유형고정자산 가치평가 현황: 우리나라 사례를 중심으로 (Present Status and Prospect of Valuation for Tangible Fixed Asset in South Korea)

  • The records system is believed to have started in Italy in the 14th century in line with trade developments in Europe. In 1491, Luca Pacioli, a mathematician, and an Italian Franciscan monk wrote the first book that described double-entry accounting processes. In many countries, including Korea, the government accounting standards used single-entry bookkeeping rather than double-entry bookkeeping that can be aggregated by account subject. The cash-based and single-entry bookkeeping used by the government in the past had limitations in providing clear information on financial status and establishing a performance-oriented financial management system. Accordingly, the National Accounting Act (promulgated in October 2007) stipulated the introduction of double-entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting systems in the government sector from January 1, 2009. Furthermore, the Korean government has also introduced International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the System of National Accounts (SNA). Since 2014, Korea owned five national accounts. In Korea, valuation began with the 1968 National Wealth Statistics Survey. The academic origins of the valuation of national wealth statistics which had been investigated by due diligence every 10 years since 1968 are based on the 'Engineering Valuation' of professor Marston in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University in the 1930s. This field has spread to economics, etc. In economics, it became the basis of capital stock estimation for positive economics such as econometrics. The valuation by the National Wealth Statistics Survey contributed greatly to converting the book value of accounting data into vintage data. And in 2000 National Statistical Office collected actual disposal data for the 1-digit asset class and obtained the ASL(average service life) by Iowa curve. Then, with the data on fixed capital formation centered on the National B/S Team of the Bank of Korea, the national wealth statistics were prepared by the Permanent Inventory Method(PIM). The asset classification was also classified into 59 types, including 2 types of residential buildings, 4 types of non-residential buildings, 14 types of structures, 9 types of transportation equipment, 28 types of machinery, and 2 types of intangible fixed assets. Tables of useful lives of tangible fixed assets published by the Korea Appraisal Board in 1999 and 2013 were made by the Iowa curve method. In Korea, the Iowa curve method has been adopted as a method of ASL estimation. There are three types of the Iowa curve method. The retirement rate method of the three types is the best because it is based on the collection and compilation of the data of all properties in service during a period of recent years, both properties retired and that are still in service. We hope the retirement rate method instead of the individual unit method is used in the estimation of ASL. Recently Korean government's accounting system has been developed. When revenue expenditure and capital expenditure were mixed in the past single-entry bookkeeping we would like to suggest that BOK and National Statistical Office have accumulated knowledge of a rational difference between revenue expenditure and capital expenditure. In particular, it is important when it is estimated capital stock by PIM. Korea also needs an empirical study on economic depreciation like Hulten & Wykoff Catalog A of the US BEA.

서울지역 유통한약재의 약용부위에 따른 유해중금속 분포 (Distribution of hazardous heavy metals in commercial herbal medicines classified by plant parts used in seoul)

  • 본 연구는 유통한약재에 대한 중금속의 안전성을 약용부위에 따른 유해중금속의 함량으로 평가 하였다. 시료는 서울지역에서 포장단위로 구매된 244품목 3152건을 대상으로 ICP-MS와 수은분석기로 분석하였다. 납의 함량(mg $kg^{-1}$)은 한약재의 지상부(0.92)가 지하부(0.43)보다 높았다. 그러나 비소는 지하부(0.26)와 지상부(0.18)으로 차이가 있었고, 카드뮴도 지하부(0.13)가 지상부 (0.08)보다 높았다. 유통한약재에서 카드뮴의 기준을 초과한 건수가 다른 유해중금속에 비교하여 많았다. 수은은 지상부(0.009)와 지하부(0.008)에서 유의적인 차이가 있었으나, 수은의 기준을 초과한 시료는 없었다(t-test, p<0.05). 원산지간의 비교에서, 납, 비소, 수은은 국산보다 수입산 한약재가 중금속의 함량이 높았으나, 카드뮴에서는 차이가 없었다(t-test, p<0.05). 납, 비소, 카드뮴, 수은 사이의 상관관계는 납은 비소와 상관관계(r=0.386)를 보였으나, 다른 부위에서는 관계가 적었다 (p<0.01). 약용부위에 따른 개별중금속의 합(mg $kg^{-1}$)은 씨(0.422), 과실부위(0.475)가 적었고, 뿌리(0.825), 뿌리줄기부위(0.828), 버섯부위(0.861)가 다음이고, 잎(1.154), 표피(1.634), 줄기(2.238), 꽃부위(6.241)의 순으로 중금속 오염이 심했다 (ANOVA-test, p<0.05).

