  • 집중권 5상 유도전동기에서 기본파 $d_1-q_1$와 3고조파 $d_3-q_3$ 공간의 비동기화시 자속밀도의 파형이 왜곡되어 자속이 포화되고 철손이 증가한다. 이러한 현상을 방지하기 위해 두 좌표축의 동기화가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자속각의 동기화를 고려한 고정자 자속기준 벡터제어를 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 그 유효성을 입증한다.

  • This paper presents an intuitive and powerful way to study and design motor drive control. The control of induction motors, as most widely used machines, is discussed. Thanks to ultra low latency and high fidelity Hardware-in-the-Loop systems, different aspects of up-to-date drive regulation are examined. A power stage, comprised of a grid voltage source, a rectifier, a VSC inverter and an induction motor, is emulated on the HIL platform in real time. A digital signal controller is plugged into the interface board and connected to the HIL emulation platform, without any hardware modifications. For motor control and power electronics applications, a dedicated Texas Instruments TMS320F2808 DSP is chosen. The same controller can drive an emulation platform and a real device with no modifications. Current and speed control loop test results are presented and discussed.

  • A down-scaled simulator is developed to simulate typical faults in induction motor such as short-turn stator winding, broken rotor bar, dynamic and static air-gap eccentricity, bearing trouble, and mechanical unbalance. The simulator is used as an initial builder to develop design algorithm for real-time faults detecting system by processing an abnormal signal and characteristics in each fault.

  • In this paper space vector PWM method is proposed to implement an indirect vector control for an induction motor with excellent dynamic stability and performance in a very low speed resin. The proposed method can detect the instantaneous speed in very low speed resin and a speed control system with robustness to the load disturbance, modeling error, and measured noise is suggest to decrese their influence on the control system.

  • The rotor time constant variation has a large effect on the vector controlled system of induction motor. In this paper, the algorithm which compensate the misalignment of the rotor flux vector as an error caused by incorrect rotor time constant are presented. The simulations show that the proposed algorithm suitably compensates the rotor time constant.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new speed control algorithm based on the least-order observer theory. The proposed system using the new algorithm can estimate the instantaneous speed accurately even at low speed by using a load torgue observer estimating the torgue component of indirect-vector controlled induction motor. Thus the stable characteristics of speed control are possible at low speed even in the case of using low-resolution rotary encoder. Also, the system becomes robust against disturbance by feedforward control the load torque estimated automatically at the speed observer.

  • This paper describes a novel flux calculator for the estimation of real rotor flux angle which is indispensable to the field oriented control of induction motors. A pure integrator is used to estimate the real rotor flux precisely from voltage and current information. The proposed flux calculator adopts the new drift compensation method to overcome the drift problem of pure integrator. The motor speed is calculated using estimated flux angle and estimated slip frequency. The performance of this approach is verified through the experiment. The experimental results shows stable operation of proposed system even below 1/100 of rated speed.

  • A Single phase induction motor is the predominant fractional horsepower power rated, extensively used in domestic and industrial application. For example, these motors provide the motive power to washing machines, fans, refrigerators, etc. In this paper, single phase induction motor input current was detected by a small current transformer and determined TRIAC gate signal by using op-amp analog circuit. The soft-start strategy is based on limited auxiliary current angle during starting period in the closed-loop control. The Simulation and experimental result show the motor's starting characteristics of the proposal starting system and are compared with centrifugal switch starting motor.

  • This paper presents a static circuit model for static ant dynamic simulation of induction motors and identification of motor parameters. Instead of usual T-circuits, equivalent ${\pi}$-circuit has been proposed so that power Inputs into motor terminals can very easily calculated with very well known load flow method. It has been shown that, with wide range variation of applied voltage and frequency, successful static simulations can be performed and further the proposed static model can be used to simulate dynamic characteristics. Finally it is shown also that motor parameters can easily be identified based on the proposed static circuit.
