교대로 운전되는 두 개의 UV/광촉매반응기로 구성된 폐가스 처리시스템의 성능 및 특성 평가 (Performance of Waste-air Treating System Composed of Two Alternatively-operating UV/photocatalytic Reactors and Evaluation of Its Characteristics)

  • 광촉매 재생을 통하여 교대로 운전되는, TiO2-anatase 광촉매를 담지한 다공성 SiO2 담체를 충전한 두 개의 환형 UV/광촉매 반응기(유효 부피: 1.5 L) 중에서, 광촉매 활성이 재생된 하나는 32 일/회 동안 운전시키고 광촉매가 비활성화된 다른 하나는 15 W UV-A 광원을 켠 상태에서 100 ℃의 고온 공기에 의하여 광촉매를 재생시키면서, 에탄올(100 ppmv)과 황화수소(10 ppmv)를 동시 함유하는 3 L/min 유량의 폐가스를 교대로 처리하는 광촉매반응기 시스템의 지속적 운전을 수행하였다. 교대로 운전되는 광촉매반응기 시스템(A)의 에탄올 제거 거동으로서, 광촉매 반응기 시스템의 첫 번째, 두 번째 및 세 번째 운전의 정상 상태에서의 에탄올 제거효율 값은 각각 약 60, 55 및 54%를 유지하였다. 한편 광촉매반응기 시스템(A)의 황화수소의 제거효율 거동은, 각 운전 횟수에서 에탄올 제거효율의 거동과 다르게, 시간이 지남에 따라서 황화수소 제거효율의 감소 및 더 낮은 정상상태 도달의 반복적인 추세를 보였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 황화수소 제거에 있어서 각 운전 기간이 경과한 후에 황화수소 제거효율 값은 첫 번째, 두 번째 및 세 번째 운전 후에 각각 약 80, 75 및 73%를 유지하여서 에탄올 제거효율 값인 약 60, 55 및 54%보다 각각 약 20, 20 및 19%만큼 높았다. 따라서 다공성 SiO2 광촉매 담체의 흡착을 가역적 비활성화로 간주하고 흡착을 포함한 광촉매의 가역적 비활성화에 의한 제거효율 감소분이 재생 후 사용 횟수에 무관하게 일정하다고 가정할 때에, 사용 횟수가 세 번째에서 광촉매의 비가역적 비활성화에 따른 에탄올 및 황화수소 제거효율 감소분의, 직전 사용 횟수보다 증가 폭은 각각 약 1 및 2%로써 사용 횟수가 두 번째인 경우의 각각 약 5 및 5%보다 미미하거나 더 적어졌다. 한편 교대로 운전되는 다른 환형 광촉매반응기 시스템에서도 환형 광촉매반응기 시스템의 추세와 거의 동일하게 관찰되었다.

  • 전 세계적인 지구온난화의 위협에 대응하고자 세계 각국은 신재생 에너지의 확산, 탄소 배출 감소 등을 추진하고 있다. 또한, UN의 SDGs에도 포함된 기후변화에 맞서기 위한 노력으로 글로벌 자동차 제조사들은 향후 10년내에 전기 자동차로의 전면 전환을 추진하고 있다. 전기자동차는 탄소 배출 감소를 위한 유용한 수단이 될 수 있으나, 충전용 전기를 생산하는 단계에서 발생하는 탄소의 저감을 위해서는 친환경 신재생 에너지를 이용한 발전시스템이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 아프리카 탄자니아에 설립된 태양광 발전소와 통합된 스마트 전기 모빌리티 운영 시스템에 대한 비전을 제안한다. 아두이노 컴퓨팅 장치를 기반으로 하는 스마트 모니터링 및 통신 기능을 적용하여 전기자동차 또는 전기 오토바이의 배터리 잔존용량, 배터리 상태, 위치, 속도, 고도, 도로 상태 등의 정보를 모니터링한다. 또한, 주변의 독립형 태양광 발전소 인프라와 통신하여 주행가능거리를 예측하고 충전 스케쥴 및 목적지까지의 경로 최적화를 수행하는 시나리오를 제시한다. 제안된 시스템의 구현 가능성은 전기 오토바이의 시험운행을 통해 검증되었다. 탄자니아에서 운영될 전기 모빌리티 시스템은 현지의 환경과 특성을 고려하여 친환경성, 경제성, 운용 용이성, 호환성 등의 요소가 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 스마트 전기 모빌리티 운영 시스템은 SDGs의 이행을 위한 중요한 기반이 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • To survive in the global competitive environment, enterprise should be able to solve various problems and find the optimal solution effectively. The big-data is being perceived as a tool for solving enterprise problems effectively and improve competitiveness with its' various problem solving and advanced predictive capabilities. Due to its remarkable performance, the implementation of big data systems has been increased through many enterprises around the world. Currently the big-data is called the 'crude oil' of the 21st century and is expected to provide competitive superiority. The reason why the big data is in the limelight is because while the conventional IT technology has been falling behind much in its possibility level, the big data has gone beyond the technological possibility and has the advantage of being utilized to create new values such as business optimization and new business creation through analysis of big data. Since the big data has been introduced too hastily without considering the strategic value deduction and achievement obtained through the big data, however, there are difficulties in the strategic value deduction and data utilization that can be gained through big data. According to the survey result of 1,800 IT professionals from 18 countries world wide, the percentage of the corporation where the big data is being utilized well was only 28%, and many of them responded that they are having difficulties in strategic value deduction and operation through big data. The strategic value should be deducted and environment phases like corporate internal and external related regulations and systems should be considered in order to introduce big data, but these factors were not well being reflected. The cause of the failure turned out to be that the big data was introduced by way of the IT trend and surrounding environment, but it was introduced hastily in the situation where the introduction condition was not well arranged. The strategic value which can be obtained through big data should be clearly comprehended and systematic environment analysis is very important about applicability in order to introduce successful big data, but since the corporations are considering only partial achievements and technological phases that can be obtained through big data, the successful introduction is not being made. Previous study shows that most of big data researches are focused on big data concept, cases, and practical suggestions without empirical study. The purpose of this study is provide the theoretically and practically useful implementation framework and strategies of big data systems with conducting comprehensive literature review, finding influencing factors for successful big data systems implementation, and analysing empirical models. To do this, the elements which can affect the introduction intention of big data were deducted by reviewing the information system's successful factors, strategic value perception factors, considering factors for the information system introduction environment and big data related