The purpose of this study was to analyze mediating effect of resilience and daily spiritual experiences in the relationship of stress situations and subjective well-being of Christian college students. The subjects of this study were 157 Christian college students in a certain University which is located in Seoul, and mediating effect were analyzed through structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, first, there was a significant negative correlation between perceived stress and subject well-being. Second, resilience and spiritual experience had a full mediating effect on the relationship of perceived stress and subjective well-being. Third, in the relationship of perceived stress and subjective well-being, indirect effect through resilience has a greater mediating effect than spiritual daily experience. Implications of these results were concluded that spiritual daily experience of Christian college students is a significant variable in terms of stress and happiness. Apart from spiritual experience, however, resilience also could be a very important variable that mediates stress and happiness for Christian college students. In addition, suggestions for future research were discussed.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze consumer experience with Digestive Enzymes, a digestive enzyme product that includes medicinal herbs (Multi-Zyme^®). The goal was to provide basic data on improvements and marketability of future digestive enzyme products containing medicinal herbs. Methods: Qualitative research was conducted to explore the current participants' experience. In-depth interviews with a semi-structured interview guide were conducted to investigate the experience and perception of the participants. The participants were recruited using snowball sampling and purposive sampling, and a qualitative content analysis method was adopted. Credibility was ensured by adopting a member check, triangulation, and peer debriefing method. Results: In-depth interviews were completed with a total of 8 participants. The collected data were classified into 16 codes and then further divided into the following seven categories: direct buying, indirect buying, effects, questions, recommendations, positive perception, and negative perception. The categories were grouped into three themes: 'Experience of purchasing existing health foods', 'Experience of taking Multi-Zyme', and 'Opinions on selling Multi-Zyme at Korean medicine clinics'. Conclusion: The participants experienced effect of the Multi-Zyme^® and were willing to recommend it around. However, the Korean medicine doctors need to inform consumers about the dose and duration when taking Multi-Zyme^® to prevent abuse. Some consumers may trust Multi-Zyme^® sales from Korean medicine clinics, but some held opinions that those sales were not trustworthy, so promotion and improvement are needed.

This study intends to find a positive effect on the learning of elementary school students by developing the exhibition contents of on-offline museum. This on-offline museum contents were combined with existing exhibit types and direct experience elements, and the theory of [blended learning]. Through this study, analyzing the limitations of existing online museum and finding with experiment to see if the new contents had a learning effect compared to the existing online museum. As a result of the experimental study, the content with a [direct experience] was counted as a high satisfaction and frequency index, and the [play] and [experience] type of direct experience contents showed higher satisfaction than the indirect experience type contents. Through this study, we want to provide new implications and development possibilities in the development of contents that online museums can provide, and to promote various effects on children's education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of resiliency and symptom experience and depression. Subjects (N=152) were patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).admitted to D University Medical Center in B City. Methods: Data collection was conducted from July 20 to August 25, 2013. The levels of symptom, resilience, and depression were measured using a seven question symptom experience measuring instrument, a 25-question resilience instrument, and a 15-question Short Geriatric Depression Scale (SGDS). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and path analysis using SPSS/Win 19.0 and AMOS 5.0. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between symptom and resilience, a significant positive correlation between symptom and depression, and a significant negative correlation between resilience and depression. Symptom showed a direct effect on depression and an indirect effect on depression scores through resilience as a mediating variable. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop nursing intervention programs to relieve symptom in COPD patients, and to develop appropriate resilience enhancement programs to reduce their depression.

This study was planned to analyze the effect of the types of employment on work-related injury experience. The types of employment may have influenced on working conditions including the exposure to risk factors. Korean Working Conditions Survey have collected the various working conditions as household survey with structured questionnaire. The probability of work-related injury of self-employed is more than that of regular worker. But there is no difference of probability of work-related injury experience between regular and irregular worker controlled by general characteristics and the exposure to risk factors. Authors have found that the type of employment have indirect effect on work-related injury experience via the exposure to risk factors. The result of this study may be heuristic one because of data limitation as cross sectional survey data. In future, well designed survey data can evaluate the effect of the type of employment on safety and health status.