가정과수업을 위한 교육용 스마트 앱(App) 개발연구(제1보): 중1 기술·가정 '의복 마련 계획과 선택'단원을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development of Educational Smart App. for Home Economics Classes(1st): Focusing on 'Clothing Preparation Planning and Selection')

  • 본 연구의 목적은 '의복마련과 선택'단원 중 의복마련 부분의 교수-학습내용 일부를 재구성하여 수업적용을 위한 교육용 스마트 앱을 개발하는 것이다. 스마트 앱을 개발하여 구동하는 것을 위해 수업을 위한 교수-학습과정 계획을 하였고, 수업적용을 위한 스마트 앱을 개발하였으며, 개발된 앱에 대해 가정과교사와 앱 개발전문가의 피드백을 받았다. 개발된 앱의 메인 구성은 총 5단계로 구성되었다. 1단계는 프로필 설정단계로 실제사진이나 제페토 혹은 갤럭시의 이모지, 아이폰의 미모티콘을 이용해 프로필을 설정한다. 2단계에서는 스스로 옷장 정리를 통해 현재 가지고 있는 의복의 종류와 수량 및 상태 등을 파악하여 의복 목록표를 작성한다. 현재 가지고 있는 의복에 개별적 등록번호를 부여하며, 앞·뒤를 촬영하고 그 외 아이템 종류·색상·계절감·구매 시기·현재 상태 등을 기재할 수 있다. 3단계는 마련할 의복과 폐기할 의복을 결정하기이다. 전 단계의 의복목록표를 바탕으로 마련해야 할 의복과 폐기할 의복을 분류하는 과정을 갖는다. 4단계 의복 마련 방법 결정하기에서는 대안 평가표를 작성하여 의복 마련 방법을 결정한다. 이 과정을 통해 추후 학습하게 될 자원관리와 자립 영역의 소단원 '합리적인 소비생활의 실천'을 선행학습 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 5단계 폐기 방법 결정하기에서는 3단계에서 분류했던 폐기할 의복을 어떤 방법으로 폐기할 것인지에 대해 실천적 문제 중심 수업을 전개하며 다양한 방안을 모색해보고, 모둠별 토의를 통해 의견을 공유하고 실천하는 최종적 단계이다. 본 연구는 성취기준에 부합하는 교안 및 교육내용을 수업에 적용하기 위해 교육용 스마트 앱을 수업자가 직접 개발한 시도로서의 사례연구에 의의가 있다고 하겠으며 앞으로 사용자 적용을 통한 실제적인 수업에의 효과성 검증을 통해 업그레이드가 이루어져야할 것이다.

가족발달단계에 따른 간호요구영역에 관한 연구 (Study of The Area of Nursing Need by the Family Developmental Stage)