literature in order to comprehend the effect factors when the corporations introduce big data and structured questionnaire was developed. After that, the questionnaire and the statistical analysis were performed with the people in charge of the big data inside the corporations as objects. According to the statistical analysis, it was shown that the strategic value perception factor and the inside-industry environmental factors affected positively the introduction intention of big data. The theoretical, practical and political implications deducted from the study result is as follows. The frist theoretical implication is that this study has proposed theoretically effect factors which affect the introduction intention of big data by reviewing the strategic value perception and environmental factors and big data related precedent studies and proposed the variables and measurement items which were analyzed empirically and verified. This study has meaning in that it has measured the influence of each variable on the introduction intention by verifying the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables through structural equation model. Second, this study has defined the independent variable(strategic value perception, environment), dependent variable(introduction intention) and regulatory variable(type of business and corporate size) about big data introduction intention and has arranged theoretical base in studying big data related field empirically afterwards by developing measurement items which has obtained credibility and validity. Third, by verifying the strategic value perception factors and the significance about environmental factors proposed in the conventional precedent studies, this study will be able to give aid to the afterwards empirical study about effect factors on big data introduction. The operational implications are as follows. First, this study has arranged the empirical study base about big data field by investigating the cause and effect relationship about the influence of the strategic value perception factor and environmental factor on the introduction intention and proposing the measurement items which has obtained the justice, credibility and validity etc. Second, this study has proposed the study result that the strategic value perception factor affects positively the big data introduction intention and it has meaning in that the importance of the strategic value perception has been presented. Third, the study has proposed that the corporation which introduces big data should consider the big data introduction through precise analysis about industry's internal environment. Fourth, this study has proposed the point that the size and type of business of the corresponding corporation should be considered in introducing the big data by presenting the difference of the effect factors of big data introduction depending on the size and type of business of the corporation. The political implications are as follows. First, variety of utilization of big data is needed. The strategic value that big data has can be accessed in various ways in the product, service field, productivity field, decision making field etc and can be utilized in all the business fields based on that, but the parts that main domestic corporations are considering are limited to some parts of the products and service fields. Accordingly, in introducing big data, reviewing the phase about utilization in detail and design the big data system in a form which can maximize the utilization rate will be necessary. Second, the study is proposing the burden of the cost of the system introduction, difficulty in utilization in the system and lack of credibility in the supply corporations etc in the big data introduction phase by corporations. Since the world IT corporations are predominating the big data market, the big data introduction of domestic corporations can not but to be dependent on the foreign corporations. When considering that fact, that our country does not have global IT corporations even though it is world powerful IT country, the big data can be thought to be the chance to rear world level corporations. Accordingly, the government shall need to rear star corporations through active political support. Third, the corporations' internal and external professional manpower for the big data introduction and operation lacks. Big data is a system where how valuable data can be deducted utilizing data is more important than the system construction itself. For this, talent who are equipped with academic knowledge and experience in various fields like IT, statistics, strategy and management etc and manpower training should be implemented through systematic education for these talents. This study has arranged theoretical base for empirical studies about big data related fields by comprehending the main variables which affect the big data introduction intention and verifying them and is expected to be able to propose useful guidelines for the corporations and policy developers who are considering big data implementationby analyzing empirically that theoretical base.

