  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between politicians' YouTube information service quality, politician's image and trust, and voters' social and political participation intentions. To investigate this, 306 voters were sampled through an online survey. The quality factors of the politician's YouTube information service were found to have a positive effect on the image of a politician. Among them, timeliness and reliability had a positive effect on the trust of politicians, but playfulness did not. Both the image and trust of politicians through YouTube were found to have a positive effect on voters' intention to participate in society and politics. As a result of examining the indirect effect, it was found that the image of a politician had an indirect effect on the quality of information service and the intention to participate in society and politics. This study is significant in revealing that the fact that the image and trust of politicians is a major variable that appeals to citizens' social and political participation is also applicable to YouTube.

  • This study attempted to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention and to confirm the moderating effect of social support that plays a positive role in increasing entrepreneurial intention. The subjects of the study were 419 ordinary people, and data were obtained online and analyzed. The analysis method of this study was based on the SPSS statistical program Ver. 24, and a hierarchical regression analysis method was conducted to analyze the moderating effect. The results of hypothesis verification analysis in this study are as follows. First, innovativeness, risk-taking, self-fulfillment, economic motivation, immersion in a drama, drama role model, and indirect experience, all had a significant positive(+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, among the factors affecting entrepreneurial intention, self-fulfillment was found to have the greatest influence. Third, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of social support between various variables and entrepreneurial intention had a significant effect on innovativeness, self-fulfillment, drama role model, and indirect experience, and entrepreneurial intention. The academic value of this study is to confirm the effect of drama characteristic variables on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was possible to confirm the moderating effect of social support, which is the total of individual external support. The implication of this study is that the desire for achievement had the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a desire to achieve in start-up support policies and start-up education. In addition, in light of the ripple effect of TV dramas, drama role model and indirect experience increase entrepreneurial intention, so it was possible to predict its influence on changes in perception of start-ups and entrepreneurs.

  • The purpose of the study were first to propose and determine the influence of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior related to clothing would be mediated by consumer's clothing involvement and second to examine whether sensation seeking tendency is applicable variable on segmenting market expecially using underlying factors of sensation seeking tendency. A questionaire was developed and data were collected from 342 women ranged in age from 0 to 34 years. They were conveniently selected as a proper sample for applying and examining sensation seeking tendency. Arousal seeking tendency scale(Mehrabian & Russel 1974) was selected for operationalizing sensation seeking tendency and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency were also investigated. The influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeing tendency was not. Artistic sensation seeking tendency had little effect on clothing involvement and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeking tendency was not. • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of predictive factors related to family strength and develop a structural equation model that explains family strength among married working women. Methods: A hypothesized model was developed based on literature reviews and predictors of family strength by Yoo. This constructed model was built of an eight pathway form. Two exogenous variables included in this model were ego-resilience and family support. Three endogenous variables included in this model were functional couple communication, family stress and family strength. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire from 319 married working women who were 30~40 of age and lived in cities of Chungnam province in Korea. Data were analyzed with PASW/WIN 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Results: Family support had a positive direct, indirect and total effect on family strength. Family stress had a negative direct, indirect and total effect on family strength. Functional couple communication had a positive direct and total effect on family strength. These predictive variables of family strength explained 61.8% of model. Conclusion: The results of the study show a structural equation model for family strength of married working women and that predicting factors for family strength are family support, family stress, and functional couple communication. To improve family strength of married working women, the results of this study suggest nursing access and mediative programs to improve family support and functional couple communication, and reduce family stress.