  • The Community Health Service considers the family as a service unit and places the emphasis of its service on the health problems and the nursing needs of the family rather than the individual. From the conceptual point of view that tile community health service is both health maintenance and health promotion of the family, the community health nurse should have a knowledge of the growth and development of the family and be responsible for the comprehensive support of normal family development. The community health nurse often is in a position to make a real contribution to normal family development. In order to investigate the relationship between the areas of nursing need and family development, the following objectives were established 1. To discover the general characteristics of the study population by the stage of family development. 2. To discover specific nursing needs in relation to the family developmental stage, and to determine the intensity of the nursing needs and the ability of the family to cope with these needs. 3. To discover overall family health nursing problems in relation to the family developmental stage and determine the intensity of the nursing need and the problem solving ability of family. Definitions : The family developmental stages as classified by Dually were used stage 1. Married couples(without children) stage 2. Childbearing Families (oldest child birth to 30 months of age) stage 3. Families with preschool children (oldest child 2½-to 6 years) stage 4. Families with schoolchildren (oldest child 6 to 13 years). stage 5. Families with teenagers (oldest child 13 to 20 years) stage 6. Families as launching centers (first child gone to last child′s leaving home). stage 7. Middle- aged parents (empty nest to retirement) stage 8. Aging family member (retirement to death of both spouses) The areas of nursing need were defined as those used in the study, "A Comprehensive Study about Health and Nursing Need and a Social Diagram of the Community", by tile Nursing research Institute and Center for population. and Family Planning, July 1974. The study population defiled and selected were 260 nuclear families ill two myron of Kang Hwa Island. Percent, mean value and F- test were utilized in tile statistical analysis of the study result. Findings : 1. General characteristics of the study population by tile family developmental stage ; 1)The study population was distributed by the family developmental stage as follows : stage 1 : 3 families stage 2 : 13 families stage 3 : 24 families stage 4 : 41 families stage 5 : 50 families stage 6 : 106 families stage 7 : 13 families stage 8 : 10 families 2) Most families had 4 or 5 members except for those in stage, 1, 7, and 8. 3) The parents′ present age was older in the higher developmental stage and their age at marriage was also younger in the higher developmental stages. 4) The educational level of parents was primarily less than elementary school irrespective of the developmental stage. 5) More than half of parents′ occupations were listed as laborers irrespective of the developmental stage, 6) More than half of the parents were atheists irrespective of the developmental stage. 7) The higher the developmental stage(from stage 2 to stage 6 ), the wider the distribution of children′s ages. 8) More than half of the families were of middle or lower socio-economic level. 2. Problems in specific areas of nursing need by family developmental stage, the intensity of nursing need and the problem solving ability of the family : 1) As a whole, many problems, irrespective of the developmental stage, occurred in tile areas of Housing and Sanitation, Eating Patterns, Housekeeping, Preventive Measures and Dental care. Problems occurring ill particular stages included the following ; stage 1 : Prevention of Accident stage 2 : Preventive Vaccination, Family Planning. stage 3 : Preventive Vaccination, Maternal Health, Family Planning, Health of Infant and Preschooler. stage 4, 5 : Preventive Vaccination, Family Planning, Health of School Children. stage 6 : Preventive Vaccination, Health of School Children. 2) The intensity of the nursing need in the area of Acute and Chronic Diseases was generally of moderate degree or above irrespective of the developmental stages except for stage 1. Other areas of need listed as moderate or above were found in the following stages: stage 1 : Maternal Health stage 3 . Horsing and Sanitation, Prevention of Accident. stage 4 . Housing and Sanitation. stage 5 : Housing and Sanitation, Diagnostic and Medical Care. stage 6 : Diagnostic and Medical care stage 7 : Diagnostic and Medical Care, Housekeeping. stage 8 : Housing and Sanitation, Prevention of Accident, Diagnostic and Medical Care, Dental Care, Eating Patterns, Housekeeping. 3) Areas of need with moderate problem solving ability or less were as follows : stage 1 : Diagnostic and Medical Care, Maternal Health. stage 2 : Prevention of Accident, Acute and Chronic Disease, Dental Care. stage 3 : Housing and Sanitation, Acute and Chronic Disease, Diagnostic and Medical Care, Preventive Measure, Dental Care, Maternal Health, Health of Infant and preschooler, Eating Patterns. stage 4 : Housing and Sanitation, Prevention of Accident, Diagnostic and Medical Care, Preventive Measure, Dental Care, Maternal Health, Health of New Born, Health of Infant and Preschooler, Health of school Children, Eating Patterns, Housekeeping. stage 5 . Housing and Sanitation, Prevention of Accident, Acute and Chronic Disease, Diagnostic and Medical Care, Preventive Measure, Dental Care, Preventive Vaccination, Maternal Health, Eating Patterns. stage 7, 8 : Housing and Sanitation, Prevention of Accident, Acute and Chronic Disease, Diagnostic and Medical Care, Preventive Measures, Dental Care, Preventive Vaccination, Eating Patterns , Housekeeping. Problem occurrence, the degree of nursing need and the degree of problem solving ability 1 nursing need areas for the family as a whole were as follows : 1) The higher the stages(except stage 1 ), the lower the rate of problem occurrence. 2) The higher the stage becomes, the lower the intensity of the nursing need becomes. 3) The higher the stages (except stages 7 and 8), the higher. the problem solving ability. Conclusions ; 1) When the nursing care plan for the family is drawn up, depending upon the stage of family development, higher priority should be give to nursing need areas ① at which problems were shown to occur ② where the nursing need is shown to be above moderate degree and ③ where the problem solving ability was shown to be of moderate degree. 2) The priority of the nursing service should be Placed ① not on those families in the high developmental stage but on those families in the low developmental stage ② and on those areas of need shown in stages 7 and 8 where the degree nursing need was high and the ability to cope low.

임플랜트 안정성을 위한 자기공명막대의 소독방법에 따른 수명에 관한 연구 (A study of $Smartpeg^{TM}'s$ lifetime according to sterilization for implant stability)