통일 한국의 적정 군사력에 관한 연구 - 분쟁 시나리오와 상대적 균형전략을 중심으로 - (A Study on Appropriate Military Strength of Unified Korea (Focused on relative balance strategy and conflict scenario))

  • To prepare for the complicated international relationship regarding Korean Peninsula after reunification, this thesis started off with the awareness that Unified Korea should build its international posture and national security at an early stage by determining its appropriate military strength for independent defense and military strategies that Unified Korea should aim. The main theme of this thesis is 'The research on appropriate military strength of the Unified Korean military'. To derive appropriate military strength of Unified Korea, this research focuses on conflict scenario and relative balance strategy based on potential threats posed by neighboring countries, and this is the part that differentiates this research from other researches. First of all, the main objective of the research is to decide appropriate military strength for Unified Korea to secure defense sufficiency. For this, this research will decide efficient military strategy that Unified Korea should aim. Than by presuming the most possible military conflict scenario, this research will judge the most appropriate military strength for Unified Korea to overcome the dispute. Second, after deciding appropriate military strength, this research will suggest how to operate presumed military strength in each armed force. The result of this thesis is as in the following. First, Unified Korea should aim 'relative balance strategy'. 'Relative balance strategy' is a military strategy which Unified Korea can independently secure defense sufficiency by maintaining relative balance when conflicts occur between neighboring countries. This strategy deters conflicts in advance by relative balance of power in certain time and place. Even if conflict occurs inevitably, this strategy secures initiative. Second, when analyzing neighboring countries interest and strategic environment after unification, the possibility of all-out war will be low in the Korean Peninsula because no other nation wants the Korean Peninsula to be subordinated to one single country. Therefore appropriate military strength of the Unified Korean military would be enough when Unified Korea can achieve relative balance in regional war or limited war. Third, Northeast Asia is a region where economic power and military strength is concentrated. Despite increasing mutual cooperation in the region, conflicts and competition to expand each countries influence is inherent. Japan is constantly enhancing their military strength as they aim for normal statehood. China is modernizing their military strength as they aspire to become global central nation. Russia is also enhancing their military strength in order to hold on to their past glory of Soviet Union as a world power. As a result, both in quality and quantity, the gap between military strength of Unified Korea and each neighboring countries is enlarged at an alarming rate. Especially in the field of air-sea power, arms race is occurring between each nation. Therefore Unified Korea should be equipped with appropriate military strength in order to achieve relative balance with each threats posed by neighboring countries. Fourth, the most possible conflicts between Unified Korea and neighboring countries could be summarized into four, which are Dokdo territorial dispute with Japan, Leodo jurisdictional dispute with China, territorial dispute concerning northern part of the Korea Peninsula with China and disputes regarding marine resources and sea routes with Russia. Based on those conflict scenarios, appropriate military strength for Unified Korea is as in the following. When conflict occurs with Japan regarding Dokdo, Japan is expected to put JMSDF Escort Flotilla 3, one out of four of its Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Escort Fleet, which is based in Maizuru and JMSDF Maizuru District. To counterbalance this military strength, Unified Korea