Given the increasing of adoption of the SCM(Supply Chain Management), especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, this study aims at identifying the key influencing factors of small and medium-sized enterprises' SCM adoption. Based on prior research on innovation diffusion theory, TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior), and IT/EDI adoption in various organizations, a model of SCM adoption has been developed and empirically tested hypotheses based on the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample collected from 127 small and medium-sized enterprises' top management. The results show that perceived behavioral control is found to have a significant positive effect on adoption intention, and attitude and subjective norm are also important determinants of SCM adoption intention in small and medium-sized enterprises. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

The numerical study for the effect of various factors that affect the temperature distribution of the process glass installed above the large rectangular heater plate was carried out. For the calculation, heat flux, distance between heat source and process glass plate, effect of vacuum condition and convection in a chamber were considered as important factors. The results showed that the temperature gradient on the glass was increased at the natural convection because of the buoyancy force increases due to the heated air. Also, the more heat flux and distance between the heater plate and glass increases, the more increasing the temperature gradient was. In the case of isothermal heating wall, the temperature variation was smaller than the uniform heat flux condition.

Formability in deep drawing process depends not only on a drawability of workpiece material but also on process conditions such as die punch comer radius, lubricant conditions, punch-die clearance etc. For instance, bending resistance should be reduced by increasing die round appropriately, drawing load should be minimized by improving the lubricant condition between die and material, and blanking load should be increased by selecting a pertinent punch round and by augmenting the friction resistance in punch. In this study, a multi-stage deep drawing process is analyzed using ABAQUS. The effects of formability factors, such as die shoulder radius, punch-die clearance and friction coefficient are investigated, and the results are also discussed in detail.

The purpose of this study is to review in light at women's subjective. Perceptions of manifestations Premenstrual Syndrome which are known to affect their labor productivity. To this end, 364 women workers were sampled from an industrial factory located in Chonan, Chungchongnam-do and supervised by health manager, through questionnaires, and collected data were processed using SPSS package program. The result of survey can be summarized as follows: The fact that some academic circles are recently raising the issue of premenstrual syndrome. Suggests that the syndrome is being accepted in academic terms, which is contary to the position that the syndrome is just the result of women's mental imagination. However, some factors which are concived to affect woman worker' productivity and efficiency seem to be related to their subjective psychological variables involving their working environment rather than their physiological variabls. Therefore, if a health-promotion program handling their subjective psychological variables be introduced, some factors caused by the pre-menstrual syndroml may be reduced thus increasing their working productivity and. efficiency around their menstrual days.

The effects of nacl concentration, temperatura, light and growth regulator(GA3, kinetin) on the tuber germination of s. maritimus were investigated. The germination percentage increased with decreasing nacl, showing salt tolerance through time, and with increasing temperature untile 20~30oC light / dark (12/12 hr) of optimal temperature. The multiplication of nacl and temperature on germination percentage and velocity, increased significantly in higher temperature than lower temperature in saline. The germination percentage showed high value in dark condition than in light condition which is the charracteristics of underground organ. and ga3 act as germination stimulator to overcome the inhibitory effect of nacl. The effect of ga3 showed significant differances on tubers of s. maritimus of germination but that of kinetin had a litter sffects on germination. Factors of nacl and temperature interacted significantly and the effects of nacl on germination percentage and velocity depended on temperature condition.

In accordance with changes in life style, people's desire to eat out is getting changed in their preferring factors from whether they can buy food they want to eat fast and easily to mood of the dining space, content and quality of service, hygiene condition of restaurant, quiet location and surrounding circumstance, and discount coupon and price destruction. In addition, consumers who begin to recognize the seriousness of environmental pollution prefer health-oriented food. On the other hand, excessive presence of competitors, growing personnel expense, increasing expenditure in accordance with swelling price of rent and material expenditure, increase of tax burden, decrease of income because of credit card service charge and high expected level by consumers make it difficult for restaurant's owners to manage restaurant business. Therefore, this study purposes to establish development of menu from the consumer's and the supplier's point of view and propose how to develop menu aiming at convenience, health and diversity.

Research into the use of recreation forest accommodations, the main facilities in these forests, and user satisfaction with them has been carried out for recreation forests in the suburbs of Daegusi and Gyongsangbukdo. This study aimed at providing background material to support the increasing demand to improve the facilities of recreation forests and to educate recreation forest staff about how to provide better service. User satisfaction with recreation forests as determined through regression analysis was affected by the following factors in this order: indoor recreation, the indoor space, outdoor recreation, time satisfaction factor, and activity opportunities. The level of satisfaction is affected by the force of factors above. The order of effective offerings of accommodations is presented according to the results.

Port in Northern Vietnam has been playing an important role in the logistics system the country. In recent years, the cargo throughput of the region, especially, containerized cargo has increased gradually. There are totally 11 container terminals in Northern Vietnam, concentrating in Haiphong city and Quang Ninh province. Despite of increasing demand, the competition among the terminals is becoming more and more critical. The paper, firstly, summarizes factors impacting the market share of the terminals before reveal the correlation between given factors and annual container throughput. Factor analysis will be then applied to evaluate the level of terminals' logistics infrastructure. For the conclusion, strategic thinking of terminals' logistics competitiveness will be contributed to related organizations.

The most recent research in precious metal processing is found in the increasing use of heap leaching for the extraction of gold from low grade ores and tailing dumps because heap leaching has several advantages compared to traditional milling. They include simplicity, lower capital and operating costs, faster starter-up time and environmental safety. In this paper, an attempt has been made to provide an overview of important factors involved in the implementation of heap leaching technology as a vehicle for gold extraction from its low grade ores. Brief discussions of the various important elements to this process has been made to ascertain the heap leaching characteristics, such as heap leaching chemistry, natural factors, ore preparation, heap and pad construction, solution collection system, pond system, metal extraction, and economical consideration.

The aim of this study was to examine the validity of fracture criterion for PMMA plates that have a V-notch with an end hole. The predicted stress intensity factors and crack initiation angles by the fracture criterion based on the maximum circumferential stress and the novozhilov's criteria were compared with the experimental results. By increasing the radius of end hole, the differences of predicted stress intensity factors and experimental results increased, possibly due to the plastic zone size. The results indicated that when the radius of end hole is < 1 mm, the fracture criterion would be useful.