  • 임플랜트가 개발된 이후 임플랜트 안정성을 아기 위한 여러 방법들이 연구되어 왔고 여러 측정 장치들이 고안되어 왔다. 그 중에서도 공명주파수분석법(Resonance Frequency Analysis)을 이용한 방법이 요즘 각광을 받고 있다. 가장 최근에 공명주파수분석법을 이용한 측정 장치의 하나인 $Osstell^{TM}$ 보다 간편한 $Osstell^{TM}$ mentor의 출시로 임상적으로 더 편하게 임플랜트의 안정성을 측정 할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 $Osstell^{TM}$ mentor 의 자기공명막대인 $Smartpeg^{TM}$을 사용할 때 임상에서 측정 가능한 측정횟수가 얼마나 되는지를 확인하고 또한 소독 후에도 측정값이 안정한지를 확인하고자 실험을 하였다. 실험 목적은 5가지로 나누어 알아보고자 하였다: 1. 자기공명막대의 반복측정의 영향: 자기 공명막대와 $Osstell^{TM}$ mentor를 고정시키고 반복적인 측정을 하여 몇 회까지 측정값이 안정한가? 2. 자기공명막대의 탈부착 반복의 영향: 자기공명막대를 탁부착을 반복하면서 몇회까지 측정값이 안정한가? 3. 자기공명막대의 소독방법에 따른 영향: 진료실내의 소독방법 후에도 자기 공명막대 측정값이 안정한가? 4. 자기 공명막대의 반복되는 고압증기멸균 소독 후의 영향: 고압증기 멸균법 10회 반복적인 소독 후에도 측정값이 안정한가? 5. 자기 공명막대의 자성소실온도 확인: 자기공명막대의 자성을 잃는 온도는 몇 도인가? 실험방법은 각 실험별 8개의 자기공명막대를 준비하고 각각의 구별을 위해 컬러펜으로 표식을 했으며 실험전 측정값을 재고, 실험후 측정값을 재어 비교하였다. 자기공명막대 반복측정의 영향을 알아본 실험은 최초의 측정값과 변화가 있는 횟수를 알아보려 했으며 측정값에 변화가 없을 경우 400회까지 측정하여, 1-100회, 101-200회, 201-300회, 301-400회 4군으로 나누어 유의수준을 살펴보았다. 자기공명막대 탈부착 반복의 영향을 알아본 실험은 자기 공명막대 8개를 각각 400회씩 탈부착하여 측정값의 변화를 1-100회, 101-200회, 201-300회, 301-400회 4군으로 나누어 군간 유의수준을 확인하였다. 자기공명막대 소독방법에 따른 영향에 대한 실험은 8개의 자기공명막대를 소독 전 측정값과 소독 후 측정값을 비교확인하였다. 자기 공명막대 반복되는 고압증기멸균 소독 후의 영향에 대한 실험은 8개의 자기공명막대를 10회 반복 소독하면서 소독 전 측정값을 0군, 1-10회까지 소독 후를 10군으로 나누어 군간 유의수준을 확인하였다. 자기공명막대 자성 소실 온도 확인실험은 8개의 자기 공명막대를 $138^{\circ}C$/10분, $150^{\circ}C$/5분, $150^{\circ}C$/10분으로 나누어 자기공명막대가 자성을 잃는 온도가 몇 도인지 실험하였다. 실험결과; 1. 자기공명막대 반복측정의 영향 실험에서는 각 군간 유의성이 없었다(p>0.05). 2. 자기공명막대 탈부착측정의 영향에 대한 실험은 각 군간 유의 확률이 0.123으로 유의성이 없었다(p>0.05). 3. 자기공명막대 소독방법에 따른 영향에 대한 실험은 소독 전 측정값과 소독 후 측정값의 유의성이 없었다(p>0.05). 4. 자기공명막대 반복되는 고압증기멸균소독 후의 영향에 대한 실험은 각 군간 유의성이 없었다.(p>0.05). 5. 자기공명막대 자성 소실온도확인 실험은 $138^{\circ}C$/10분에서는 소독 전, 후간 측정값에 유의성이 없었고(p>0.05), $150^{\circ}C$/5분에서는 2개가 측정 불가였으며, $150^{\circ}C$/10분에서는 8개 모두 ISQ값을 측정할 수가 없었다. 결론으로 말하면, 자기 공명막대가 나사산이 손상되지 않고 자성을 잃지 않으면 측정값이 변하지 않을 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 자기공명막대를 $150^{\circ}C$/10분에서 진공건열멸균 소독 후에 자성을 잃는 것으로 나타난 결과로 추론해 보건데, 진료실에서 가장 높은 온도를 보이는 고압증기멸균 소독이 $132^{\circ}C$/15분 이므로 진료실내의 소독방법들에는 아무런 문제가 없는 것으로 사료된다. 몇 번 사용할 수 있는지의 문제는 400번 측정 시 수치에 변화가 없으므로 측정되지 않을 때까지 사용해도 무방하리라 사료된다.