needs one task fleet, comprised with three task flotilla. In case of jurisdictional conflict with China concerning Leodo, China is expected to dispatch its North Sea fleet, one out of three of its naval fleet, which is in charge of the Yellow Sea. To response to this military action, Unified Korea needs one task fleet, comprised with three task flotilla. In case of territorial dispute concerning northern part of the Korean Peninsula with China, it is estimated that out of seven Military Region troops, China will dispatch two Military Region troops, including three Army Groups from Shenyang Military Region, where it faces boarder with the Korean Peninsula. To handle with this military strength, Unified Korea needs six corps size ground force strength, including three corps of ground forces, two operational reserve corps(maneuver corps), and one strategic reserve corps(maneuver corps). When conflict occurs with Russia regarding marine resources and sea routes, Russia is expected to send a warfare group of a size that includes two destroyers, which is part of the Pacific Fleet. In order to balance this strength, Unified Korea naval power requires one warfare group including two destroyers. Fifth, management direction for the Unified Korean military is as in the following. Regarding the ground force management, it would be most efficient to deploy troops in the border area with china for regional and counter-amphibious defense. For the defense except the border line with china, the most efficient form of force management would be maintaining strategic reserve corps. The naval force should achieve relative balance with neighboring countries when there is maritime dispute and build 'task fleet' which can independently handle long-range maritime mission. Of the three 'task fleet', one task fleet should be deployed at Jeju base to prepare for Dokdo territorial dispute and Leodo jurisdictional dispute. Also in case of regional conflict with china, one task fleet should be positioned at Yellow Sea and for regional conflict with Japan and Russia, one task fleet should be deployed at East Sea. Realistically, Unified Korea cannot possess an air force equal to neither Japan nor China in quantity. Therefore, although Unified Korea's air force might be inferior in quantity, they should possess the systematic level which Japan or China has. For this Unified Korea should build air base in island areas like Jeju Island or Ullenong Island to increase combat radius. Also to block off infiltration of enemy attack plane, air force needs to build and manage air bases near coastal areas. For landing operation forces, Marine Corps should be managed in the size of two divisions. For island defense force, which is in charge of Jeju Island, Ulleung Island, Dokdo Island and five northwestern boarder island defenses, it should be in the size of one brigade. Also for standing international peace keeping operation, it requires one brigade. Therefore Marine Corps should be organized into three divisions. The result of the research yields a few policy implications when building appropriate military strength for Unified Korea. First, Unified Korea requires lower number of ground troops compared to that of current ROK(Republic of Korea) force. Second, air-sea forces should be drastically reinforced. Third, appropriate military strength of the Unified Korean military should be based on current ROK military system. Forth, building appropriate military strength for Unified Korea should start from today, not after reunification. Because of this, South Korea should build a military power that can simultaneously prepare for current North Korea's provocations and future threats from neighboring countries after reunification. The core of this research is to decide appropriate military strength for Unified Korea to realize relative balance that will ensure defense sufficiency from neighboring countries threats. In other words, this research should precisely be aware of threats posed by neighboring countries and decide minimum level of military strength that could realize relative balance in conflict situation. Moreover this research will show the path for building appropriate military strength in each armed force.

