Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

In this paper, we analyze the information asymmetry among investors in online trading environment using rumors which are collected in the Korean stock market for the eleven-year period between January 2004 and December 2014. We find that cumulative abnormal return of sample firms is negative and statistically significant, indicating that a significant fall of the stock price starts before the online disclosure, suggesting that the rumors were reflected in the stock price to a significant extent. Furthermore, individual investors show net purchases on firms prior to disclosure while institutional investors show net sales, showing that individual investors trade unfavorably vis-$\grave{a}$-vis institutional investors. This phenomenon is more evident for the KOSDAQ. This result confirms that the information asymmetry exists between individual and institutional investors in online trading environment.

Capstone design is a subject taught in a setting where students gather in a team, decide on their own selected topic, and collaborate with one another to perform a project. A fair assessment is very important in a team project-based capstone design course for students. Many instructors agree that harmonizing creative evaluation and outcome assessment is hard in capstone design class. In also, it is not easy to assess students' individual efforts and achievements fairly in accordance with team-based assessment practices. To resolve this issue in this paper, we have surveyed various engineering design education methodologies, and have modelled existing evaluating elements into a modified creative process and outcome assessment framework for team project assessment. In particular, we focused on a method of fairly assigning credits by combining team based and individual-level assessments. Analyzing students' achievement and grade evaluation and verifying the validity of the proposed method was performed.

Purpose With the development of information and communication technologies. fintech industry is rapidly growing as a major financial service. Previous research literatures mainly focused on overall characteristics and technical aspects of fintech including security issues. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of individual features influencing the resistance of adopting a fintech service. Moreover, this paper included the guidelines in practical development of fintech mechanism. Design/methodology/approach For research purposes, this study developed research hypotheses in order to empirically examine the effect of the factors that might have a significant effect on the resistance of the wearable device. The empirical research was based on a survey which carried through 359 participants. Research hypotheses were evaluated via SPSS Statistics 21.0 and AMOS 19 statistical package program. Findings Results showed that self-efficacy and individual innovation had a significant effect on the technostress and switching cost. In addition, technostress, security and switching cost had a significant effect on the resistance of adopting a fintech service. However, more factors are needed to including in research model to generalize these results.

This paper proposes the effective method to improve the protection from induced lightning Surge by making common grounding from individual grounding. Common grounding under equipotential principle is more effective than individual grounding for lightning Surge protection, and so common grounding is indicated as international technical standard under the AC power supply system with neutral line. So, this paper is to propose the effective way of induced lightning Surge protection method for currently installed power supply system which has no neutral grounded line and individual grounding which are weak for lightning Surge protection. This proposal can improve the power supply system as has neutral line, and improve the grounding system to common grounding system. And also this paper proposes to make effective equipotential system with voltage variable shunting devices for lightning Surge protection.

Men's clothing has been recently giving higher market shares to the ready-made clothes rather than the custom-tailored clothes. With many active studies on the human body and design, the ready-made clothes win popularity due to their rapid repairing, various design, and cheap prices, though they are not perfect suitable for some people. Therefore the ready-made has a weak point unable to consider all of the individual physical characteristics. However the custom-tailored clothes ate able to make clothing perfectly suitable lot their customers, though they require longer time-taking and expensive costs. In this context, this paper is design and implementation an automatic design edit system to provide a rapid and cheap service for customers on the ground of the custom-tailored clothes. In other words, this paper intended to use computer systems lot rapidly and precisely providing design dependent on the individual physical characteristics including a distorted bodies, types of the leg, and a height of the shoulder. To do so, the paper using not only studies on the human body and the custom-tailored clothes but also technical know-hows planned design for each individual body by LISP language and automatically process the design through CAD system. Consequently, the rapid and precise processing has reduced inventories and production costs, leading to supplying high quality clothes at lower prices.

This paper proposes a method to manage individual information on large scale distributed geographic information systems. On such system, ordinary users usually cannot alter the contents of the server. The method proposed in this paper makes possible to alter the contents or add individual data onto such kinds of non-write-permitted data onto set. We call the method as GDSF, ‘geographic differential script file’. In this method, a client user makes a GDSF which contains the private information to be added onto the served data. Then, the client keeps the file on a local disk. After this, when the user uses the data, he applies the differential data sequence onto the down loaded data to restore the information. The GDSF is a collection of picture commands which tell pictures insertions, deletions, and modification operations. The GDSF also can contain the modification. The GDSF also can contain the modification of the attribute information of geographic entities. The method also applicable to modify data on a ROM device, for example CD-ROM or DVD-ROM. This paper describes the method and experimental results.

Each country, each organization and individual have pursued their own identity, which require a unique design discriminated from other countries, cultures and people. As character related industries including character, cartoon, animation and CF appeared everywhere, development of character of mascot concept which can highlight individual personality has been required. This study is to meet these requirements and develop character of Korean subject as the concept of mascot or guard angel in order to develop the unique design with discriminative features from individual identity. For this, this study named it "Individual Character", analyzes the Korean traditional incantatory patterns and develops three patterns such as line art character, five-color 2D character and letter '||'&'||' picture 3D character as a form having individual character with the twelve gods of the earth through examination of materials of traditional patterns home and aborad. These three-typed characters seek strategies by types and are applied to calender, ceramic, metal, animation source, living goods and accessories. Application to commodities include line art and the products of 20 and 3D types based on re-design and add metal, paper, web and ceramic. Therefore this study finds that "Individual Character' using traditional incantatory patterns can discover the cultural identity and originality through Korean design creation and application of "Individual Character" to character industry can develop the pluralistic characters with a material and it can be extended to consumption goods.onsumption goods.

Various prediction methods for the bearing capacity of helical piles have been introduced with consideration of both the steel shaft and the helix plates attached to the shaft. In this paper, three representative methods, that is, individual bearing method, cylindrical shear method, and torque correlation method are discussed and compared to each other. The prediction methods were verified by comparing with a series of loading test results performed on moderate-size helical piles from the companion paper. As a result, the measured bearing capacity is greater than the bearing capacity predicted by the cylindrical shear method, but smaller than that of the individual bearing method. In addition, the bearing capacity predicted by the torque correlation method is in good agreement with the measured bearing capacity.