해조의 식용분말화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nutritive Value and Utilization of Powdered Seaweeds)

  • I. Subject of the study A study on the nutritive value and utilization of powdered seaweeds. II. Purpose and Importance of the study A. In Korea the shortage of food will be inevitable by the rapidly growing population. It will be very important study to develop a new food from the seaweeds which were not used hitherto for human consumption. B. The several kinds of seaweeds have been used by man in Korea mainly as side-dishes. However, a properly powdered seaweed will enable itself to be a good supplement or mixture to certain cereal flours. C. By adding the powdered seaweed to any cereals which have long been staple foods in this country the two fold benefits; saving of cereals and change of dietary pattern, will be secured. III. Objects and scope of the study A. Objects of the study The objects will come under four items. 1. To develop a powdered seaweed as a new food from the seaweeds which have been not used for human consumption. 2. To evaluate the nutritional quality of the products the analysis for chemical composition and animal feeding experiment will be conducted. 3. Experimental cocking and accepability test will be conducted for the powdered products to evaluate the value as food stuff. 4. Sanitary test and also economical analysis will be conducted for the powdered products. B. Scope of the study 1. Production of seaweed powders Sargassum fulvellum growing in eastern coast and Sargassum patens C.A. in southern coast were used as the material for the powders. These algae, which have been not used for human consumption, were pulverized through the processes of washing, drying, pulverization, etc. 2. Nutritional experiments a. Chemical composition Proximate components (water, protein, fat, cellulose, sugar, ash, salt), minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, iodine), vitamins (A, $B_1,\;B_2$ niacin, C) and amino acids were analyzed for the seaweed powders. b. Animal feeding experiment Weaning 160 rats (80 male and 80 female rats) were used as experimental animals, dividing them into 16 groups, 10 rats each group. Each group was fed for 12 weeks on cereal diet (Wheat flour, rice powder, barley powder, potato powder, corn flour) with the supplementary levels of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% of the seaweed powder. After the feeding the growth, feed efficiency ratio, protain efficiency ratio and ,organs weights were checked and urine analysis, feces analysis and serum analysis were also conducted. 3. Experimental cooking and acceptability test a. Several basic studies were conducted to find the characteristics of the seaweed powder. b. 17 kinds of Korean dishes and 9 kinds of foreign dishes were prepared with cereal flours (wheat, rice, barley, potato, corn) with the supplementary levels of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% of the seaweed powder. c. Acceptability test for the dishes was conducted according to plank's Form. 4. Sanitary test The heavy metals (Cd, Pb, As, Hg) in the seaweed powders were determined. 5. Economical analysis The retail price of the seaweed powder was compared with those of other cereals in the market. And also economical analysis was made from the nutritional point of view, calculating the body weight gained in grams per unit price of each feeding diet. IV. Results of the study and the suggestion for application A. Chemical composition 1. There is no any big difference in proximate components between powders of Sargassum fulvellum in eastern coast and Sargassum patens C.A. in southern coast. Seasonal difference is also not significant. Higher levels of protein, cellulose, ash and salt were found in the powders compared with common cereal foods. 2. The levels of calcium (Ca) and iron (Fe) in the powders were significantly higher than common cereal foods and also rich in iodine (I). Existence of vitamin A and vitamin C in the Powders is different point from cereal foods. Vitamin $B_1\;and\;B_2$ are also relatively rich in the powders.'Vitamin A in ·Sargassum fulvellum is high and the levels of some minerals and vitamins are seemed4 to be some influenced by seasons. 3. In the amino acid composition methionine, isoleucine, Iysine and valine are limiting amino acids. The protein qualities of Sargassum fulvellum and Sargassum patens C.A. are seemed to be .almost same and generally ·good. Seasonal difference in amino acid composition was found. B. Animal feeding experiment 1. The best growth was found at.10% supplemental level of the seaweed Powder and lower growth rate was shown at 30% level. 2. It was shown that 15% supplemental level of the Seaweed powder seems to fulfil, to some extent the mineral requirement of the animals. 3. No any changes were found in organs development except that, in kidney, there found decreasing in weight by increasing the supplemental level of the seaweed powder. 4. There is no any significant changes in nitrogen retention, serum cholesterol, serum calcium and urinary calcium in each supplemental level of the seaweed powder. 5. In animal feeding experiment it was concluded that $5%{\sim}15%$ levels supplementation of the seaweed powder are possible. C. Experimental cooking and acceptability test 1. The seaweed powder showed to be utilized more excellently in foreign cookings than in Korean cookings. Higher supplemental level of seaweed was passible in foreign cookings. 2. Hae-Jo-Kang and Jeon-Byung were more excellent than Song-Pyun, wheat cake, Soo-Je-Bee and wheat noodle. Hae-Je-Kang was excellent in its quality even as high as 5% supplemental level. 3. The higher levels of supplementation were used the more sticky cooking products were obtained. Song-Pyun and wheat cake were palatable and lustrous in 2% supplementation level. 4. In drop cookie the higher levels of supplementation, the more crisp product was obtained, compared with other cookies. 5. Corn cake, thin rice gruel, rice gruel and potato Jeon-Byung were more excellent in their quality than potato Man-Doo and potato noodle. Corn cake, thin rice gruel and rice gruel were excellent even as high as 5% supplementation level. 6. In several cooking Porducts some seaweed-oder was perceived in case of 3% or more levels of supplementation. This may be much diminished by the use of proper condiments. D. Sanitary test It seems that there is no any heavy metals (Cd, Pb, As, Hg) problem in these seaweed Powders in case these Powders are used as supplements to any cereal flours E. Economical analysis The price of the seaweed powder is lower than those of other cereals and that may be more lowered when mass production of the seaweed powder is made in future. The supplement of the seaweed powder to any cereals is also economical with the criterion of animal growth rate. F. It is recommended that these seaweed powders should be developed and used as supplement to any cereal flours or used as other food material. By doing so, both saving of cereals and improvement of individual's nutrition will greatly be achieved. It is also recommended that the feeding experiment for men would be conducted in future.