신호교차로에서의 사고예측모형개발 및 위험수준결정 연구 (Development of a Traffic Accident Prediction Model and Determination of the Risk Level at Signalized Intersection)

  • 교차로에서의 교통사고건수는 90년 이후로 계속 증가해오고 있는 추세이므로 교차로의 안전성을 증가시키기 위한 노력이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 신호 교차로의 도로조건, 교통조건 교통운영조건 등을 분석하여 안전성에 방해가 되는 요소들을 찾아내고, 그 요소들과 사고와의 상관관계를 이용하여 각 교차로의 안전을 평가할 수 있는 사고예측모형을 개발하였다. 또한 이 교차로사고예측모형은 사전에 위험요소들을 처리하여 적절한 교통안전 정책을 세우도록 방향을 제시하고, 교차로의 안전성을 높이려는데 목적이 있다. 교차로 내의 사고건수는 2001년 1월부터 2001년 12월까지 1년 간의 원주시 교차로 사고건수 자료를 수집하였고, 각 교차로들의 도로조건, 교통조건, 교통운영조건은 현장 조사하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료들을 1차 통계 분석한 결과 사고와 상관관계가 높게 나타나는 요소들로는 지역유형, 토지이용, 버스정차활동, 노상 주 정차 활동 전체교통량, 회전 교통량, 차로수, 도로폭, 교차로 면적, 주기, 시거, 회전반경 등으로 나타났다. 또한 위의 요소들을 가지고 2차 상관 분석한 결과 유의확률이 95%이상 만족하고, 각각의 독립변수들 간의 상관관계가 적어 사고율에 영향을 주는 변수로는 차로수, 회전반경, 시거, 주기가 선택되었다. 따라서 위의 요소들로 각 요소들의 분포현황에 알맞은 교통 사고예측 모형 식을 만들고, 일반적인 선형회귀모형과의 정확도를 비교하였다. 또한 국내 사고통계를 이용하여 사고건수의 분포도를 분석한 후 교차로의 위험 수준을 단계별로 분류하였다. 마지막으로 모형의 타당성을 검토하기 위해 Spearman 순위상관계수에 적용하였더니 결정계수 값이 0.985로 매우 유의 하다는 것과 모형식에서 구해진 각 교차로별 위험 순위도가 거의 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실제사고건 수와 예측사고건수를 본 연구에서 분류한 위험수준으로 비교한 결과 교차로의 80%가 위험수준이 같다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.다는 일반적인 명령과 개별적인 행정행위를 구분하고 명령에 대하여도 취소소송의 대상으로 삼도록 하는 보다 명확하고 일관성 있는 논의전개를 제안하였다.수 있었다.로 첨가하여 48시간 배양한 후 암항원 유전자 발현성을 측정한 결과 세포주에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나 대개 0.2 uM농도에서도 유전자 발현이 유도되었으며 1, 5 uM농도에서 매우 강하게 유도되었다. ADC 처리가 페암세포주의 MHC와 B7 발현을 증가시키는가를 알아보기 위해 1 uM 농도의 ADC를 72시간 처치한 후 FACS 분석을 실시한 결과 4개의 페암세포주에서 MHC 및 B7분자의 발현은 유도되지 않았다. 또 ADC농도가 세포성장에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 ADC를 0.2, 1, 5 uM농도로 96시간 처치 후 세포수를 측정하여 상대성장지수를 알아본 결과 ADC 처치 농도가 증가함에 따라 세포의 성장은 매우 감소하였다. 결론: 폐암세포주에서 ADC처치는 MAGE, GAGE 및 NY-ESO-1과 같은 세포독성 T 림프구 반응을 유도할 수 있는 암항원의 발현을 증가시킬 수 있으며, ADC의 세포독성과 항원 발현 유발시간을 분석할 때 1 uM 농도에서 48시간 처치한 후 ADC가 없는 배지에서 수일간 배양하는 것이 가장 효과적이라고 생각된다. 그러나, ADC를 처치하여도 MHC 및 B7의 발현의 변화는 없었으므로 ADC를 처치한 폐암세포를 암백신으로 사용하기 위해서는 MHC나 B7 및 cytokine의 발현을 증가시키는 추가적인 처치가 필요하다고 생각된다.ded.한 질소제거를 N-balance로부터 구해보면, R3 반응조의 경우가 가장 높은 제거율(40.9%)을 보였다. 이상의 결과들을 볼 때, Bncillus 균주는 호기적 탈질을 일으킬 수 있는 가능성이 있고, Bncillus 균주를 이용한 B3 공정은 탈질에 이용되는 탄소량이 거의 없고, 적은 alkalinity 소모에 의한 경제적 이익 등 장점을 가진 공정으로 보여 진다.수록 푹신한

한국 4년제 대학 간호교육의 현황과 발전방안 (The Present Situation and Future Strategies of 4-Year Nursing Baccalaureate Program)

  • One of the biggest problems of Nursing Education in Korea is the division among nursing education programs of the last 3 and 4 years. To solve this problem, Nursing community must do variable trials to achieve the unity of a 4-year educational program. With this, we need to observe the phenomena and reality of the present 4-year nursing educational program that we have. The object of this study is to analyse and discuss that we have. The object of this study is to analyse and discuss the problems and future strategies of 4-year Nursing Baccalaureate program. 1. Problems as nursing department in Medical School. 1) Many 4-year nursing baccalaureate programs are operating under the medical school as nursing department. So the academic development in nursing department is unprogressive and is not approved as unique discipline. 2) The operating system between nursing and medical department are different even though they are in the same school. 3) Inequality between nursing and medical department : In many case, the nursing professor can not attend administraion committees to discuss the medical school's operation because of many differences between nursing and medical organization. 4) Weakness of the leadership and the student activities in nursing student : The nursing student involvement is usually passive because of the difference of curriculum, less number than medical students and the difference between 4-year and 6-year education program. 