verified based on the correlation coefficient obtained through the experiment and the results of the hypothesis test

  • With the emergence of the 4th Industrial Revolution, core technologies that will lead the 4th Industrial Revolution such as AI (artificial intelligence), big data, and Internet of Things (IOT) are also at the center of the topic of the general public. In particular, there is a growing trend of attempts to present future visions by discovering new models by using them for big data analysis based on data collected in a specific field, and inferring and predicting new values with the models. In order to obtain the reliability and sophistication of statistics as a result of big data analysis, it is necessary to analyze the meaning of each variable, the correlation between the variables, and multicollinearity. If the data is classified differently from the hypothesis test from the beginning, even if the analysis is performed well, unreliable results will be obtained. In other words, prior to big data analysis, it is necessary to ensure that data is well classified according to the purpose of analysis. Therefore, in this study, data is classified using a decision tree technique and a random forest technique among classification analysis, which is a machine learning technique that implements AI technology. And by evaluating the degree of classification of the data, we try to find a way to improve the classification and analysis rate of the data.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and its operational strategies, comparing them to those of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the content analysis and strategies of operations for other convergence journals, comparing them to IJIDB in terms of the number of publication journals, publications, academic scope, and the impact factor. Results - IJIDB is relatively new and in its developmental stages compared to other convergence journals. But, IJIDB also shows much promise in that it came second in the field of economic publications of 54 journals in 2017. In order to To elevate IJIDB journal to the top in Korea Citation Index Journals, KODISA should host more international conferences to increase its international recognition levels, develop its managerial functions for increased stability, and open more opportunities for Candidates of Ph.D and Masters degree students to publish for fostering and building potential leaders and innovators. Conclusions - IJIDB is a newly born academic journal. In the future, IJIDB will be able to develop exponentially and be one of the leading journals in the Korea Citation Index by continually learning and developing its operational strategies.

Research on the Coupling Coordination Relationship between Regional Information Technology Level and Economic Development

  • The impact of the information technology industry on economic development is becoming increasingly important. In this study, we take China's provincial-level regions from 2015 to 2020 as the research object, comprehensively evaluates the level of their information technology systems by the entropy weight method, and then measures the coupling coordination relationship between the information technology system and the economic development system by the coupling coordination degree model. As a result, we found that the income of the information technology industry, the investment of talents and science research have the most important influence on the level of the information technology system. During the research period, with increasing values, the coupling degree of the two systems was at a high level. Affected by development strategies, diffusion effects and industrial relocation, the coupling degree in the central and western regions has shown a rapid growth trend. The coordination degree of the two systems is relatively low, and 83.9% of the provinces are in the medium-low coordination stage. The information technology industry has obviously promoted economic development. Besides, relevant policies should be introduced to effectively support and guide the high-quality development of the information technology industry and promote the high-level coordinated development of the two systems.
