2001년 인천국제공항의 개장과 함께 과거 우리나라 항공 수출입 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포공항의 항공물류 거점 기능은 급격히 쇠퇴하였다. 그러나 김포공항 지역의 입지적 이점에 힘입어 김포공항 물류단지는 오늘날 수도권의 중요한 도시물류 거점시설로 기능하고 있다. 분석결과 인천공항의 배후물류단지, 수입화물 중심의 부가가치 물류활동 그리고 수도권 지역의 도시물류 배송센터 역할 등은 현재 김포공항 물류단지에서 수행되는 대표적인 기능으로 파악된다. 하지만 도시물류 거점시설로서 공항물류단지의 기능은 향후 운영주체(공항공사)의 수익성 제고 전략에 따라 축소될 우려가 있다. 김포공항 물류단지가 공공 기능을 수행하는 도시물류 거점시설로 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 국가 및 지역 단위 물류거점(시설) 개발전략과 체계적으로 연계되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 관련 법령 및 기본계획의 종합적인 정비가 수반되어야 할 것이다.

인천국제공항이 동북아 허브 공항으로서 성공하려면 동 공항을 중심으로 한 비행편 구성이 경쟁 공항보다 효율적이어야 한다. 본 논문은 항공여행자의 비행편 선택 행위를 분석하여 인천국제공항 허브화 성공을 위한 비행편 구성 계획에 이용하는 방법을 연구했다. 규제가 완화된 시장에서는 소비자의 선호 파악에 기초한 사업 계획이 유효하므로 비집계형 선택모델에서 산출할 수 있는 여행시간가치, 운항빈도와 여행시간의 대체율 등을 이용하여 비행편 구성 계획을 할 필요가 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 인천국제공항철도에서 운행하고 있는 전동차의 동적특성시험을 수행한 결과이다. 인천국제공항철도의 직통형 전동차는 국내 처음으로 120km/h로 주행한 차량으로 탈선계수를 공차와 만차로 구분하여 측정하였다. 탈선계수측정결과 탈선에 대한 안전성을 판단할 때 가장 기본적인 지표로 사용하는 탈선계수는 공차 때가 만차 때보다 높게 나타났으며, 공차와 만차 모두 0.8 미만이었다. 속도에 따른 탈선계수는 80km/h를 전후한 속도 대역으로 운행하는 구간이 선로상태가 좋지 않은 구간으로서 탈선계수도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 횡압은 공차 때에는 2.1톤 미만이었으며, 만차 때에는 2.4톤 미만으로 발생하였다. 인천국제공항철도 전동차가 120km/h 주행에서도 안전함을 탈선계수 실측에 의해 확인하였다. 그러나 본 논문에서 적용된 평가방법의 경우 시험방법이 복잡하고, 측정장치 설치의 어려움이 있으며, 비용이 많이 드는 단점이 있었다. 따라서 측정이 간단한 방법으로 영업운전에서도 차량의 안전성을 확인할 수 있는 방안이 연구되어야 할 것이다.

인천공항철도는 인천공항철도의 허브화 전략에 따라 당시 경쟁공항(간사이, 첵랩콕 등) 수준의 접근성 확보를 위해 건설을 추진하였으며, 현재 1단계(인천공항~김포공항, 40.3km)는 '07.3월 개통하여 운영중이며, 2단계(김포공항~서울역, 20.7km)는 '10.10월말에 개통예정으로 있으나, 인천공항철도가 서울역에서만 이용이 가능하도록 계획되어 있어 접근성이 불리하고, 운행속도가 최대 110km/h 수준으로 공항버스 등과 비교할 때 시간경쟁력이 부족하며, 현재 운행 중인 고속철도와 서울역에서 추가적으로 환승하여야 하는 등의 이유로 현재 1단계 운영구간의 공항철도 이용수요가 저조(7%)하며, 수요에 대한 재예측 결과 또한 협약대비 수요가 부족한 것으로 분석되어 국가가 부담하여야할 보조금이 연평균 4천억원 수준에 달하여, 국가에서는 한국철도공사가 민간지분을 매입 보조금 규모를 축소하는 대책을 마련하였음에도 불구하고, 상당한 규모의 보조금지급(연평균 2천억원)이 불가피한 실정에 있어 수요증대를 위한 인천공항철도 활성화 방안이 절실하다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 현재 KTX의 직결운행, 인천공항철도 운행열차의 고속열차(EMU 180 km/h급)대체를 통한 Speed UP을 통한 수요창출을 위한 시설계획 및 운영계획 등을 제언하여, 국가의 관문인 인천공항을 이용하는 승객들에게 신속하고 편리한 운행수단을 제공하고, 아울러 수요창출을 통한 국가보조금의 축소에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to examine how international airport visitors perceived value effects on their satisfaction, revisit and recommendation intention. To archive the research goal 288 questionnaires were collected from Incheon international airport and was analyzed a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation coefficient analysis from SPSS 21, a hypothesis through out confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling from AMOS 7.0. As a result of the analyses, it was found that the models was appropriate in proving the hypotheses on interrelationships among perceived value, satisfaction and revisit & recommendation intention. First, perceived value is factorized as acquisition value, emotion value, monetary value and social value. Second, all factor of perceived value turned out to have affirmative effects on international airport visitors' satisfaction. Third, international airport visitors satisfaction turned out to have affirmative effects on revisit and recommendation intention. Overall, finding of this study enhance the theoretical progress on the experiential concept in international airport and offer important implication for international airport industry.