5) There is the obscurity of the relationship between department of nursing and other departments in whole university. 2. Problems in nursing itself 1) We need to reconstruct nursing discipline. We must change from the disease centered model to health centered model and life cycle centered model so that we can be distinguished from medicine. We also must change from hospital centered nursing to all population centered nursing, 2) The improvement of curriculum ; When the independent framework of nursing discipline become established, we need to improve the curriculum. 3) The education of clinical practice ; Most nursing school programs are divided into professors who are lecturing the theory and clinical teachers who are teaching the nursing technique in the clinic. So, what is needed in nursing discipline is that the professors have a dual position. In America, The professor is required to be a clinical specialist and to have his or her clinic so that the professor become a good role model, teach the clinical practice effectively, and give the student the practice field. 4) To extend fields of nursing : At first, the school nurse must become the school health educator, a real teacher. The nurse must establish and operate a childern's wellbeing center or nursery school, a disabled people's house or senile's wellbeing center, a mental health center, and a health promotion clinic for healthy people. 5) The name 'nursing department' need to be considered. When the focus is to be changed from the disease model to health improvement model, we take into consideration change 'nursing college', 'nursing department' and 'nursing profession' to 'health science college' or 'health wellbeing college'. 6) We must have highly qualified academic students. Each Nursing educational faculties must have the high qualified students through the development of nursing educational program and the increment of scholarship. The Korean Nurses Association and The Korean Clinical Nurses Association need to make an endeavor for the improvement of work condition and payment of clinical nurses of hospitals who consist of 70% of all nursing manpower. 3. Improvement Strategy 1) All nursing educational program must be changed 4-year program gradually. 2) Nursing department need to try to become nursing college. 3) We need to study many researches for improvement of the problem in nursing discipline and nursing education. We need more interdisciplinary researches, and we need to be granted for that research. 4) We need to have many seminars and workshops thoughout the whole country to expand a sense of nursing education. 5) Drawing up a policies plan for the nursing educational improvement : The Korean Nurses Association, The Korean Academic Nursing Association, Korea Nursing College and department President's Committee, and Korea Academic Society of Nursing Education must try for the development of nursing educational improvement and ask for government frame the policy to develop nursing education.

요추간판 수핵 탈출증 환자의 요부 척추 주위근 내 지방침윤 비율에 관한 연구 (The Study of Fat Infiltration Ratio in Lumbar Paraspinal Muscle of Patient with Herniated Intervertebral Lumbar Disc)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 특정 부위의 요부 추간판 탈출과 척추 주위 근 내 지방침윤과의 관계를 알아보기 위함이다. 아울러 환자의 체질량지수(BMI)와 성별에 따른 요부 주위 근의 지방 침윤율의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 2010년 5월부터 2012년 5월까지 내원한 환자를 대상으로 연구를 진행했다. 연구 대상자는 30~50세 사이의 중증 추간판 탈출증 환자로 수술적 요법을 시행할 또는 실시한 환자 남녀 40인으로 구성하였고, 측정 및 방법은 환자의 신체계측을 통해 BMI를 산출하였으며, L2-S1까지 디스크 중앙 횡단면에서 요부 주위 근의 단면적과 지방 침윤 면적을 측정하여 근육 내 지방의 침윤율을 계산하였다. 연구 분석은 지방침윤의 남녀 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 T 검증을 시행하였고, 요추 레벨 간 지방침윤의 변화를 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하여 대응표본 T 검증을 하였다. 또한, BMI와 요부 전체 지방 침윤율과의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 나이를 제어변수로 한 상관분석을 시행하였다. 이러한 결과로 지방침윤의 남녀 차이는 상위요부(L2-L3)에서 유의한 차이가 있었을 뿐, 나머지 요부(L3-S1)에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 요부 레벨 간 지방침윤율의 변화는 요추3, 4에서 요추4, 5번에서 많이 증가하였다. 또한, 요부(L2-S1)주위 근의 지방 침윤과 체질량지수와는 상관관계가 없음을 확인하였다.