산란계 사료 내 칼슘 및 무기태 인 수준에 따른 Bacterial Phytase 급여 효과 (The Effects of Supplemental Bacterial Phytase to the Calcium and Nonphosphorus Levels in Feed of Laying Hens)

  • 본 실험은 사료 내 칼슘 수준과 fungal phytase의 상호 관계를 구명하고자 21주령 HyLine Brown 산란계 720수를 공시하여 시험을 실시하였다. 시험구는 phytase 첨가 수준 0, 300, 1000 DPU/kg, 칼슘 2수준(3.5, 4.0%), 무기태 인 수준 무첨가(0.095 NPP), 0.5(0.185 NPP), 1.0%(0.275%)를 조합한 $3{\times}2{\times}3$ 요인 시험으로 하였다. 실험 사료는 CP 16%에 ME 2,800 kcal/ kg 수준으로 급여하였다. 사료는 실험 전 기간 자유 채식토록 하였으며, 점등은 17시간으로 하였다. 조사 항목은 산란계의 생산 능력, 계란의 품질이다. 산란율은 fungal phytase 300 DPU 첨가구에서 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 연.파란율은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 처리구간별 산란율은 사료의 칼슘 수준에 따른 차이가 없었지만, NPP 무첨가구인 0.095% 첨가구에서 다른 처리구에 비하여 낮았다(P<0.05). 평균 난중 및 1일 산란량은 fungal phytase 300 DPU 첨가구에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 평균 난중은 사료 칼슘 수준이 3.5% 처리구에서 높게 나타났지만(P<0.05) 1일 산란량은 처리구간에 차이가 없었다. 평균 난중 및 1일 산란량은 NPP 무첨가구인 0.095% 첨가구에서 다른 처리구에 비하여 매우 낮았다(P<0.05). 사료 섭취량은 사료의 fungal phytase 및 칼슘 수준에 관계없이 비슷한 경향을 보였지만, 사료내 NPP 0.275, 0.165% 함유된 처리구에서 0.095% 처리구보다 통계적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 사료 요구율은 사료내 칼슘 및 NPP 수준간에 차이가 없었지만, fungal phytase 300DPU 첨가구에서 가장 크게 개선되었다(P<0.05). 난각 강도와 두께는 사료의 칼슘 수준이 높을수록 향상되는 결과를 보였고, NPP 0.275, 0.165%가 함유된 처리구에서 0.095% 처리구에 비하여 향상되었으며, 사료내 fungal phytase 수준에 따른 차이는 없었다. Haugh unit은 처리구간에 큰 차이 없이 비슷하게 나타났다. 본 실험의 결과, 산란계 사료에서 fungal phytase의 적정 수준은 300 DPU이며, 이때 사료내 TCP 첨가량은 권장량 대비 40% 이상 저감 효과가 있었으며, 사료의 칼슘 수준을 높게 하였을지라도 fungal phytase 첨가에 대한 개선 효과는 나타나지 않았다.

일본 어류 양식업의 발전과정과 산지교체에 관한 연구 : 참돔양식업을 사례로 (A study on Development Process of Fish Aquaculture in Japan - Case by Seabream Aquaculture -)