Purpose: Although many studies have addressed destination marketing concepts, the relationship between beach tourists' memorable tourism experience (MTE), revisit intention and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) remains unknown. To address this issue, the authors established a model to investigate the effects of MTE's dimensions on revisit intention and eWOM. Research design, data and methodology: Drawing on 581 questionnaires from domestic beach tourists in Vietnam, a quantitative study approach was administered to empirically analyze a partial least squares path model in PLS-SEM. Results: The findings revealed that four dimensions of MTE including hedonism, local culture, meaningfulness and involvement have positive influence on beach tourists' revisit intention. Besides, meaningfulness and knowledge directly affect eWOM. It is worth noting that beach tourists' revisit intention significantly and directly influence their eWOM. The findings also confirm the indirect effects of hedonism, local culture, meaningfulness and involvement on eWOM through the mediating role of revisit intention. Conclusions: This study will be important to determine beach tourists' behavior through each dimension of MTE. This study also emphasizes on the direct effect of beach tourists' revisit intention on eWOM, as well as confirms its mediating role in the relation between MTE and eWOM. The findings will assist policymakers and destination marketers with strategies and effective future actions.

The purpose of this study is to examine mediation role of parental attachment, school bonding and delinquent peers in effects of child abuse experience on offending school violence among middle school students. The survey was conducted for boys and girls enrolled in 50 middle schools located in Seoul and Kyung-ki province from October 15 to November 25 in 2012 and total 1,563 were used for final analysis. PASW 18.0, AMOS 18.0 and Mplus were used for statistical analysis. Major findings of this study are as follows. Child abuse experience is analyzed as effecting directly to offending in school violence but also having indirect effecting through mediation process with parental attachment, school bonding and delinquent peers from the analysis of structural equation model. Another finding indicates that multiple indirect effects of parental attachment, school bonding, delinquent peers through Mplus nonlinear analysis, pathways including mediator of parental attachment, school bonding and delinquent peers are verified as statistically significance. Below is discussed for practical and policy implications to prevent school violence in middle school based on this study.

This study is conducted to examine the relationship between salespeople's job consciousness, their competencies of practical business and their turnover intention in department stores. The data was collected from 1961 department stores salespeople in Seoul and Sungnam. And a survey was conducted by questionnaire. Mean, Scheffe-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Perason's correlation, factor analysis, regression analysis, path analysis are used for the analysis of data. Major findings are as follows : 1) Job consciousness of salespeople is relatively strong, the level of competencies of practical business and turnover intention are somewhat low. 2) Job consciousness of salespeople and their competencies of practical business are related to their turnover intention. The more strongly they have job consciousness, the more highly they have the level of competencies of practical business, and the lower their turnover intention becomes. 3) Among related variables, their perception of distributive education shows the strongest effect on job consciousness of salespeople. Their job consciousness shows the strongest effect on competencies of practical business. Their job consciousness and competencies of practical business show the strongest effect on turnover intention of salespeople. 4) Turnover intention of salespeople is affected by the job consciousness directly or indirectly, and by competencies of practical business directly. Among related variable, age, experience degree on distribution education, period of work, educational level, marital status, jobs, the motive of choosing their occupation and sex show only indirect effects on their turnover intention through job consciousness and competencies of practical business of salespeople. The motive of choosing their occupation, importance degree on distributive education, sections of department stores(Clothing), perception degree on job specialization and selling experience show only direct and indirect effects on their turnover intention. Thus, job consciousness and competencies of practical business of salespeople are the major intervening variables which have strong negative effects on their turnover intention.

This paper is an exploratory study on the acceptance of Chinese Internet entertainment personal broadcasting contents. After analyzing the factors affecting viewer satisfaction, we analyzed the relationship between these factors and viewer satisfaction on reuse intention. As a result of the survey, first, the information system quality has a significant effect on the viewer satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting. Second, indirect experience, entertainment pursuit, and social relationship have a significant effect on viewing satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting. Third, viewing satisfaction of internet personal broadcasting has a significant effect on reuse intention. These results are expected to help establish the marketing strategy of the company operating the Internet personal broadcasting and prepare the requirements to be provided by the host.

As an interest in metaverse increases, there are many studies to apply virtual reality to indirect experiences. Virtual reality is increasingly being used not only for entertainment such as games but also for educational content. A key technology of indirect experience is modeling an object to provide a realistic experience to the user. Natural environments such as tidal flats change with time, and many living things also live there. In this paper, we propose a method for creating experiential content that accurately models the ecological environment of tidal flats. The proposed method explains how to naturally model the temporal change of tidal flats. We also explain how to model a crab, a creature that inhabits the tidal flat, in the forms of an NPC using the behavior tree. Implementation results show that the proposed method uses simple algorithms but expresses the shapes of tidal flats well.