한국수산업의 해외진출전략에 관한 연구 (Foreign Entry Strategies for Korean Fishery Firms)

  • Fishery resources are still abundant compared with other resources and the possibility of exploitation is probably great. The Korean fishery industry has grown remarkably since 1957, and Korea is ranked as one of the major fishery countries. Its of fishery products reached the 9th in the world and the value of exports was 5th in 1982. But recently a growth rate has slowed down, due to the enlargement of territorial seas by the declaration of the 200 mile, Exclusive Economic Zone, the tendency to develop fishery resources strate-gically in international bargaining, the change in function of the international organizations, the expansion of regulated waters, the illegal arrest of our fishing boats, the rapid rise in oil prices, and the fall in fish prices, the development of fishery resources as a symbol of nationalism, the fishing boats decreptitude, the rise of crew wages, regulations on fishing methods, fish species, fishing season, size of fish, and mesh size, fishing quotas and the demand of excessive fishing royalties. Besides the the obligation of coastal countries, employing crews of their host countries is also an example of the change in the international environment which causes the aggravation of foreign profit of fishing firms. To ameliorate the situation, our Korean fishery firms must prepare efficient plans and study systematically to internationalize themselves because such existing methods as conventional fishing entry and licence fishing entry are likely to be unable to cope with international environmental change. Thus, after the systematic analysis of the problem, some new combined alternatives might be proposed. These are some of the new schemes to support this plan showing the orientation of our national policy: 1. Most of the coastal states, to cope with rapid international environmental change and to survive in the new era of ocean order, have rationalized their higher governmental structure concerning the fishery industries. And the coastal countries which are the objectives of our expecting entry, demand excessive economic and technical aid, limit the number of fishing boats’entry and the use of our foreign fishing bases, and regulate the membership of the international fishery commissions. Especially, most of the coastal or island countries are recently independent states, which are poorer in national budget, depend largely on fishing royalties and licence entry fees as their main resources of national finance. 2. Alternatives to our entry to deep sea fishing, as internationalization strategies, are by direct foreign investment method. About 30 firms have already invested approximately US $ 8 million in 9 coastal countries. Areas of investment comprise the southern part of the Atlantic Ocean, the Moroccan sea and five other sea areas. Trawling, tuna purse seining and five other fields are covered by the investment. Joint-venture is the most prominent method of this direct investment. If we consider the number of entry firms, the host countries, the number of seas available and the size of investment, this method of cooperation is perhaps insufficient so far. Our fishery firms suffer from a weakness in international competitive ability, an insufficiency of information, of short funds, incompetency in the market, the unfriendliness of host coastal countries, the incapability of partners in joint-ventures and the political instability of the host countries. To enlarge our foreign fishing grounds, we are to actively adopt the direct investment entry method and to diversity our collaboraboration with partner countries. Consequently, besides proper fishing, we might utilize forward integration strategies, including the processing fied. a. The enterprise emigration method is likely to be successful in Argentina. It includes the development of Argentinian fishing grounds which are still not exploited in spite of abundant resources. Besides, Arentina could also be developed as a base for the exploitation of the krill resources and for further entries into collaboration with other Latin American countries. b. The co-business contract fishing method works in American territorial seas where American fishermen sell their fishery products to our factory ships at sea. This method contributes greatly to obtaining more fishing quotas and in innovation bottom fishing operation. Therefore we may apply this method to other countres to diffuse our foreign fishing entry. c. The new fishing ground development method was begun in 1957 by tuna long-line experimental fishing in the Indian Ocean. It has five fields, trawling, skipjack pole fishing and shrimp trawling, and so on. Recently, Korean fisheries were successful in the development of the Antarctic Ocean krill and tuna purse seining. 3. The acceleration of the internationalization of deep sea fishing; a. Intense information exchange activities and commission participation are likely to be continues as our contributions to the international fishery organizations. We should try to enter international fishery commissions in which we are not so far participating. And we have to reform adequately to meet the changes of the function of the international commissions. With our partner countries, we ought to conclude bilateral fishery agreements, thus enlarging our collaboration. b. Our government should offer economic and technical aids to host countries to facilitate our firms’fishery entry and activities. c. To accelerate technical innovation, our fishery firms must invest greater amount in technical innovation, at the same time be more discriminatory in importing exogeneous fishery technologies. As for fishing methods; expanded use of multi-purpose fishing boats and introduction of automation should be encuraged to prevent seasonal fluctuations in fishery outputs. d. The government should increases financial and tax aid to Korean firms in order to elevate already weak financial structure of Korean fishery firms. e. Finally, the government ought to revise foreign exchange regulations being applied to deep sea fishery firms. Furthermore, dutes levied on foreign purchaed equipments and supplies used by our deep sea fishing boats thould be reduced or exempted. when the fish caught by Korean partner of joint-venture firms is sold at the home port, pusan, import duty should be exempted.

