Farmers had especially more positive attitudes in the categories of interest and careers in ag-technology. To do services level up, the headquarter of Rural Development of Administration must be work with local branches to effectively deliver their missions and educational objectives to target crops and farmers group. And farmers were strongly needed "a specialized service team will be organized" to work closely with operating services for ag-products processing, packing and marketing. • As the importance of technology increases, the need for TPACK, an knowledge for pre-service teachers, to integrate technology into education has increased. In order to improve TPACK of pre-service teachers, programming-based TPACK education program was developed. However, the developed educational program did not affect the self-efficacy of pre-service teachers. In order to solve this problem, in this study, the improved TPACK-P education program was applied to pre-service teachers to verify the change of self-efficacy. As a result, the improved TPACK-P education program was effective in the development of self-efficacy of pre-service teachers. In detail, pre-teacher's self-confidence and preference of task difficulty were significantly improved than previous. The TPACK-P education program, which is improved through this, confirms that the pre-service teacher promotes the integration of technology into the classroom rather than the existing education program.

The subjects were 187 pre-service early childhood teachers who enrolled in universities majoring early childhood education. We used self-reporting survey questionnaires to measure the major variables and utilized the SPSS 28.0 Program to analyze the collected data. Cronbach's alphas were calculated and the descriptive statistical analysis were conducted. To investigate the research questions, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. As results, the higher the levels of pre-service early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational beliefs, the higher their mathematics teaching efficacy. In addition, both pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational belief were validated as the predictors of increased mathematics teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers.

Methods: Data collected from 484 nursing staff for 2 weeks, was analyzed using the SPSS program t-test, ANOVA, and Spearman Rank-Order Correlation. Nurses with more than 2 years experience were 79.1%; and 43.6% of the subjects worked within Gun type public health centers. Results: The health service performance frequency of metropolitan city type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of education, behavior pattern, chronic disease, pregnant women & infants, and multi-cultural family. The health service performance frequency of Gun type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of type of test, fundamental nursing, and basic rehabilitation. In addition, the correlation between the performance frequency and educational needs was positively correlated, and the subjects with greater educational needs performed more. Conclusion: Educational programs should be designed according to the types of public health centers rather than work experiences, especially in systematic training for frequently performed items after reviewing the practice precisely.

Therefore, most of countries are carrying out various educational programs to be able cultivate or educate outstanding trade talents. South Korea is no exception. It is carrying out various educational programs such as GTEP, Glocal Trade Experts Incubating Program. Based on GTEP, this study would like to investigate empirical relationships between education service quality and international intention. As a result, all of education service quality such as educators' quality, educational infra quality, and education quality are significantly related to educational satisfaction and international intention. These results imply that improving educational service quality is better than carrying out education programs simply for cultivating outstanding trade talents.

  • This study analyzed the change of teaching expertise of pre-service teachers through TPACK education. In this study, we applied a programming-based TPACK education program developed by Kim and Lee (2019) to 20 prospective teachers. To analyze the pre-service teachers' teaching expertise analyzed the lesson plan prepared before, during and after applying the educational program. As a result, Few teachers use technology in lesson plan, and the design of the instructor-led or experiment to confirmed content in curriculum or textbook. The use of technology has increased in the second Teaching Plan, but the technology was not used depending on the educational context. In the third lesson plan, all pre-service teachers were able to use technology in an educational context. Moreover, the teaching expertise of the pre-service teacher showed a statistically significant improvement in the lesson plan. This study founded that the programming-based TPACK education program was effective in enhancing the teaching expertise of the pre-service teacher.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate an airline service training program based on the CIPP model. Evaluation areas were divided into context, input, process, and product. We analyzed the factors which influenced program satisfaction and recommendation of the training program. Two hundred and one learners who participated in an airline service training program were selected for a survey. The results of this study are as follows. The factors which positively influenced training satisfaction were educational goals in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, managing programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training satisfaction was human resources in input evaluation. On the other hand, the factors which positively influenced training recommendation were educational goal, assessing needs in context evaluation, interaction between learners and instructors, supporting programs in process evaluation, and training performance in product evaluation. The factor which negatively influenced training recommendation was assessing needs in context evaluation. The results of this study are expected to make an important contribution to the development of service training programs in airlines.

  • This study examined the effects educational service elements have on the satisfaction of educational service; it also analyzed how such satisfaction influenced educational institutions' registration renewal and word-of-mouth communications about the schools. The key factors of educational services included the following four components: physical environment, education programs, instructors, and tuition fee. An investigation into how the factors of educational services in private educational institutions may affect consumer satisfaction was an additional goal of this study. Based on the cause-and-effect analysis of the above constructs, the degree of influence that each of the attributes and the component factors have on consumers' educational service selection, as well as the consumers' satisfaction, were explored. An empirical analysis was conducted on students who were taking classes in cram schools; the analysis was also conducted on the students' parents. The results indicated that the hypotheses regarding the elements of educational service, educational program, and the instructor factor were supported. Furthermore, a hypothesis concerning the effects educational service satisfaction has on re-registration and word of mouth was supported, as well. Upon aggregating the above study results, it was concluded that when determining the effects of satisfaction on educational service, the educational program, and the instructor factor played a crucial role, while physical surroundings and tuition did not. When addressing the influence of the educational services factors on educational services satisfaction, education programs and instructors had a positive effect, whereas physical environment and tuition fee had no statistically significant impact. According to the influence of educational services satisfaction on registration renewal and word-of-mouth effects, educational services satisfaction was found to be a positive influential factor for both. In addition, it was found that satisfaction of educational service had a positive effect on renewing enrollment and forming word-of-mouth recommendations. Although the research seems simple, some theoretical implications can be drawn, as follows: First, one interpretation of the findings that the programs' and instructors' factors had a positive effect on educational services satisfaction but the physical environment and tuition fee factors did not have a significant effect suggests that the greatest influence factors in educational services are educational programs and instructors. Second, increased educational services satisfaction may result in consumer behavior changing, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth comments. Third, increased educational services satisfaction may result in enhancing consumer responses, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth opinions. Further research directions should include developing an integrated model that will allow for variation over time, before and after purchases, in relation to consumers' choices of educational services.