The purpose of this research is to provide more reliable water unit factors of domestic airports by investigating of general informations related to the domestic airport. The informations of domestic airports such as passengers, settled population of airports, building areas and water amount are investigated to estimate the unit factor of water of domestic airports. The domestic airports are divided into three type such as central airport, position airport and general airport. Through analysis of relationship between water amount and the others, the unit factor of water could be calculated. The water amount of central airport as Incheon international airport and position airports could be estimated by unit factor of settled population. The others could be estimated by unit factor of building area.

최근 전기철도에 고속화 기술이 적용되고 열차 구동장치 및 제어계통에 전력용 반도체 소자가 사용되고 있으며, 전기철도 구동시스템의 주요 구성장치인 인버터와 컨버터의 동작을 제어하는 전력전자 소자의 이용은 고조파를 발생의 원인이 된다. 이러한 고조파는 통신장해 및 전류, 전압의 전력품질 저하 등 여러 가지 문제를 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인천 국제공항에 설치되고 있는 경전철 전력설계의 전력시스템 평가 및 개발을 통해 상위 계통에 미치는 영향 및 전력시스템에서 발생할 수 있는 장애 요인을 사전에 예측 계산하여 이에 대한 대책을 마련하여 전력품질 향상에 목적이 있다. 인천 국제공항청사 내의 전력시스템의 전력품질 문제 접근에 있어 경전철이 운행될 경우 발생할 수 있는 여러 문제 중 특히 전압강하 및 전압불평형에 영향을 미치는 고조파 발생에 대해 분석하였다. 고조파 분석은 IEEE 519-1992(IEEE 141-1993과 동일) 기준에 의거하여 행하였다. 또한 인천 공항청사의 운행되는 경전철은 동적 전력시스템 해석 프로그램인 PSCAD/EMTDC 모델링하고 이의 시뮬레이션 결과를 이용하여 고조파 분석을 하였다.

공항의 여객터미널은 안내방송과 배경음악, 긴급안내등이 24시간 이루어지는 곳이기 때문에 명료한 음성의 전달이 매우 중요하다. 인천국제공항은 연 4천500만명 이상의 여객을 처리하는 가장 큰 공항으로서 2001년부터 운영되고 있다. 인천국제공항에는 제1여객터미널, 탑승동, 제2여객터미널 등 3개의 터미널이 있으며, 현재 제 2여객터미널의 확장공사가 2020년까지 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 인천국제공항내의 모든 여객터미널의 설계시 적용된 건축음향과 전기음향설계의 기본원칙을 설명하였다. 특히, 대규모 체적을 보유한 출발홀과 중앙홀, 교통센터등의 음향성능을 분석하였다. 연구결과로서, 공항의 대형공간에 대한 음향설계 기준을 제시하였으며, 터미널 천정의 설계와 천정의 흡음에 대한 방안을 제시하고, 더불어서, 전기음향설계의 원칙에 대한 방안을 제안하였다.

Incheon Free Economic Zone's Songdo Area is a newly constructed city built on land reclaimed from the seaside and the surrounding area. Yeongjong Area is made after Land reclamation between Yeongjong Island and Yongyou Island began in November 1992. The first phase linking these islands to create the Incheon International Airport (phase 1) and the Airport Town Square community was finished in March 2001. However, if we take a look at the overall status of the project as it is carried on at present, it is hard to deny that the project is trapped inside the same legal restrictions as are all other existing cities, which permits Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area to meet only very minimum standards. This study intends to analyze and assess the Incheon Free Economic Zone's Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area of environmentally friendly construction and to rate its current development status, exposing any problems and offering alternative solutions. In this paper, the current state of constructions in Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area were reviewed. Then a quantitative analysis and assessment for the Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area constructions of apartments, complex buildings, office buildings, school facilities, store and hotel facilities were conducted by using green building certification criteria. Finally the synthetic results of environmental performance evaluation for Incheon Free Economic Zone's Songdo Area and Yeongjong Area constructions and follow-up suggestions were described.