Accordingly, this thesis examines the marketing of fishery cooperatives in Korea, and in particular considers the marketing channel strategy of fisheries products. No company can perform by itself all the activities involved in the production and distribution of its products and services to its final markets. It must work with other firms to get the job done. This thesis tries to attempt to improve the present Korean Fishery Cooperatives marketing activities. The purpose of the operation of fishery cooperatives is to guarantee the profits of fisherman as well as the interests of general consumers by eliminating the inordinate profits of middlemen and by narrowing other market margins. Fishery cooperatives marketing activity functions forming a self-helf organization for economic protection of producers themselves, and acting as a market reformational institution through its transaction by group. The following are the characteristics of fishery cooperatives marketing. \circled1 Fishery cooperatives is organized with an economic factor and a personnel factor. \circled2 Fishery cooperatives is non-profit organization. \circled3 The members of fishery cooperatives is independent constitution of economy, but they are closely connected with the cooperative. \circled4 Fishery cooperatives is a mutual aid organization. The objective of an efficient marketing strategy may be well described by the common saying provides the right product at the right time, the right place, and the right price. But it is quite true that the Korean Fishermen's Cooperative can be said to owe its development to the successful implementation of the marketing system. The use of the marketing system has resulted in the following marketing strategy. 1. The direct marketing system. \circled1 The cooperation between the fishery cooperatives and the other cooperative through the collection and delivery center. \circled2 The selling between the fishery cooperatives and the large scale retailers through the process industry. 2. The vertical marketing system. \circled1The fishermen's cooperative to be nominated by wholesaler in the terminal market. \circled2 Contracted vertical marketing system. \circled3 Abolition of selling by double auction in the landing and the terminal market. 3. The physical distribution system. \circled1 The need for adoption of cold chain system to connect production directly to consumption. \circled2 The need for more expansion of landing markets and terminal market facilities. Solutions to the problems of the Korean fishery are made possible through effective functioning of cooperative marketing activities of fishery products. The marketing concept of fishermen's cooperative lies in the satisfaction of consumer needs. According to the marketing concept fishermen's cooperative should try to satisfy customer's needs through a coodinated set of activities that allows the organization to achieve its goal. Providing satisfaction to customers is the major trust of the marketing concept. To do this, a business must find out what will satisfy customers. With this information the cooperative sells to the greatest possible number of customers through the most efficient sales and marketing channels. Economic rationality of fishermen's cooperative marketing lies in reduction of marketing cost and elimination of intermediate institutions. Cooperative marketing and direct marketing are both indispensable marketing factors for a new cooperative organization among the manu ways. The cooperation between the fishermen's cooperative and the others cooperative, and vertical marketing system are the most necessary ones. Propulsion of cooperative marketing system could not be successful without the support of the marketing instituion's help. Consequently, successful cooperative marketing ought to lead to the necessity not only for the improvement of marketing organization, but for the application of a new marketing concept in the fishermen's cooperative.

자궁경부암 IB와 IIA 환자의 수술후 방사선치료 결과 (Results of Postoperative Irradiation in Patients with Carcinoma of Uterine Cervix Stage IB and IIA)

  • 목적 :조기 자궁경부암 환자에서 보조적 방사선치료요법은 근치적수술을 시행하고 재발의 위험이 높은 불량한 예후를 갖는 환자에서 시행되고 있다. 이에 저자는 수술후 방사선치료를 받았던 환자의 생존과 치료실패에 영향을 주는 예후인자를 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 :전남대학교병원 치료방사선과에서 1985년 8월부터 1988년 12월까지 수술후 방사선치료를 받았던 자궁경부암 병기 IB와 IIA환자 106명중 기록이 충분한 90명을 대상으로 후향적 분석을 시행하였다. 추적율은 $88\%$(78/90)였고 추적기간의 중간간은 64개월이었다. 결과 : 90명에 대한 5년 생존율및 5년 무병생존율은 각각 $80.0\%$, $80.2\%$였다. 다변량생존분석에서 65명을 대상으로 환자의 연령, 병기, 조직학적 분류, 수술전 혈중 CIA 농도, 출산력, 경부침윤정도, 종양의 육안적 크기, 종양의 궤양성 유무, 임파선 전이 유무, 수술절단면의 소견, 항암제치료 유무를 변수로 분석결과 수술절단면의 조직학적인 소견(p=0.005), 임파선전이유무(p=0.005)가 통계학적으로 의미있는 예후인자였다. 추적기간중 13명에서 재발이 확인되었고 부위별로 보면 골반내 국소재발이 5명, 원격전이가 8명 이었으며 수술후 3개월에서 39개월사이에 발견되었으며 중간값은 19개월이었다. 골반내 전이는 선암(p=0.034)과 경부침윤 10mm 이상(p=0.02) 그리고 항암제치료(p=0.023)를 시행하였던 환자군에서, 원격 전이에 있어서는 임파선전이와 수술절단면에서 암세포가 양성을 보였던 환자군에서 각각 더 높은 전이율을 보였다. 치료에 의한 합병증을 호소하였던 환자는 15명이었으며 가장 흔한 증상은 혈변이나 혈뇨였고 중증의 합병증을 보인 환자는 없었다. 결론 : 이에 저자는 조기자궁경부암 IB와 IIA환자에서 수술병리학적소견중 임파선전이와 불충분한 수술적절제가 예후에 있어서 가장 큰 영향을 보임을 알 수 있었으며 이러한 소견을 보인 환자는 보다 적극적인 보조치료가 필요하리라 사료된다.