  • When we think of fundamental problems of the aquaculture industry, there are several strict conditions, and consequently the aquaculture industry is forced to change. Fish aquaculture has a structural supply surplus in production, aggravation of fishing grounds, stagnant low price due to recent recession, and drastic change of distribution circumstances. It is requested for us to initiate discussion on such issue as “how fish aquaculture establishes its status in the coastal fishery\ulcorner, will fish aquaculture grow in the future\ulcorner, and if so “how it will be restructured\ulcorner” The above issues can be observed in the mariculture of yellow tail, sea scallop and eel. But there have not been studied concerning seabream even though the production is over 30% of the total production of fish aquaculture in resent and it occupied an important status in the fish aquaculture. The objectives of this study is to forecast the future movement of sea bream aquaculture. The first goal of the study is to contribute to managerial and economic studies on the aquaculture industry. The second goal is to identify the factors influencing the competition between production areas and to identify the mechanisms involved. This study will examine the competitive power in individual producing area, its behavior, and its compulsory factors based on case study. Producing areas will be categorized according to following parameters : distance to market and availability of transportation, natural environment, the time of formation of producing areas (leaderㆍfollower), major production items, scale of business and producing areas, degree of organization in production and sales. As a factor in shaping the production area of sea bream aquaculture, natural conditions especially the water temperature is very important. Sea bream shows more active feeding and faster growth in areas located where the water temperature does not go below 13∼14$^{\circ}C$ during the winter. Also fish aquaculture is constrained by the transporting distance. Aquacultured yellowtail is a mass-produced and a mass-distributed item. It is sold a unit of cage and transported by ship. On the other hand, sea bream is sold in small amount in markets and transported by truck; so, the transportation cost is higher than yellow tail. Aquacultured sea bream has different product characteristics due to transport distance. We need to study live fish and fresh fish markets separately. Live fish was the original product form of aquacultured sea bream. Transportation of live fish has more constraints than the transportation of fresh fish. Death rate and distance are highly correlated. In addition, loading capacity of live fish is less than fresh fish. In the case of a 10 ton truck, live fish can only be loaded up to 1.5 tons. But, fresh fish which can be placed in a box can be loaded up to 5 to 6 tons. Because of this characteristics, live fish requires closer location to consumption area than fresh fish. In the consumption markets, the size of fresh fish is mainly 0.8 to 2kg.Live fish usually goes through auction, and quality is graded. Main purchaser comes from many small-sized restaurants, so a relatively small farmer and distributer can sell it. Aquacultured sea bream has been transacted as a fresh fish in GMS ,since 1993 when the price plummeted. Economies of scale works in case of fresh fish. The characteristics of fresh fish is as follows : As a large scale demander, General Merchandise Stores are the main purchasers of sea bream and the size of the fish is around 1.3kg. It mainly goes through negotiation. Aquacultured sea bream has been established as a representative food in General Merchandise Stores. GMS require stable and mass supply, consistent size, and low price. And Distribution of fresh fish is undertook by the large scale distributers, which can satisfy requirements of GMS. The market share in Tokyo Central Wholesale Market shows Mie Pref. is dominating in live fish. And Ehime Pref. is dominating in fresh fish. Ehime Pref. showed remarkable growth in 1990s. At present, the dealings of live fish is decreasing. However, the dealings of fresh fish is increasing in Tokyo Central Wholesale Market. The price of live fish is decreasing more than one of fresh fish. Even though Ehime Pref. has an ideal natural environment for sea bream aquaculture, its entry into sea bream aquaculture was late, because it was located at a further distance to consumers than the competing producing areas. However, Ehime Pref. became the number one producing areas through the sales of fresh fish in the 1990s. The production volume is almost 3 times the production volume of Mie Pref. which is the number two production area. More conversion from yellow tail aquaculture to sea bream aquaculture is taking place in Ehime Pref., because Kagosima Pref. has a better natural environment for yellow tail aquaculture. Transportation is worse than Mie Pref., but this region as a far-flung producing area makes up by increasing the business scale. Ehime Pref. increases the market share for fresh fish by creating demand from GMS. Ehime Pref. has developed market strategies such as a quick return at a small profit, a stable and mass supply and standardization in size. Ehime Pref. increases the market power by the capital of a large scale commission agent. Secondly Mie Pref. is close to markets and composed of small scale farmers. Mie Pref. switched to sea bream aquaculture early, because of the price decrease in aquacultured yellou tail and natural environmental problems. Mie Pref. had not changed until 1993 when the price of the sea bream plummeted. Because it had better natural environment and transportation. Mie Pref. has a suitable water temperature range required for sea bream aquaculture. However, the price of live sea bream continued to decline due to excessive production and economic recession. As a consequence, small scale farmers are faced with a market price below the average production cost in 1993. In such kind of situation, the small-sized and inefficient manager in Mie Pref. was obliged to withdraw from sea bream aquaculture. Kumamoto Pref. is located further from market sites and has an unsuitable nature environmental condition required for sea bream aquaculture. Although Kumamoto Pref. is trying to convert to the puffer fish aquaculture which requires different rearing techniques, aquaculture technique for puffer fish is not established yet.

지역특성을 반영한 영농규모화사업의 발전방향-충남지역을 중심으로- (Policy Direction for The Farmland Sizing Suitable to Regional Trait)

  • 본 연구는 영농규모화에 대한 전개과정과 충남지역 쌀 생산기반을 검토하고 쌀 산업의 미래지향적 방향의 한 축을 이어갈 쌀 전업농의 영농규모화를 통한 그 대안을 모색하는데 있다. 이 목적을 완성하기 위해 조사된 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 충남지역이 쌀 생산은 전국에서 가장 높으며 재배면적에서도 제2위를 차지하고 있다. 이는 그만큼 쌀에 대한 국제적 정세변화는 충남의 쌀 생산농가에게 지대한 영향을 미칠 수 있는 개연성을 높여준다. 쌀 생산의 핵심이 되는 전업농가 수는 도내 전체농가의 7.7%를 차지하고 있고, 이들의 평균 경작면적은 2.9ha 이다. 이 면적은 규모화사업을 위해 지원된 자금이 크게 주효한 결과라고 해석된다. 2. 1980년대 후반부터 2002년까지 추진된 충남지역 영농규모화사업은 충남지역에 쌀 전업농가의 경영규모를 19,484ha까지 증가시켰다. 또한 1995년부터 2002년까지 매매사업이 이루어진 농가 수는 6,431농가에 1,6517ha가 매매되었으며, 장기임대차사업은 같은 기간동안 7,059농가에 면적은 6,970ha에 이르렀다. 다만 농지교환분합사업은 210ha에 1,864농가가 참여하였는데 이처럼 농지교환.분합사업이 활발하지 못한 것은 은퇴자들이 영농에 넓은 면적을 요망하지 않아 구태여 규모화사업에 응하지 않더라도 생활에 지장이 없기 때문이다. 또한 교환과 분합작업에 따른 복잡성 등, 일반 사회적 여건도 농지의 교환분합사업에 부정적인 방향으로 작용했던 것으로 추정된다. 3. 영농규모화사업을 촉진하기 위해서 제안된 방안들은 다음과 같다. (1) 재촌탈농자 및 고령 은퇴자를 위한 전직 프로그램 및 사회보장프로그램을 수립하고 농지매매 촉진을 위한 각종 인센티브제를 도입하여야 할 것이다. (2) 효율적인 쌀 생산시스템을 확립하기 위하여 단위면적당 생산량을 증대시키고 생산비를 낮추는 제 방안이 강구되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 쌀 생산기술과 경영적 능력을 갖춘 생산조직이 육성되어야 하며 시설의 적정배치 및 정보화가 완비되어야 한다. 그리고 영농시스템 구축에 바탕을 둔 지역종합의 다양한 구조개선도 병행하지 않으면 안 될 것이다. (3) 경영규모를 확대, 개선하기 위해서는 개별경영규모를 확대하거나 집단규모를 활용한 방안이 강구될 수 있을 것이다. 이상을 종합하면 충남의 영농규모화사업은 성공적으로 수행되어 왔다고 할 수 있으나, 궁극적으로 이 사업이 소기의 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 부수되는 제반 문제점을 적절히 해결해 가지 않으면 안 된다. 그리고 쌀 전업농에 대한 적절한 지원 및 탈농자 및 은퇴자에 대한 종합대책수립은 충남의 영농규모화사업을 완수하는데 반드시 선결되어야할 사항이다.

패혈증환자에서 APACHE III Scoring System의 예후적 가치 (The Prognostic Value of the First Day and Daily Updated Scores of the APACHE III System in Sepsis)

  • 연구배경: 중환자의 예후를 정량화하는 체점체계 중 APACHE III system은 중환자실 제 1병일 점수는 물론 일갱신 점수도 환자의 위험도를 갱신하는 것이 알려진 바 있어 패혈증 환자들에서 APACHE III score의 예후 지표로서의 가치를 알아 보고자 하였다. 방법: 48명의 패혈증 환자들에서 후향적으로 중환자실 제 1병일, 2병일 및 3병일의 APACHE III score를 조사하여 패혈증 생존자와 비생존자 간의 차이를 분석하였다. 결과: 패혈증 생존자는 비생존자에 비해 APACHE III system에 따른 중환자실 제 1병일 정수가 유의하게 낮았으며, 제 2일 및 제 3일의 점수도 각각의 전날 점수에 비해 유의하게 감소하였다. 폐혈증 비생존자의 경우 제 1병일 점수가 생존자에 비해 높았고, 제 2병일 및 제 3병일 점수 역시 각각의 전날 점수에 비해 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 결론: APACHE III system에 따른 제 1병일 점수 및 제 3병일까지의 점수의 일변동은 패혈증 환자의 예후를 반영하는 것으로 사려된다.
